Food 4/5Service 3/5Honestly it was the only thing around to choose from. I had to get something for my mom but that was an encounter I could've done without. The guy was snappy af and that doesn't really drive customers to come back even if the food is decent. My mom said it was good. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what? Most likely I won't be back though.

One of the best food trucks. Must try! Food quantity and quality are worth every Penny. Food trucks now and days are beyond expensive, but this food truck give you a great amount of food. I order one quesadilla and it's enough for 2 people. The chicken has a great smoky flavor and it tender. The brisket also it tender and falls apart easily. The owner is very sweet. He took the time explain menu and hot sauce. He's located at equal parts so you can enjoy a great beer. Going back for more.

Delicious brisket quesadilla! Incredibly large with generous amounts of meat, sides of fresh salsa and crema. Such a hidden gem at one of the best breweries in the city. The brisket is my go-to but you can't go wrong with the juicy carnitas or even the butter shrimp when available.

Great food quality, wish I ordered more! Super friendly service from the son / mother duo. Extremely accommodating to vegetarians/vegans and sauces that come with dishes were top notch. Can't beat drinking great beers at a brewery and having it paired with delicious tex-mex food. Mom was so cute.

Incredible. At first glance, the prices seem typical. And by typical, I mean high because barbeque has gotten pricey. $14 for a grilled cheese? No way...Well, in relation to portion size, this food is EXCEPTIONALLY well priced. That grilled cheese came with your choice of bbq meat and was enough for two. The brisket Frito Pie was the same. And the elote, considerably cheaper but still an exceptional bargain for its size. And that aside, everything was absolutely delicious. We will absolutely come by again.

I went here after seeing rave reviews, and I was craving some tex-mex. This food truck did NOT disappoint. Every ingredient-from the fresh cheeses to the wagyu beef- combined into exactly what I would expect and crave from a tex mex location! The owner of the truck was the person that served us, and he gave plenty of recommendations because it was my first time here. The elote corn was spicy and sweet and perfectly balanced, and the quesadilla had smoked chicken that I could've eaten plain and still fallen in love with! Topped with cheese and spice, and it was the best chicken quesadilla (and the biggest) I've had in months. I don't usually opt for wagyu bacon burgers at a tex mex food truck, but when the owner said he grinds his own meat, I wanted to give it a try and WOW am I glad that I did. He warned that he doesn't add much in the way of spices, and I totally understand why; the meat was so delicious you didn't need to do anything with it!I sat at an outdoor picnic table, but I was offered to sit inside the brewery next door if I wanted to. Overall great service, delicious food, and worth the barely 15 minute wait! Give this place a try if you want fresh, satiating Tex Mex food in big portions!

The kindest chef making some of the best brisket and chicken ever to go into a quesadilla. We pulled up to the brewery just as he closed and he kindly made up food. The Elote was delicious and so were the homemade salsas - jalapeño and a ghost pepper. You simply must try his food!

Don't miss out on this hidden gem. Amazing slow cooked meats. Large portions. Great sauces. Every bite is cause to celebrate. If they were in my neighborhood, I'd be fat, broke, and happy. Can't wait to visit again.

Yum. This food is so delicious. Will make things vegetarian upon request. One of the most underrated tex mex joints in Houston. Wish I had a photo but I ate it too fast. Plus the mom / son duo is so cute. I love supporting this business. Also, the brisket is super tender and juicy.
