During my stay at the Art Hotel, I was given a lot of credits to dine at this restaurant via my American Express benefits, so I have decided to give this place a try, and I was able to come here for brunch on both Saturday and Sunday, as a result trying a lot of items on the brunch menu. Overall I think majority of items are not bad, but not anything I would proactively return to eat if I wasn't given a credit benefit. There were highlights, but unfortunately I had a bit more to critique than to praise :(For the items I have tried, such as the bacon egg & cheese sandwich, the bun was way too big to the point that taking one bite, I felt majority of what was in my mouth was bread which made it hard to chew, so I ended up eating all ingredients separately. The bacon, avocado, and eggs themselves inside tasted good, though, just as a combination, maybe using a smaller sandwich bun would be good, or maybe even burger bun like brioche bread. I also had the double patty burger, which my server told me was well done, and she wasn't kidding. It was so well done to the point that the patties had absolutely no juice. They were extremely overcooked and dry and were really thin, so even though the fries were great, the burger unfortunately was very subpar. Maybe making the patties thicker would help (unless they don't grind their own meat to make the patties). The avocado bacon chicken club was pretty good! That sandwich bun was a lot more chewable, and as a result I had very pleasant bites! The chicken was dry, but it was chicken breast, and I completely understood! My partner who was with me had the other main dishes in the photo and she described everything as "nothing special" which meant that they were not bad, but not something that made her wanted to proactively return for them. She gave a lot of praise on the chicken apple sausage, though! I had some and I would agree. It had savor and spiciness simultaneously.I enjoyed the desserts! Both the mousse parfait and the créme brûlée had layers of flavors because of the ingredients they had. The mousse had three layers and I could taste each layer of flavor and texture with one spoon. The lavender and orange taste were both very obvious in the créme brûlée and as a créme brûlée maker, I enjoyed it very much!Overall I would say I wouldn't make a trip out here just to have food from this establishment, but the food definitely tasted good enough for me to return if I was given another credit when I return to the Art Hotel!

We stayed at the Art Hotel before leaving Colorado and had dinner at their restaurant. They had the best cocktails and one specifically had glitter in it, what?! The drinks were very artistic and also very delicious. Food and service were top-notch. We sat outside and were able to enjoy their outdoor fire to warm up. We look forward to staying at the hotel and eating at the restaurant on our next trip! Highly recommend :)

Oh, this was a cute spot. I went for my birthday for dinner. It was very quiet. I'm not sure why we needed a reservation. It was super empty and I didn't really enjoy the food as much as I enjoy the actual restaurant it's on top of a higher level hotel, and there are floor to ceiling windows and you can see the city view. It was gorgeous.

Fire restaurant in the 4th floor of the Art Hotel is a great spot. It's beautiful with amazing views of the downtown skyline. The staff are really friendly and professional. I ate here twice during our hotel stay and loved it. Their blue sunrise smoothie and bacon Gouda sandwich for breakfast were delicious. During happy hour, the appetizers and drinks were perfect. Definitely a great place to dine if you're in the area.

Ate hear twice during my stay at the ART hotel. Hotel is fantastic FYI. That being said on to Fire. 1st meal- ordered the burrata toast with a red wine at the bar. Bartender was really friendly and service was great. Food came out quick. Overall the burrata was okay and the tomatoes were just sliced tomatoes. Thought it might be jazzed up a bit with either heirlooms or roasted tomatoes. 2nd meal- absolute home run. Ordered the omelet with bacon tucked into it. It was the best omelet i have ever eaten. Super creamy and soft and cooked lightly. Melted in your mouth. The crispy potatoes were really good although I tried to limit them. Again service and staff were great. I'd come back here for sure. Good find.

We were staying here and having seen the yelp review, was a bit skeptical of the quality and service however I was pleasantly surprised. The shrimp app was good and the salad was fresh, the scallops were also well portioned but a bit on the raw side. Cocktails are also well made for the price

I came to Denver to visit for a long weekend and was staying in The Art Hotel. I saw the three star review and came in with low expectations...what a fantastic surprise! I ordered the avocado toast and it was one of the best I'd ever had. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant (nice elevated panoramic view, indoor and outdoor) and my server Jess was wonderful. In fact everyone was extremely kind. I loved that avocado toast so much I came back the next morning and ordered it again. Equally fantastic the second time. As a bonus, I stopped by late one evening to grab a quick takeout order because I didn't otherwise know the area. I asked someone up front about the quesadilla...he played it down and said there were better options...I ordered it anyway, and it was amazing! I don't understand the low reviews of this restaurant, nor the underselling of that quesadilla. Five stars imo!

The ambiance is great. Service and food not so much. We ordered the short rib pasta and the scallops - both were not good quality. Fish should never smell fishy and you could smell these scallops a mile away. The pasta was just cheaply put together, very poor quality short rib and pasta. I saw other reviews about the food quality but disregarded. I shouldn't have. The Yelpers never lie. Wayyy too expensive for the quality of food you are getting.

Overall, the experience just average. Server was tentative. Quesadillas were good, the steak in the eggs Benedict wasn't great. The steak cut was flank. The smoke salmon was just okay.We felt the price point didn't quite match the quality of the food.
