Flair Food Restaurant & Bar

We found this place searching Yelp and decided to try it out. The atmosphere was on point. Dancehall playing, clean, and plenty of seating. I ordered the rum punch, but sadly it was a disappointment. Way too sweet and made with Captain Morgan (which is a sweet rum). Would have preferred Wray & Nephew (IYKYK). We order the sampler appetizer, which was GREAT! The downside is it came out with our meals, so our meals went straight into boxes. This brings me to the service. For a place that automatically charges gratuity with every ticket, the service was lack luster. Appetizer came out with main course, she didn't check on us, and we had to remind her to bring things we asked for. It just made the whole experience disappointing. I ordered the oxtail fried rice and it tasted great (very spicy is the way to go), but I really couldn't enjoy it. This place gets 5 stars for the food and ambiance, but they definitely need to work on service, especially since they charge an automatic gratuity!

Horrible service for a large party!!!!!!!!!! Drinks especially crown royal and sex in the city were horrible!!!!! Server gave the spring rolls to the wrong people after burning told they weren't for them. He still attempted to charge someone in our party for them!!!!! I wouldn't go back. The food was okay though.

love this place! My sister told me about it so I had to try it. The atmosphere was chill with good music. Service was very good and they were attentive. Food and drinks were well portioned and came out hot and ready. I will definitely come back

Off in the cut, I'd say it's a hidden gem. I had Moscow mule (the best) and fried cauliflower (could have been fried a little harder) I had already ate before meeting my friend. It's very cute in there... they have a photo wall, always a plus lol . Our sever was really nice and did all she did a good job trying to make my homegirl happy with her food issues. I'll definitely be going back.

So, I must say I was extremely disappointed. We started by ordering the "jerk wings". They came out bbq. When we flagged, we were told well unless you order the jerk chicken meal, we don't give the jerk sauce. What? If they're bbq wings, just take jerk off the menu. The Mac was good though.Our plates came our cold - I ordered the Alfredo which was spicy. I liked that but the food was cold. We also ordered a bottle of wine. It was advertised as $15 - and it tasted as such. When we got our bill, it was $28. Apparently they updated the menu online but were still giving out paper menus that didn't have updated pricing. We flagged the pricing issue for the waitress and she was like well I did suggest using the QR. But girl, you brought us paper menus when we sat down. Also, they had no AC!Maybe I'll try it again in hopes that it was just a bad week but who knows.

Service from Smiley was superb!! The bar tender (I didn't catch her name) went above & beyond to make my frothy whisky sour. Thank you!Everything I ordered was tasty!!! They forgot the plaintains w/my oxtails. Dang!! Hats off to the Chef!!!This place is a whole island vibe. Live DJ on this Friday night. Location is a lil different. I wouldn't expect a restaurant to be located here.Ok, Fayetteville!!!

For this place to be open for less than two years, they have incredible service, incredible food, and an incredible array of dishes to choose from will be back for sure, and the bar was such a great vibeMy service from Erica and she was amazing!

The brown stew chicken and the cornbread was a 10/10. The brown stew chicken was seasoned perfectly. The cornbread was very moist and I really liked the added honey on top, and the service was alright .I love the vibe never thought I'd see a restaurant like this in Fayetteville.

Good food and service.We also had bottomless mimosas, jerk chicken with a plain waffle, banana waffle, and rum with raisin waffle. They were all good. I took off one star because the sign says they open at 11:00 on Saturdays. They didn't open until 12:00 so definitely call before you go.The music was loud but they turned it down at our request. They obliged us without any issues. We enjoyed it. They played a good mix at a level to enjoy our conversations.The ladies' room was clean. I'll be back to try some other menu items. My mother loves oxtails and snapper fish. I hope they meet her expectations.

We paid on a handheld device. I saw there was "service charge" with no amount. I asked what is was for and how much. Waitress, Diamond, stated "it's like $3 and it's for me cleaning the table". Ok, that's odd. When we got the printed receipt we notice the service charge was a whopping 15%... not $3!!! I spoke with the manager/bartender who stated "it's a tip, you can add to it if you want". Not at all what Diamond told us! Shame on them for taking advantage of customers!!! They refused to cancel the transaction for us to tip properly. We wound up leaving a 35% tip. Now we get to dispute it with our credit card company. It's not the money, it's the point! Again, shame on you!!
