Best gyro I have ever had! Order it spicy! So delicious. We had the burrito also, but did not like as much as the gyro. Couldn't recommend the gyro enough! The woman that worked/owner the truck was so accommodating and kind! Amazing!!!!! Would drive to her to eat her food again.

Randomly decided to explore this part of town since we just moved to Denver and saw this little pink food truck with a few people ordering and decided to get something. Initially we were gonna get a burger but decided on a steak gyro and it was definitely the right choice. The ingredients were fresh, the pita fluffy and warm and the whole thing so so flavorful. I need to go back and eat this again soon.

Awesome food truck located in downtown Denver, right outside union station. Great variety of sausages to pick from for your hot dog including spicy polish sausage. Also, have a great selection of sandwiches including Philly Cheesesteak.

Best hot dog I've had! Love the way she grills it and cuts it open, good bun as well. Excited to go back to try the Philly cheese steak

So the day I was dropping off my deposit at my new apartment, I noticed parking was a cluster with all of the construction going on. I ended up having to park up the street, about a block away. As I got out of my car, I saw a trailer with a line of construction workers. It smelled good, so I decided to take a closer look. Usually, when one sees a food vendor at a construction site, you would think they only sell hot dogs. Not only it had a clever name (The Pink Elephant), but it had one of the biggest menus I have seen on a food truck. I saw "gyro" and I knew right then and there I would be stopping there for lunch. I went and dropped off the check, and came back. Thankfully, the line calmed down. The gentlemen in charge was very friendly. I told him to keep it simple- I just wanted a gyro, with sauce. He gave me extra meat. I was excited.I told him I was going to be living on that side of town, and I told him I will surely be frequenting this place. Like the people around him told him, he shook my hand, gave me my gyro, and said, "welcome to the neighborhood!" I proceeded to walk towards a bench near my car (it was a nice sunny day, and I knew I would be late to work anyways) and sit down and enjoy it. With the view of Union Station right in front of me, it was very relaxing. The gyro itself- I could live off of. The meat had a slight crisp, and the pita was nice and warm- fresh off the flat top. One of the better ones I have had. It was so cheap too!!! So far, my favorite street vendor in Denver. Also caters and takes credit cards too. I am salivating for a gyro as we speak!

I got the Spicy Gyro and it was pretty good. I would agree with another reviewer that the fries could be improved. I don't think they were a bad value portion wise, but due to the container they come in they get soggy really quickly. The woman running the truck was very personable, and I enjoyed ordering from her. Our wait wasn't too long and she had a sign inside the bar with the current order number so you could easily tell when your order was up.I wouldn't seek out going to a bar/brewery just for this truck, but if it was at a place I frequent I would order again and try some other menu items.

Gyro was pretty good. Fries are awful. Soggy and chewy. For $6 I would expect I lot more for a little side of fries. There are too many high quality food trucks to waste money on lackluster food

The BEST hot dogs/brats I've ever had. First time I ate here was on New Years Eve 2019. The owner is the sweetest woman I've ever met. We even went back for more later on. Every time I'd ride the light rail downtown, I'd be sure to stop by and get something from her. I was 18 when I first ate here, and I'm now going to be 22. This place brings back so many good memories, and I'd eat here every day if I could.
