Four Friends Kitchen

Love this restaurant, the food is so so good. This is my second time around! And the food never disappoints! If you haven't tried it; you should!

This little place is serving up some awesome food with a Southern twist. We arrived mid-morning on a Monday to a very noisy & crowded dining room. It was a holiday so it was busier than usual. In spite of that we were seated right away. There are no booths, only tables & chairs that I felt were positioned too close together, I could hear other conversations. There was some seating at the bar & an upstairs had an open-air deck. The restaurant had a modern vibe, with an exposed ceiling & lot of windows with natural light. Our Server was friendly & very attentive, she checked on us numerous times. I especially liked the carafe of ice water & glasses at the table.Our food was amazing, in fact we both ordered the same thing - The Your Way Po'Boy with shrimp. The shrimp had a great spicy flavor. This was combined with tart pickled green tomatoes, delicious apple coleslaw & creamy buttermilk dressed greens all on a crunchy hoagie bun with sweet chili aioli. Plus a side of BBQ chips. This was a saucy sandwich of goodness & so delicious! I highly recommend trying Four Friends, in addition to great food they are open everyday 6:30AM - 2:30PM with lots of parking in the back.

Great food. Always fresh and friendly staff. I love how they add special weekly items, and I think that it's farm to table. I know they support Local where they can. The crispy potatoes are where it's at.Bit of a wait sometimes.

Food was delicious, the menu options are different. Very inventive dishes. The atmosphere was really nice as we were seated rooftop. There was shade and misters and the atmosphere was lovely. The service was excellent! The waiter gave us suggestions that we took and were pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this restaurant if you haven't been!!!

I don't know about you, but I think about eating more often as an adult than I ever did as a kid. Discovered this hidden gem in my soon to be new neighborhood. Love the quaintness. Staff is super sweet and friendly. It gets jammed packed here on weekends unless you can make it out early enough with bedhead and hungry appetite. Great seating for the bar welcoming you with cool chairs. Communal tables available if you want to opt out of waiting, just be prepared to be friendly. There is also an upstairs area for additional seating. When busy, can get pretty cozy next to your neighbors but hey who doesn't like meeting new peeps?!! Modern, relaxing and calm atmosphere when not jam packed.Strong, bold coffee like the babe. It's one way to wake me up. Had me at beignets and French toast, add a side of bacon and results in one very happy girl. The accompanying sauces are perfect blend of creaminess and fruity compote. They do have some gluten free options like the pancakes. I didn't try the grits or the biscuits and gravy even though those are Southern staples. Will be back when it's not a crazy holiday weekend outing. Overall, my transformation into a happy well fed woman is complete here. Great spot and would be back for another dose of their charm.

The ambience and the staff were pretty nice, but the good was less than average. I was a little disappointed with my collard greens. My pork belly Benedict because the greens were undercooked, and there was barely any protein in it. For my brothers breakfast, the ratio of bread to egg and sausage were just completely off. They needed at least double the amount of egg, the sausage was very thin.This was my second time visiting and will be my last specially when being charged for the kitchen service over 4% and the food wasn't worth it

I would have given 4 stars, but I HATE when restaurants sneak in, or add in even with notice, extra service fees! I'm NOT tipping the kitchen. You need to pay them more and not push your cheapness on customers without choice! I deducted this from the tip! Service was great. Food was great. Ambiance was nice.

This place was super cute & pretty good food! Getting on the wait list online is the way to go for a late Sunday morning brunch.The Great - The Benedict I got with pork belly & collard greens was so good. The Good: The place had a great vibe.Thr bad: the restrooms & floors were filthyThe ugly: the surcharge for the kitchen staff. Just raise your prices & stop with the hidden fees!Just passing through Denver and came upon this place on yelp. Did not disappoint:)

Saturday mornings are busy! Prepare to wait! Overall it was a good experience. Most everyone really enjoyed the food. I had the fried green tomato dish and I really liked it. The server was kind and patient with our party and handled all requests with grace. I will return during a less busy time to better enjoy the venue itself.After the fact, I learned that the wait times and busy hours can be gaged via the yelp app. I'll use that feature next time for sure

Lovely little neighborhood brunch place. Always a wait on the weekends, but it's worth it. Friendly service, good food, full bar.
