I recently had the pleasure of dining at Di Mauro, and I must say, the Italian food was simply outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a memorable meal.The menu offered a great selection of classic Italian dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. I highly recommend the lasagna - it was layered beautifully and had just the right balance of meat, cheese, and sauce. The pizza was another standout, with a thin, crispy crust and fresh toppings that tasted straight from the garden. I LOVEDDDDDDDD the black truffle tagliolini was a 12/10. My boyfriend had the special which included lobster and I added shrimp to mine. The flavor was outstanding. I watched him live mixed my pasta in the cheese bowl. It truly was a fantastic experience in my mouth. My mojito was delicious. The bartender made it with fresh strawberries. My boyfriend got the grapefruit margarita which he really enjoyed. I also love that you can actually taste the alcohol versus going to a place where you're spending $20 for a drink and they are watering it down.Service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were happy to provide recommendations. The portions were generous, leaving us fully satisfied but still craving another visit! I'm definitely excited to eat my leftovers tomorrow.If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, Di Mauro is the place to go. I'll definitely be returning!

We had an excellent time with Rafael as our bartender! He was Italian and extremely professional! We ordered classical old fashioned drinks that were made to perfection! He then gave us a sample of an after dinner Italian liquor that was absolutely fabulous :) ++ Highly recommend!! ***** ^+

Excellent authentic Italian food in convenient corner location.Fresh pasta, pizzas and more. Check out their mid-day happy hour food and drink specials. The pizza is excellent and very reasonably priced.It has ample sidewalk seating as well as indoor.Super friendly wait staff made this a great experience overall.

After major walking and being outdoors during the Air Show, getting some swimming and having followed DiMauros on social media for awhile, I decided to stop by for dinner this last Sunday. They're on a corner right off Española Way & Washington, and even though I was direct from the beach I was able to snag an inside seat #airconditoining and received ViP service from Gabrielle.I had been outside quite a while so i started with just water and a soda while waiting for the good stuff. It's the weekend and I like rum so I tried both their passion fruit and strawberry daiquiris. Though both were tasty & well blended, the strawberry one - garnished with real fruit - was my favorite. There was also a refreshing limoncello aperitif at the end.Food wise, the burrata salad was a nice portion of creamy cheese on fresh basil and baby tomatoes with a few fresh pieces of bread. They also brought the balsamic vinegar without me having to ask for it. My chicken parm (duh) was also nicely portioned and not just breading and a good amount of marinara. Its nice cheesy topping was also served with fresh greens like the salad on a spaghetti bed.Besides the aperitif aforementioned, a jiggly cool strawberry pannacotta (also with real berries and not just syrup) made for my sweet ending. With the variety of the menu I enjoyed, fresh ingredients and pleasant service this is definitely 5 stars.

As a pasta lover I have to recommend this place without a doubt in my heart... I had a lobster pasta and my boyfriend had the chicken Parmesan. Not only was the food spectacular, but the drinks and service as well. Cute date night .... Try it out you won't regret it !

I decided to try this place with my boyfriend after being refused service for only being a party of 1 previously. We wanted to see what was so great about this place. We started off with espresso martinis which were amazing! You can always tell when a place uses real espresso. For entrees we got the fettuccine bolognese and the chicken parm. Both were really good but all in it cost us $130 for 2 entrees and 3 drinks which is absolutely ridiculous. There is a reason why this place is so empty all the time! Only reason this place gets 2 starts is due to the close location to south beach and the food being slightly above average for the area. Low rating because we saw another solo person there and they were being served just fine also price!

Fantastic food, fantastic service. Had the rib ravioli special. Wonderful place for a date our business meal. Yusi was our server, had great suggestions and personality.

Candela was the best--she was so friendly and helpful with the menu... just a shining star to the restaurant. The food was above par. The ambiance was unique and fun. We loved everything!

Amazing food, better servers. Don't know why the place is not packed, it's the only place I got seafood that was not over cooked. Nice bar and cute drinks. If you can, ask for Camilo!! He was the best.

Food was very good, ordered the penne vodka with chicken and it was perfect. The highlight of the experience was Mirko, who served us and treated us with amazing service. Drinks by the bartender were so good as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for solid Italian food!
