"We were both pretty surprised by the quality of this place! Caramel macchiato tasted supremely fresh as my latte was as tasty as can be! The empanadas really hit the spot too. Also customer service was 10/10. Super patient and accomplished to my many questions. Lovely place!"
"Very friendly service. The staff member that greeted me walked me through the menu and introduced herself and welcomed me in. They just opened a few days ago so weren't serving breakfast sandwiches yet but had a nice offering of Banh Mi sandwiches and other traditional sandwiches for around $11 plus tax. They also offer a daily selection of pastries.I ordered the chicken Bahn Mi. The chicken was tender and had good flavor and the bread was incredibly tasty and crunchy. There was a nice portion of the pickled veggies and their sauce had good flavor,I was a little disappointed to see how the Vietnamese iced coffee was made -- it was poured straight out of premade bottle rather than being house made. I will definitely be returning to try some of their other sandwiches. 4.5 stars"

It's a warm, fuzzy sensation that tells you, "I'll be coming here a lot."A friend told me to check out this neighborhood spot when I first moved to Denver, and I've already been most weekends since. The pastries are INSANE (anyone know where they get them from?!) and the spicy chai latte is my favorite. There's an awesome patio outside with ample seating, not sure what that looks like in the winter but it's great for warmer months."
"Bread & Salt offers a variety of breakfast options. The coffee was delicious. I ordered the 3+2+1 Challah French Toast. This is a simple breakfast with quality ingredients. I especially like that they serve real maple syrup and Colorado grown ingredients. During a weekday around 10:00 a.m. the place was not busy and service was great!"
"What a fun place! Stopped in while apartment-hunting with my daughter. She had a very yummy iced coffee with delicious things mixed in. Unfortunately I didn't listen to her order, but I did try her coffee. The baristas were so friendly and cheerful! A very welcoming vibe. Nice atmosphere with tables, chairs, a sofa, and local art for sale! Unfortunately, she won't be living on this block because the leasing agents at Uptown Square refused to show her an apartment because we were late. She found another apartment instead."
"I highly recommend this breakfast restaurant due to its extensive menu and varied choices. A Yelp check-in yielded an unexpected perk - a free cup of coffee. The coffee itself was impressively balanced, neither too strong nor too weak. Our waitress provided outstanding service, frequently refilling our cups. The generous portions ensure diners leave fully satisfied. While situated in a business park, the restaurant's lack of ambiance is easily overlooked given the exceptional quality of the food."
"Convert a garage into a beautiful coffee shop on gentrified West Colfax and you deserve 5 stars. Add friendly service, great music, good coffee, and tasty breakfast items and you're above and beyond any local business. BCC is the tip of the commercial spear, wrestling W. Colfax away from the homeless, the criminal, the degenerate, and the mentally ill populations that have invaded Denver. They offer a welcoming oasis for the growing neighborhood of young professionals and their families. Bravo!!"
"The aesthetics here are on point with beautiful latte art and trendy tableware! I enjoyed my whole milk latte and the almond croissant is one of my favorites around ($10 pre tax/tip for coffee and pastry). This was a great stop but not sure it's a place I'd plan to post up and do work for the day as the tables are pretty small. The vibes of the staff were slightly odd (not the most welcoming/friendliest), but expecting I just caught them at an off time. I hope to try Hearth's bread soon!"
"Neighborhood place to have coffee, breakfast, smoothies.Come hungry because the portions are big and delicious. Their pancakes and waffles are amazing. Waffle was crips, fluffy and just sweet enough. Maple syrup was organic as was the regular coffee. Parking can be a challenge since it's really just off the street parking. Service was prompt and friendly too."
"If you haven't experienced the service or ambiance of Milk and Honey you don't know what you are missing. The coffee is very tasty and the place is very nicely decorated with a real homely feeling. I recommend you slow down and enjoy a coffee and pastry at Milk and Honey."
"Came here after a morning workout at Sloan Lake right down the street. I found parking in front of the building. Super long line that moved pretty slowly, but in my mind that means it's pretty good. Plus, I believe the specialty are the bagel sandwiches. It's a very small location so the line wrapped around all the indoor seats. Each bagel took around 8 - 10 minutes. I honestly didn't want to wait so I decided to grab a half a dozen bagels, side of creme cheese to take home. It all cost $15 dollar which was a pretty good deal and the bagels were delicious. I did take off a star because after waiting 30 minutes I didn't want to wait an additional ten for a sandwich. However, I plan on coming back hopefully when it's not so busy to give it a try. Also, the paper bag they gave me had a huge rip in it and when I grab it my bagels almost fell out. (Not to be dramatic but if I would have lost a bagel it would have been my 13th reason lol) Definitely plan on coming back and giving the bagel sandwich a try! Overall, 4/5 stars!"

I feel so lucky to be able to visit and enjoy this place.Relaxed, cozy and chill ambiance, noise level is moderate - low music and espresso machines. They are probably most famous for their tea - lots of herbal, black, green tea options and specialty drinks from those tea. This is a tea lover heaven especially if you want specialty drinks and not just plain tea in water. And then there are their pastries... a case of delight. I had the bacon cheddar quiche - one of the best quiche of my life, including the ones I have had in France. Their orange cranberry bread is soo moist and full of orange citrusy flavor.I love the Cape Town Fog which is a play on London Fog but made with rooibos and naturally caffeine free. It is not a huge space but seats open up and they do have extended cord outlets on the floor for laptop workers. Parking is easy in the back and staffs are pleasant. Love love this shop.

There's good sandwiches you brag about, then there's awesome sandwiches you want to keep a secret for yourself. I found my new favorite sandwich spot and just had to share what I found! If you've had a Vietnamese sandwich before, try their pork sandwich. The bread is a tier above your typical Vietnamese banh mi bread. It's an artisan crust that's rustic and has a great crunch. The protein tastes authentic like what you'd order at a Vietnamese storefront off Federal. I love veggies and they pack plenty vinegar carrots and daikon. I wish I asked for a side of their tasty house sauce to dunk my sandwich but that's me wanting the world. If it was my first time at a Banh Mi shop, I'd try the turkey sandwich. I'm looking forward to trying the curry chicken salad sandwich on my next visit. Loving the mom and pop shop for the neighborhood. 5/5 for vibes and taste.

Steam is such a cute little coffee shop. The line gets pretty long but that speaks to how tasty the drinks are. They offer a variety of pastries as well. The patio is the perfect spot to enjoy some sunshine and sip a fresh brew.

We were on our way to Red Rocks and Googled brunch spots...the menu looked good so we tried it. It was DELICIOUS and amazing service. All of our food was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. Great spot!

This was our first visit to Fluid and we really liked the ambiance. There's a cool little business center in the back of the building, but I'm not sure if it's open to the public or not. The barista was very friendly and they had gluten free goodies! We tried an M&M style cookie that was delicious. Unfortunately, my Americano wasn't very good. It was bitter and burnt tasting. My son's hot chocolate was very watery too. I'd give them another chance if I was in the area though, because I liked everything else about this coffee shop.

Stopped in before a busy trek to rocky mountain National Park. This reminds me of a place back home. The service was good and the food is full and plenty. I got the pb and frosted flake French toast with chorizo and egg on the side. The chorizo wasn't the best I had but the French toast was very delicious. My husband got the breakfast tacos which I tried and the flavors were very tasty and he got a side of oatmeal. Overall the meal was good and this is a good place to pop by.

Brew Culture Coffee knows how to brew a cup of joe! It has super cool vibes with kind baristas and open sitting for people who want to bring a laptop to work. I'll definitely be back for a work day, soon. Today, I had a basic drip. It was hot and everything I needed this am, however, they have a ton of more interesting options: special lattes, kombucha on draft, unique teas and even coffee drinks I've never heard of. I really wanted to try the One - on - One. I wish I could repeat what it is but I've forgotten it's exact set up. It sounded super fun and delicious, tho! Other things to note, they brew Sweet Bloom coffee and serve Rebel Bread pastries! Which, if you've never had a croissant by Rebel Bread, you are not living. They are remarkably buttery and flakey ~ such a TREAT with or without coffee!Overall, I'd go back to Brew Culture Coffee 100 times over. Great place!

Their croissants are amazing! Both the plain and chocolate ones are like a taste of Paris. The coffee to go came in a jar. Completely stupid.
Visit Restaurant Page"It seems like quite a few coffeeshops are opening in the basements of apartment complexes, which is smart. This one is attached to Sudler. It's HUGE, compared to other Blue Sparrow locations. Metered parking is plentiful in the area, though the neighborhood attracts interesting characters, some of which walked into the coffeeshop.Anyways, I was productive getting a few hours of work done on their strong open Wi-Fi network. The place is super clean, and the baristas and managers are eager to create a positive experience for their customers. Love the variety of furniture and tables available for individuals or small groups to hang at. Would love to have this as a daily option if I lived here!"
"Great little coffee shop located aside Thin Man. These 2 places are probably my 2 favorite places in Denver. You will definitely recognize familiar faces as many regulars frequent here often. Come check out my favorite little secret spot in Denver,"
"Happy Memorial Day bun. My go to spot when I'm in Denver. Some of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. We come for the pecan swirl cinnamon roll and the peach cinnamon roll. Definitely is a must try spot. You can't go wrong with any flavor cinnamon roll you try."
"I was on the hunt for the perfect coffee shop while on vacation. Have to say I'm very happy to have found this place. We were about a seven minute walk from our hotel and even though we had so many other shops around us this one just spoke to me. As I took my morning walk to earn my coffee :-) I was excited to find such a cute use of space. I'm guessing it used to be a firehouse? Everybody was super friendly and welcoming. Decided to get latte which was done to perfection. I love when I can actually taste coffee versus it being too much milk. Didn't have to make many adjustments. Prices were reasonable to my coffee was five dollars. I would definitely come back here for my morning wake up :)"
"Such an awesome vibe! It's the perfect place to work or do schoolwork. Lots of seating and charging stations (even on top of the tables!). The coffee is great and they have several options! We went with the chai and the nitro cold brew. They are both super good! They have some milk alternatives as well."
"Damn the torpedoes!Torpedo Coffee is a reliable coffee shop in Park Hill/Oneida Park. They serve great coffee and a variety of breakfast sandwiches and burritos. One of the more robust food options for a coffee shop other than the typical pastry case. One thing I like here is the variety of artwork displayed. It's cool to spotlight great artists and they have ample eye candy on the walls. We spent a few hours here on Sunday and the playlist was awesome. You know you've found a great coffee shop when you don't have to plug in your earbuds!Baristas are uber friendly and work efficiently. Very quick to empty the dish bin, serve up food and top off your coffee. Oh, the best part of Torpedo are the free refills of drip coffee! Corvus coffee refills? Say no more.My only negative is I just wish they were open later. They close at 2:00pm every day. And you know what, good for them. But selfishly I know that if they were open later they'd be more in my weekly rotation. In a great neighborhood with plenty of surrounding options like Esters, Dang, Illegal Pete's, etc. If the weather cooperates, take your coffee on the patio. They have lots of seating out there and it's covered. Cheggitout!"
"This is a little bit of a hole in the wall establishment. That means it's no frills and you know it has potential.I'd rate it in the top 1% of Banh mi options available in this mid-city. Yes there is a lot of options if you want Vietnamese food or Korean food but they are totally catering to a modified style of their food to appease the masses. Denver is only like 4% Asian people so I am not surprised they tamper down on the flavor profile at a lot of these hot spots. This banh mi reminds me of my favorite spot in the big apple. It is just as flavorful with lots of pickled daikon/carrots and the actual meat part of the matter is seasoned well. They use fresh ingredients and don't skimp on that part like some of the basic banh mi you can get at the larger Viet restaurants here.I go out of my way to obtain one of these sandwiches. I know they have other things but the sandwich gets me every time."
"I'm in Denver at a conference and an early riser, even in Central Time. I was stoked this placed opens early and are a quick walk away. They have elevated breakfast sandwiches made to order. Coffee is delicious. There is limited space inside, so you need to take your food to go.I got the salami one on an everything bagel and a Tuscan mocha. It survived the 10-minute walk back to the hotel and wasn't soggy at all. It wasn't the most stuffed bagel I've ever had (that award goes to a place in Philadelphia), but I enjoyed the bagels crispness. It wasn't chewy or rubbery at all.The owner is gregarious and his employees are efficient. The wait wasn't that bad given they make it as you order it."
"We really enjoyed the bagels which are very different than my NY roots. Though the onions were burnt the bagels were so good."
"Just discovered this 34 year old no frills spot on Broadway and I'm already a fan! Reasonably priced and generous portions - what more could you ask for? The space is clean, well lit, and has its own parking lot, plus the service is friendly and prompt. I highly recommend the New Mexico Skillet, packed with bacon and avocado and topped with salsa. Or if you're a meat lover, the Meat Lover Skillet is sure to satisfy your cravings with ample ham, bacon, and sausage. And don't even get me started on the hot chocolate - it's so rich and delicious! If you're in the area, definitely make a stop here. It's a gem!"
"GET THE COFFEE!! It's fabulous!! Saturday late morning and it's pretty packed! Lots of hustle and bustle of servers and people ordering food at the counter. There're pastry cases and loud music, so we asked for the outside patio table. It was really lovely. Our server Juanita was a cute pistol and extremely kind. We ordered and it wasn't too long afterwards when our drinks then food arrived. The chips are wonderful and hearty thick! The Azteca burrito was amazing but the chilequiles needed more sauce. A very nice man brought me a cup of their green chili which helped immensely but I was so full with half my dish that I couldn't fully enjoy it. My eggs were perfectly cooked over easy and the refried beans were great. I wanted a hot skinny vanilla latte and it was brought iced, but Oh. My. Gosh. It was incredibly tasty. I'd like to come back soon!!"
"Nice little coffee shop "by the lake," I popped into while staying at an Airbnb nearby. Good wifi and good black coffee, which is the true measure of a coffee shop (before people contaminate it with sugar, milk, syrups, etc. Good job!"
"I'm a huge prodigy fan - I usually go to their other location but I started staying at a different hotel in Denver and this one was closer. It's so cute inside!! Much more space, still clean and modern aesthetic. They are always super quick. The best coffee in Denver, and great breakfast options. I'll always prefer them over chains!"
"Came for lunch before a Sunday afternoon summer Rockies game. Very little seating and very popular on Sundays! Cute decor with what looked to be work from local artists for sale. Our party of four got a sweet crepe, a savory crepe, and 2 croissant sandwiches. Overall a good experience."
"Very good take-out order of baba ganoush and lamb kebabs. Those who read every review I write (yeah, right:), will know that I'm on a quest for the best baba ganoush in Denver. So while my honey was partying this evening I picked up some to-go-ganoush at the Tuti Grill down on South Holly just past Evans. Had its high and low points. The baba ganoush was lemony and well finished with olive oiled. I'd give it a four out of five ganoush stars. The kebabs were well seasoned and tasty, but were made of ground and formed kebab pieces and not cubed fresh cut chunks of lamb. The pita tasted fine but store-bought (though I might be wrong about that). Fairly priced and a good amount of food I'll have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. All-in-all a very good but not spectacular experience and it left me still looking for the perfect baba gee.Sign me,David "baba gee gee" M"
"This is a very aesthetically pleasing coffee shop located in the bottom of the the University of Colorado's business school. As the name suggests, it's incredibly Scandinavian in its decor, and very clean. It is quite small, so I'm not sure this would be a great spot to hang out for too long, but it served our purpose of morning coffee during our trip very well! I ordered an oat milk chai tea latte with oat milk, and also picked up a CBD sparkling water. My latte was alright, but a little watered down for my liking. I believe it also cost about $6.50, which seemed like a lot, but is on par with our current times. The cashiers were perfectly pleasant, and got our drinks out very quickly which was great."
"4.5 stars. I love that the Curtis Park location has the same "safe space" vibe as the original but still feels unique. Butter Coffee is my favorite thing to get, though you can explore all their lovely latte variations. I had the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich, which was SOOO good! Surprising burst of flavor.Much smaller location with less tables if you're planning to get work done. Wi-Fi didn't seem to be available as advertised unfortunately, but maybe it was just that day. I just had to take a Zoom call from my phone outside on the front patio which wasn't ideal but made it work."
"Hands down- this is my favorite coffee shopI've ever been to. I came here three times when I was staying at the hotel around the corner. Great coffee, awesome music, great set up to work, and awesome people watching."
"The good:This is a cute little coffee shop in a trendy little area in Denver. Denver has plenty of great artisanal coffee spots and Blue Sparrow shouldn't be spared. Their lattes are perfectly made and their latte art is on point. The interior has around 5-6 tables for two people. There are some high chairs for people watching. There's outdoor seating as well and some shopping spots outside so it's nice to grab coffee and walk around here. They sell classic pastries as well like croissants and cookies. The service was prompt. The prices are fair and the menu is simple and straight forward. The bad:It's a really small shop so it's more for grabbing a drink then going or sitting a little bit rather than studying all day. The interesting:They have a 2nd location in Denver as well. They sell merchandise like sweaters and candles."
"Brand new coffee spot in Wash Park! Roast has great counter space to meet a friend for a drink and their coffee is delic. I am so happy this location got a new coffee shop because it was necessary! Stop in and say hi to the lovely baristas who make you feel like old friends."
