Em’s Pho Vietnamese Cuisine

I used to go to Em's for my pho fix but I must say their quality has gone down. Growing up in Alief I had my picks from amazing pho spots. During my earlier visits, the pho was great but recently not so much. In a recent visit my broth literally tasted like soap. Their Vietnamese dishes are worth a try. In the future I'll opt for their entrees over the pho.

First time coming here! I like the authentic Vietnamese restaurant vibe right there! The store is nice and clean The staff was very friendly and suggested me to have good vegetarian dishes! I had vegetarian pho and banmi and they were really good! For banmi, the bread was nicely crispy and the flavor of the tofu was delicious! For vegetarian pho, the soup was very gentle taste! I added hoison sauce a little bit and it made magical taste! :) I enjoyed it very much and surely will be back! :) Keep up your good work! :) Cheers

Amazing place!I had the Em's Pho which is pho with combo beef. It was delicious!My wife had the kalbi shortrib (Korean dish) and the beef was high-quality, juicy and flavorful. They have a kids menu too (kid's pho for my daughter and chicken nuggets and fries for my son). If you don't mind paying slightly more for quality, this is a great place and the portions were large enough too. Lastly, great service and atmosphere. I love this place.

This place was really great. At first, I was a little thrown off by the prices which set a negative tone for me but the service and food were all top notch. The food was really fresh and tasty. I got Em's vermicelli bowl which was a great portion and had a crispy egg roll, pork, and shrimp. My friends got pho which they all loved. I tried the broth and it was light and tasty. The meat was super tender and the best pho meat I've ever had. The restaurant is also very cute inside and the food was all plated really nicely. I will be back in the future, however this is not your everyday go-to viet spot. They are aiming for a more high quality experience which reflects in the higher than expected prices.

I enjoyed the pork & shrimp crispy egg roll. I also liked the lemongrass beef vermicelli. My waitress my really nice and it was clean inside. However, I was shocked at the prices here and sadly don't think I will be back because of them.

I love the bahn mi sandwiches here The meat was very juicy and flavorful. Prices are also very reasonable, you can tell they use very high quality ingredients . I will definitely stop by again when im in the area

I usually pick up from Em's Pho and we always get our go-to dish, the beef vermicelli. The beef is always well cooked and the flavor is always consistently good. I love the variety of veggies that come with this dish. The pricing is also much lower than another competitor Vietnamese restaurant in the area.

Soooo Good and Flavorful!!!Hats off to Mai (Millie the Chef) super nice and sweet ! Staff was very nice as well ! I was the first to try her NEW SPICY BEEF NOODLE SOUP ! If you like spicy that would be it right there. You can ask for more spice on the side (which I did) if you like. Gotta come try it !!!!

HORRIBLE.... I ordered chicken pho and the broth tasted like water mixed with grease. There was absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I also ordered the pork wontons and they were teeny tiny, not worth $7 and didn't even come with any kind of sauce like advertised. Ended up throwing the pho away because the broth was essentially inedible. If you're used to good pho, I don't recommend you try this place.

I got the vegetarian egg rolls and the shaking wok tofu. The egg rolls (not good, very doughy) were 1/4 the size of the ones from other Vietnamese places. The amount of shaking wok tofu I got was barely enough for me to get close to full. The price for the amount of food is horrendous. I get double the amount of food down the street at little v's.
