European Market & Bistro

European Market & Bistro turned out to be a delightful find. The Chicken Kebob was a highlight for me --perfectly authentic, with a juicy interior and a smoky exterior that added an extra layer of flavor. The Gyro Wrap was equally impressive, served with a fresh, creamy white sauce that complemented the seasoned meat perfectly. The service was a top notch. A great spot for those craving authentic Mediterranean flavors in a casual setting!

Don't be fooled by "European" market. The market and the lounge feel of the bistro. The sandwiches were fantastic! We had the Prosciutto -Basil and the Turkey Pesto. We were told the bread is a Bosnian bread. It was perfect - not too hearty.The humus was fresh and topped w olive oil and paprika. It was an excellent accompaniment to the sandwich.The bistro has a lounge area and a couple of longer tables. If it's busy, you might have to get it to go.

We had the prosciutto basil sandwich, gyro and french fries. All were very good. The sandwich had a great ratio of meat to other toppings but wish the gyro had a little more meat. Both were good. The restaurant itself self is more of a hang out spot vs a traditional restaurant. It worked well for us. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area.

We liked this place. Came on a Thurs for lunch on our way from the airport to CB...and based upon Yelp reviews....and it was a good choice.We ordered the Prosciutto Basil, Turkey Pesto, and Gyro Wrap, and we were all very pleased with our selections.Small place....local feel....and great food.

A little warm and music a bit loud. Unique dining room couches, comfy and high chairs, along with a picnic table. Seat yourself and relax the owner and his nephew are very accommodating and eager to serve. There aren't many Mediterranean middle eastern types of restaurants in this area so it is a nice alternative option to have. Homemade bread, pesto, and taziki sauce is a nice touch that really adds some nice fresh flavor. Good portions, I have leftovers and I love any place with good parking It's good fresh food if you're looking for a clean meal that won't leave you feeling guilty or weighed down.

Solid 4.5 stars. Putting Mayo on an Italian sandwich is a crime, which is why I knocked 1/2 a star. Gyro is amazing and would come back for that and try kabobs.

This place was great. Everyone was friendly and the sandwiches were awesome. We are always looking for a good gyro and it's so unfortunate that we had to come all the way out here, to Denver from LA, to find one!

I had high hopes for this small mom and pop in a strip mall next to pizzeria Leopoldo due to all the rave reviews, but unfortunately it has been one of the more disappointing meals for me as of recent. My husband was set on the prosciutto basil sandwich. That ended up being pretty good and hitting the spot for our sandwich craving, although not a sandwich I need in my life over and over, and honestly the thing that's holding up this review as a 3 star. I ordered the kofta plate. Was surprised to see the kofta served in the form of breakfast sausage links. They were very dry and flavorless, and the texture was definitely of ground meat that had been reheated in a microwave. Dips also lacked flavor. Lentil soup was fine. I should have stuck with a sandwich as well, but for a place that is called European market, I thought I could go on a limb to assume their non-sandwich items would have some standards.

Nice, clean little bistro down the street from where I live. I've ordered take out a few times and it's always been very good. I especially like the Greek salad. I don't know what it is - a salad's a salad, right? - but it has that special something that makes me keep coming back for it. The young man that runs the place is nice and personable and it's always a treat to visit a locally owned business. I highly recommend European Market & Bistro.

We ordered the prosciutto and pesto sandwich and the lamb kebab plate and both were incredible! The service was also amazing! So glad to have found this place. 100% will be going back!
