We had a late lunch at Floyd's seafood. The food was good and plentiful and we had very fast service. I had the 3 piece stuffed shrimp with stuffed potato and my husband had Floyd's seafood platter, he subbed the oysters and they gave him two extra shrimp. He does not eat oysters. Since it was 4pm on a Tuesday, it was empty but the servers were still very responsive and quick. They were gearing up for happy hour which is a good thing. I recommend this place. We had a full tray of leftovers which my husband will definitely eat later.

Today only 3 people in bar and service is slow. Just sitting hear watching bar staff hunched over talking and still have not ordered my lunch. I'll just finish drink and leave.10 min later finally she walks over after she finishes conversation. One would think that 3 people in the restaurant that service would be desperate to make tips. I drove 30 min to come here and fucking service sucks.I guess no manager either, won't ever stop here again with crappy service.Well hell you can't even ask for a manager here. No one in restaurant and no service

Floyd's is always a great go to in Cypress. We had a group of 7 and our server Cha did an outstanding job with our table. She met ever need we had. The food was great and it was busy today being Fathers Day so the ambiance was really not what I would call quiet but business was good for them.

It's been awhile since our last trip to Floyd's, but we were in the mood for some great seafood. Just missed crawfish season so we had the opportunity to try some more of their dishes! Oysters on the half shell are typical for the hubby, and some calamari to tide us over a bit, were our appetizers. Yeah, that marinara sauce with shredded cheese-a Simple, but effective topping/dip for the calamari!For our entrees, we tried two new ones: "Avery's Chicken-fried Catfish Etoufee", which was phenomenal; and the "Courtbouillon"-an incredible seafood stew one could get lost in; with so many hidden, delicious treasures-yummm....Finaaly, the 1/2 & 1/2: half crawfish Etoufee and 1/2 shrimp-simple and delicious.Our server, Nick, made our dinner experience great, with his fast and efficient service and personable nature. We needed a place to top on our drive from Fort Worth To Galveston. This place was super easy off Hwy6. I took on a 3.5 star average and was super pleased! Sara, our waitress was fantastic!she was so happy and friendly. The food was amazing! We had oysters on the half shell. They were cleaned well and tasted amazing. The Floyd famous oysters were to die for! If you love oysters rockafellar, these are better! Then we have crawfish and the frog legs. (Grilled) the Frog legs were the best ever! The flavor was on point! We will stop by again soon!

Stay away from this place. I ordered two turkeys for Thanksgiving that cost nearly $170. When the lady handed them to me I had to ask if they were chickens. They are so small. One was almost 8 lbs while the other little over 6 pounds. Six f'ing pounds. Turkeys are so cheap to buy and this management somehow is able to look in the mirror everyday knowing they paid less than $10 for scrawning ass birds and charging 1000% to customers. They made me pay before bringing the birds out and I understand why. It is total BS because they know there isnt much you can do a day before Thanksgiving. These people are unethical crooks.Now I am left scrambling trying to get yet another bird somewhere else because these aren't goiing to feed half of my guests.The food at this location has been average atr best but I thought I would give them a try on turkeys thinking they couldn't fk up a fried turkey. Boy was I wrong
