Don Fausto's

I brought my mom to colony square for her first time. I was waiting in line for pretty little tacos but, the line was too long and it was taking forever. So I decided to give one of the other restaurants a try. I came here because I love Cuban food. I got the pulled pork with rice and beans and plantains. I also got a guava pastelito. Everything was delicious. I got a Cubano to-go. I will definitely be back.

Check out Politan Row at Colony Square, an upscale food hall with gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces to eat, drink, chill, watch a televised game, or picnic with your dog. Great for a date or GNO, there's something for all preferences, but I highly recommend a Cuban feast from Don Fausto's, owned by Joel Diaz. You must try the crispy-chewy tostones with cravable sauce, the taste-explosion pork plate with perfect rice and beans and sweet plantains (my favorite!), and the best Cuban sandwich ever! Seriously, you could not ask for better Cuban food, and we'll drive the near hour to get here regularly! The service was exceptional-- very friendly and enthusiastic, and they were craving feedback which we were happy to offer with praise.

Authentic Cuban food served quickly. The meals were sliced just right and the Cuban coffee at the end tops it all off. Great service and the ambience is a open food court with a bar in the middle so it depends on where you sit.

Nice addition to The Politan at Colony Square.I came here for lunch, after a co-worker recommended it.The jerk wings are delicious, if you can handle the heat! I opted to add the jasmine rice, black beans and plantain (just $6 more), which made it a well-balanced meal. The cashier was very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful with my lunch choice.

I came for lunch today. I walked into Politan Row not knowing what I wanted and ended up seeing this gem. Food was really good. I got the Cuban plate with the mojo pork. And I also got a side of tostones. I would say the rice and beans may be a little bit more seasoning, but the pork was superb. I also like the dipping sauce that came with the Tostones. The young lady that took my order was super sweet and helpful. I'll be back!

Don Fausto's was good food inside of Politan Row. We liked their Cuban sandwiches and their vegan options they had here!

Hands down the best Cuban Sandwich outside of Cuba. Every single food item here was amazing. We have now tried everything on the menu since it opened a couple of months ago and still can't get enough. On top of the unbelievable food, the service is amazing. You can tell this crew has a legit passion for what they do & for their customers. The owner has come by to check on us at every single visit & his demeanor will make any day better. Taking every friend we have here for an amazing meal out.

Best food and most reasonable price of the Colony Square restaurants, by far. The folks behind the counter are friendly and fast.
