We had a later reservation, but once we arrived we were seated promptly. The ambiance was very pleasant and the lights were perfect. Our server brought water and this delicious bread with whipped butter. We all ordered from the Miami spice menu and all of the food was delicious. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely love this spot! The restaurant is grand , sophisticated decor and attentive service. The food is delicious and great quality. We came during lunch , tasted the Miami spice menu, perfect amount of food. The place was quite crowded , I'm guessing it normally is (for good reason) with a lovely ambiance, not loud.

Went to this restaurant for during Miami spice. The place is fancy, classy very Coral Gables type of restaurant. I picked Salmon Carpaccio, Branzino and Panna Cotta from their Miami spice menu. They were all well-portioned and tasted great! It was super busy on Wednesday night but food came out nicely timed and service was good.

This place is so nice inside and it's perfect for after work drinks, girls night, date night, or large groups. While the menu changes and what I ordered doesn't seem to be in the menu any longer, I can confidently say that no matter what you order it'll be delicious. The espresso martini wasn't my favorite but it was really good. Now for the food, the bread and salad were a great light open to the meal even. Now the pasta dish, while I wish I could remember the name, I can but I do remember that despite eating the entire plate and yes, it was a lot. I wasn't too full. It was hearty without being heavy. And of course, there was room for dessert which was a chocolate gelato (I think) with nuts and it nailed the salty sweet combo perfectly.

I visited Fiola for the first time a couple of months ago for Miami Spice. We made a reservation for a Friday, lunchtime. We were sitting right away, right by the bar, and something that caught my attention right away was that the floor was pretty dirty, and the pillows on the chairs were stained. Now, this restaurant is in the 2023 and 2024 Michelin guides so I was expecting a little more "taken care" of the place. I like how the Miami spice menu was built up here, you had the option of each dish with its pairing wine for an additional price but it was an amazing idea! For appetizers, I started with the Italian Salad and it was super refreshing. The actual vegetables looked so fresh, it was pretty good. My best friend had the Tartare and she loved it! Again super fresh! For entrees, I had the Orecchiette which in this case, had a creamy sauce. It was pretty good and well served. My friend had the Branzino which was served on top of some rice with mushrooms. She liked it although compared with my dish, mine was really, well served. For dessert, I had the Panna Cotta and she got the chocolate mouse, both were all right. We paired each dish with its recommended wine and it was delicious! A great suggestion. Our server was super nice and attentive.

This place has been on my list for a long time but it is a little out of my way, so it was not until last Sunday when finally tried it for brunch on our friends birthday. At first glance, the place really impressed me by it's elegance. Tables were too close each other and place looked too crowded, but maybe it was just for brunch. Honestly, from a multi Michelin start chef ( in other restaurants) I was expecting more elaborate dishes, but the menu was simple but still interesting. The food was delicious without exception. The ceviche was perfect, no too limey and still a fresh fish flavor. The basque cheesecake was pretty good. Steak and eggs was my favorite because of the complex textures and flavor. The branzino was good. it tastes fresh, but the skin was a little soggy and flavor was just ok. Chocolate mouse was average. Portions were right and the presentation was attractive. For drinks I took advantage of the $45 bottomless bubbles, that include also some brunch cocktails. It is a great choice, and they really never stopped. The Bellini and the mimosa were as they should be, with fresh squeezed juice and put on the side, so you can do your own mixture depending on how you like it. The service was perfection . The whole team worked together to deliver an impressive experience. Service was classy, courteous, detailed but also very friendly. I will be back to try the dinner menu. Experience was great and I am glad that I finally visited this out of my way gem.

Went here for Miami Spice. Let me start off by saying that space itself was beautiful and vibrant. The service team was extremely attentive from front to back of house.I had a glass of the Sauvignon Blanc which was delicious. Their wine selection is very lovely. With regard to the food, we had the meatball appetizer and the strawberry gazpacho. I found the meatball to be a touch on the salty side but the texture and cook were good. The gazpacho was refreshing. I had the rigatoni for my entree which was cooked perfectly and the vodka sauce was great. For dessert the chocolate terrine was rich and a nice end to the meal. But by far my favorite menu item was the fresh baked bread with ricotta honey and thyme butter. Overall, it was a bit underwhelming. I would not likely return for regular dinner but was glad to be able to try this place out.

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to visit Fiola Miami, and it did not disappoint. The establishment's ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, making it an inviting choice for a Saturday evening.Seated at the bar, I was immediately greeted by Marcus and his colleague, Skylar, who was equally attentive, ensuring that every need was met throughout the evening. The culinary journey began with the meatball appetizer, which Marcus recommended. It was a wise suggestion; the meatballs were rich and flavorful, elevated by a sublime stracciatella that added a luxurious touch. For the main course, I opted for the lobster ravioli. This dish was nothing short of remarkable. To conclude the meal with tiramisu, a classic dessert executed flawlessly. The wine pairings were expertly curated, enhancing each course and demonstrating the staff's deep knowledge of their offerings.Overall, Fiola Miami excels in service, culinary artistry, and atmosphere, making it a commendable choice for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. It's a rare find where all elements align so seamlessly.
