The crispy exterior of the falafel croquettes went well with the creamy tzatziki sauce.
The Salmon Roll was made with spicy mango, edge togarashi, and cucumber.
This was our favorite app of the night - the mango sauce added a nice tropical component to the lightly seasoned roll.
The Big Eye Tuna Roll was made with crisp onion, sushi rice, and yuzu kosho.
The Big Eye Tuna Hand Roll is made with crisp onion, sushi rice and yuzu kosho.
Lord have mercy - the New York Strip was perfection (the best steak I've had in a while). The cut of meat was full of flavor.
Ross had the Fire on the Mountain mocktail made with grapefruit, basil, lime, and chili peppers.
The Mezze Plate was made with pepper spread, hummus, tzatziki, baba ghanoush, falafel, olives, figs, and flatbread two ways.
6oz Filet Mignon from Australia (EDGE has incredible cuts of meat).
For sides we had the Harissa Carrots made with Local Honey, Dill, Pistachio, & Salsa Verde.
The Toro Nigiri is made with ginger ponzu and masago. The Toro Nigiri was nicely marbled and had a clean flavor against the bright ponzu.
The Lamb Lollipops were made with harissa marinade, peanuts, tzatziki, and cucumber.
The lamb had a gamey Mediterranean spice that was balanced by the lightness of the cucumber, and tang of the tzatziki.
The Urban Campfire was made with Valrhona dark & milk chocolate, graham crackers, & chai marshmallows.
The Roasted Romanesco was served with caramelized leeks, polenta galette, mushroom jus, puffed rice and paired w/ Domain Drouhin Pinot Noir.
The A5 Wagyu Gunkan is made with spicy lobster, teriyaki and togarashi. Lord have mercy - this surf & turf sushi roll was a tasty miracle.
The Raspberry Lemon Cake is a 100% vegan dessert.
The Torched Salmon Nigiri was made with Tamari Glaze & EDGE "Steak" Spice - incredible.
I live for interactive desserts like this - we got to smash the chocolate banana with a mini mallet & then dig in.
The west coast oysters were small & sweet with outstanding flavors of butter and cucumber.

Stayed at the Four Seasons and ate at the Edge bar a couple of times. Their cocktails are very good and complex. Food is good too but i did have one bad experience with getting my steak. The whipped potatoes were also very bad. All other apps were good.

Here's an idea for a Winter Date night in Denver...First Stop: The Four Seasons' EDGE Restaurant (this is where you will valet your car for the evening). Make sure to get your valet ticket validated at the restaurant & parking will only be $15.Once valeted, we headed inside the hotel to EDGE. We were seated at a velvet booth in EDGE's main dining room. The restaurant's aesthetic was upscale & modern with clean lines & clear spaces. Our server, Austin was outstanding & ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was exceptional. We started out our meal with some bubbles & seasonal cocktails. Here are my favorite things to order at EDGE. Start with the Torched Salmon Nigiri made with Tamari Glaze & EDGE "Steak" Spice. The torched surface of the salmon catalyzed the deep, rich umami flavor of the tamari glaze all the while maintaining the clean flavor of the fish. The salmon was so tender, buttery, & melted in our mouths. The Maryland Crab Soup was made with Fennel, Brûléed Orange & Bay Crab. The soup was decadent & thick on the tongue with lumps of sweet bay crab throughout. The Babe Farms Beet Rose was made with Pear Butter, Pretzel, Marcona Almond Crumble, Dill, Raspberry Dust & Buttermilk Horseradish Dressing (this beet dish always blows us away). Visually stunning and delicious! The creamy dressing & butter completely tempered the earthiness of the beet which resulted in a cool sweetness that we couldn't get enough of. The smooth texture of the beet against the crunch of the pretzel & nut crumbles was divine. The 14 oz Bison Ribeye had a sweet undertone and was incredibly tender. The Point Reyes Bleu Cheese topping took the ribeye to the next level taste wise. My 6oz Filet was phenomenal - just look at the gorgeous coloring of the meat. It was cooked perfectly. Austin recommended the Brussel Sprouts as a side & they were great.Always get one of EDGE'S smash desserts for dessert (they taste just as good as they look). EDGE's pastry chefs are amazing & are constantly updating the dessert menu. I smashed the white chocolate pumpkin with a spoon to unveil fluffy mousse & cranberry filling. A sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience at EDGE.Following dinner, we headed over to Ellie Caulkins Opera House for a show (it was only a 3-minute walk) - we saw the Nutcracker and it was fabulous. After the show, we walked back to the Four Seasons to get our car from the valet. That's a wrap on date night!

First time visitor to this lovely restaurant. The ambiance of this restaurant was very pleasant and relaxing. Perfect spot for an elegant night out. My favorite menu item that I ordered was the torched salmon! The salmon had so much flavor and the torch but the icing on the cake. We also had Brussel sprouts, Parmesan asparagus, & grilled octopus that were really good I'd recommend those items. The lobster Mac and cheese had to be my less favorite dish on the menu. The cheese sauce was bland to me.Our waitress did an amazing job at recommending items on the menu like the torched salmon & he also recommended things to do in Colorado since my party of 6 was visiting from out of town.

Came here for my anniversary, food was good but nothing extraordinary, I appreciated the larger portion sizes and ambiance was nice. Service was a little slow but it was nearing the end of the night and we had to flag down a different server to get the bill. The hostess out front was lovely.

Found this classy, upscale restaurant to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing, to say the least. The service was good, a few different staff members continuously checked in on us, all no with our gentleman server. The food was chefs kiss. One of the most unique dishes I've had, the flavors and the textures - to die for. This is an amazing restaurant for two, as it can get pricey. We were a party of 4 and the bill was around what we expected with those prices. We will absolutely be returning!!

Edge Bar was a place I would stop in for a drink or two after a show. I was very surprised at how much their prices had increased in less than a year. I know it's the Four Seasons....maybe it's because of the holidays. Although our waitress was quick to get our order, it took quite a while to get our drinks. My friend ordered an iced tea since she was the DD and her drink came out almost 10 minutes after mine, and the only thing that was said was, "it had to come from the restaurant" which is right next door. Sadly, Edge has lost its edge for me.

Friendly service but a little under staffedingredients are great and fresh. Love the detail that they froze juice to cube and put into the drink. The way they plate the food makes me very cheered. My friend said the mushroom item is delicious.Soy milk latte is over heated but still tasty.Overall, love the place. Good food and quite enough to have conversation.

It's the little things and attention to detail that I appreciated about this restaurant. The iced tea ice cubes were basically frozen tea cubes so your iced tea would not be watered down by ice! The bread had a salami butter with garlic confit. Baked fresh and yummy, I'd go back just for the bread! Pork chop and filet were excellent. Brussels sprouts and truffle mac and cheese was wonderful. Great dessert and impeccable service by the staff. Would love to come back again!
