I've only been there once and I had their smothered pork chops over a bed of white rice a side of mustard greens and a side of mashed potatoes. Everything was very delicious I do want to come back and try other things

Well came in on a Saturday and the menu was not everything but we will make it work. Staff was super nice. Building is work in process would love to see this place take off! Free mimosas Food was so good gumbo excellent burgers.

Great place for a great meal. Don't let the outside fool you. Good food and good atmosphere. I had the shrimp basket. Fries were cooked to perfection and the shrimp were delicious, not over cooked. Friendly service and attentive waitstaff. Definitely coming back again!!

If you want to be treated with dignity, respect, and receive quality customer service then you should visit this establishment. The owner is simply amazing! My son and I arrived to her restaurant tonight and it was literally about 6 minutes before closing time. We walked in and she greeted us with the most genuine smile which could be seen beyond her mask. She was so kind and patient as she explained their hours of operation. Not only did she grace us with her presence but she offered us something to drink along with "lagniappe," if you're from NOLA then you know what I'm talking about, lol. The banana pudding didn't make it home because we devoured it as soon as we made it to our vehicle. It was DELICIOUS!!!! My son and I have already planned our next visit :-) If you're in the Baytown area, you've got to check this restaurant out. If you're not in Baytown, get in your vehicle and head on out there because it's so worth the drive!

This was my 1st time there, large group of our guys came on Friday and said it was good and fast today we went in with no more than 15 guys, they weren't busy. One of our guys who had the simplistic meal a chicken salad, was the last one to .......attempt to get his meal, initially they said they were working on his salad, then after everyone in our group received our meals, they came back and told him they don't have any chicken. 45+ min later with a deadline to be back die training. Then they brought him his very small side of red beans and rice and charged him for that. Another team member asked for Mayo w the fries never came but was charged. They never came to refill the waters. For those needing utensils, we had to ask for utensils and napkins. Try to support local mom/pop joints but service like this makes it tough. I had their gumbo, nothing special. Definitely had way worse but had much better. Most of the guys had burgers said they were ok. Hard to mess up burgers right? Or chicken salad????

This restaurant was no where to be found there was a Mexican restaurant in its place. Didn't try it out because was too disappointed that we couldn't find FATFATS

Great food! Good value! I was delightfully surprised at the flavor and substance of the food I purchased. I ordered the beef tips and rice with yams and Mac and cheese. The food had the perfect amount of flavor. Thankfully, it was seasoned but not salty. The beef tips were so tender you could cut them with a plastic fork...I know because I did! Most people may prefer sweet yams, but I liked the fact that theirs were not loaded with sugar and butter. The Mac and cheese tasted like someone's old granny was in the kitchen preparing individually made batches. It also came with a cornbread muffin and a drink. $15 for all that...win-win! I will DEFINITELY be returning.

It was my first time here me and my co worker went for lunch i had the fried chicken he had the burger both were amazing loved the food/ atmosphere everyone had an amazing attitude would definitely recommend!

The food was delicious. I had the seafood fish and shrimp plate. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. This is a great place to meet friends and have a break from the daily hustle. I will return again and again. They just started and open so let's give this place a chance, you won't regret it! Bring a sweater it's a little cold inside. The fish was cooked right! Totally worth it!!!

I got the burger I loved it good people great food I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area
