"Very friendly service. The staff member that greeted me walked me through the menu and introduced herself and welcomed me in. They just opened a few days ago so weren't serving breakfast sandwiches yet but had a nice offering of Banh Mi sandwiches and other traditional sandwiches for around $11 plus tax. They also offer a daily selection of pastries.I ordered the chicken Bahn Mi. The chicken was tender and had good flavor and the bread was incredibly tasty and crunchy. There was a nice portion of the pickled veggies and their sauce had good flavor,I was a little disappointed to see how the Vietnamese iced coffee was made -- it was poured straight out of premade bottle rather than being house made. I will definitely be returning to try some of their other sandwiches. 4.5 stars"

There's an awesome patio outside with ample seating, not sure what that looks like in the winter but it's great for warmer months."

"What a fun place! Stopped in while apartment-hunting with my daughter. She had a very yummy iced coffee with delicious things mixed in. Unfortunately I didn't listen to her order, but I did try her coffee. The baristas were so friendly and cheerful! A very welcoming vibe. Nice atmosphere with tables, chairs, a sofa, and local art for sale! Unfortunately, she won't be living on this block because the leasing agents at Uptown Square refused to show her an apartment because we were late. She found another apartment instead."

The vibes of the staff were slightly odd (not the most welcoming/friendliest), but expecting I just caught them at an off time. I hope to try Hearth's bread soon!"

"Came here after a morning workout at Sloan Lake right down the street. I found parking in front of the building. Super long line that moved pretty slowly, but in my mind that means it's pretty good. Plus, I believe the specialty are the bagel sandwiches. It's a very small location so the line wrapped around all the indoor seats. Each bagel took around 8 - 10 minutes. I honestly didn't want to wait so I decided to grab a half a dozen bagels, side of creme cheese to take home. It all cost $15 dollar which was a pretty good deal and the bagels were delicious. I did take off a star because after waiting 30 minutes I didn't want to wait an additional ten for a sandwich. However, I plan on coming back hopefully when it's not so busy to give it a try. Also, the paper bag they gave me had a huge rip in it and when I grab it my bagels almost fell out. (Not to be dramatic but if I would have lost a bagel it would have been my 13th reason lol) Definitely plan on coming back and giving the bagel sandwich a try! Overall, 4/5 stars!"

Metered parking is plentiful in the area, though the neighborhood attracts interesting characters, some of which walked into the coffeeshop.Anyways, I was productive getting a few hours of work done on their strong open Wi-Fi network. The place is super clean, and the baristas and managers are eager to create a positive experience for their customers. Love the variety of furniture and tables available for individuals or small groups to hang at. Would love to have this as a daily option if I lived here!"

One of the more robust food options for a coffee shop other than the typical pastry case.One thing I like here is the variety of artwork displayed. It's cool to spotlight great artists and they have ample eye candy on the walls. We spent a few hours here on Sunday and the playlist was awesome. You know you've found a great coffee shop when you don't have to plug in your earbuds!Baristas are uber friendly and work efficiently. Very quick to empty the dish bin, serve up food and top off your coffee. Oh, the best part of Torpedo are the free refills of drip coffee! Corvus coffee refills? Say no more.My only negative is I just wish they were open later. They close at 2:00pm every day. And you know what, good for them. But selfishly I know that if they were open later they'd be more in my weekly rotation.In a great neighborhood with plenty of surrounding options like Esters, Dang, Illegal Pete's, etc. If the weather cooperates, take your coffee on the patio. "This is a little bit of a hole in the wall establishment. That means it's no frills and you know it has potential.I'd rate it in the top 1% of Banh mi options available in this mid-city. Yes there is a lot of options if you want Vietnamese food or Korean food but they are totally catering to a modified style of their food to appease the masses. Denver is only like 4% Asian people so I am not surprised they tamper down on the flavor profile at a lot of these hot spots.This banh mi reminds me of my favorite spot in the big apple. It is just as flavorful with lots of pickled daikon/carrots and the actual meat part of the matter is seasoned well. They use fresh ingredients and don't skimp on that part like some of the basic banh mi you can get at the larger Viet restaurants here.I go out of my way to obtain one of these sandwiches. I know they have other things but the sandwich gets me every time."

"I'm in Denver at a conference and an early riser, even in Central Time. I was stoked this placed opens early and are a quick walk away. They have elevated breakfast sandwiches made to order. Coffee is delicious. There is limited space inside, so you need to take your food to go.I got the salami one on an everything bagel and a Tuscan mocha. It survived the 10-minute walk back to the hotel and wasn't soggy at all. It wasn't the most stuffed bagel I've ever had (that award goes to a place in Philadelphia), but I enjoyed the bagels crispness. It wasn't chewy or rubbery at all.The owner is gregarious and his employees are efficient. The wait wasn't that bad given they make it as you order it."

The space is clean, well lit, and has its own parking lot, plus the service is friendly and prompt. I highly recommend the New Mexico Skillet, packed with bacon and avocado and topped with salsa. Or if you're a meat lover, the Meat Lover Skillet is sure to satisfy your cravings with ample ham, bacon, and sausage. And don't even get me started on the hot chocolate - it's so rich and delicious! There're pastry cases and loud music, so we asked for the outside patio table. It was really lovely. Our server Juanita was a cute pistol and extremely kind. We ordered and it wasn't too long afterwards when our drinks then food arrived. The chips are wonderful and hearty thick! The Azteca burrito was amazing but the chilequiles needed more sauce. A very nice man brought me a cup of their green chili which helped immensely but I was so full with half my dish that I couldn't fully enjoy it. My eggs were perfectly cooked over easy and the refried beans were great. I wanted a hot skinny vanilla latte and it was brought iced, but Oh. My. Gosh. It was incredibly tasty. I'd like to come back soon!!"

So while my honey was partying this evening I picked up some to-go-ganoush at the Tuti Grill down on South Holly just past Evans. Had its high and low points. The baba ganoush was lemony and well finished with olive oiled. I'd give it a four out of five ganoush stars. The kebabs were well seasoned and tasty, but were made of ground and formed kebab pieces and not cubed fresh cut chunks of lamb. The pita tasted fine but store-bought (though I might be wrong about that). Fairly priced and a good amount of food I'll have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. "This is a very aesthetically pleasing coffee shop located in the bottom of the the University of Colorado's business school. As the name suggests, it's incredibly Scandinavian in its decor, and very clean. It is quite small, so I'm not sure this would be a great spot to hang out for too long, but it served our purpose of morning coffee during our trip very well! I ordered an oat milk chai tea latte with oat milk, and also picked up a CBD sparkling water. My latte was alright, but a little watered down for my liking. I believe it also cost about $6.50, which seemed like a lot, but is on par with our current times. The cashiers were perfectly pleasant, and got our drinks out very quickly which was great."

Butter Coffee is my favorite thing to get, though you can explore all their lovely latte variations. I had the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich, which was SOOO good! Surprising burst of flavor.Much smaller location with less tables if you're planning to get work done. Wi-Fi didn't seem to be available as advertised unfortunately, but maybe it was just that day. I just had to take a Zoom call from my phone outside on the front patio which wasn't ideal but made it work."

"The good:This is a cute little coffee shop in a trendy little area in Denver. Denver has plenty of great artisanal coffee spots and Blue Sparrow shouldn't be spared. Their lattes are perfectly made and their latte art is on point. The interior has around 5-6 tables for two people. There are some high chairs for people watching. There's outdoor seating as well and some shopping spots outside so it's nice to grab coffee and walk around here. They sell classic pastries as well like croissants and cookies. The service was prompt. The prices are fair and the menu is simple and straight forward. The bad:It's a really small shop so it's more for grabbing a drink then going or sitting a little bit rather than studying all day. The interesting:They have a 2nd location in Denver as well. They sell merchandise like sweaters and candles."
