"The review here is a little late coming, but I will say we really enjoyed this gem. We stumbled upon it looking for some warm drinks and a snack. Very cool vibe, just like I'd expect it to be. Cool urban setting with great drinks and good food. Reasonably priced and delivered with a smile. Thanks and we'll be back when we're in town!"
"This place is heaven for a vegetarian. The amount of options they have is incredible, and it's all so tasty. It's takeout or delivery only but it is so so worth it. I hope this place flourishes so I can keep going for forever. They're really good about making sure they get vegan/vegetarian right too. So great. All around."

Visit Restaurant Page"Local coffee shop that features breakfast burritos and avocado toast. Their pumpkin spice latte is wonderful-pumpkin flavor without the over-sweetness-perfect fall drink. They offer a vegetarian breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes, peppers, cheese and beans. It's pretty-made but then toasted up and served up nice and warm. It's a normal person sized burrito (not an unmanageable monster one) that makes for a perfect breakfast. Cute ambiance with huge ceilings and single as well as communal tables as well as dog treats.Pastries and toast also on offer. We stopped here before heading up to the mountains and it was a nice little breakfast spot. Plenty of street parking as well. Great little local spot,"
"Have been wanting to make the trek to the restaurant so I was excited when I saw them at the mid autumn festival. I couldn't resist and purchased the strawberry and mixed fruit sandos even though I was so full. I carefully placed them in my bag and they were still delish when I ate them at home. I made a mess, as I usually do, but they were so good. Fruits were fresh and bread so soft. It's a yes! They were also friendly. Will have to stop by the brick and mortar for more."
"Hubs and I are going on a Mommy Daddy mini getaway and needed a place for coffee and food. After some searching I found this joint. My husband cracks me up: as we walk in..."There's no one here!" That's his number one rule: people=good food. "It's also 10am and a weekday. Trust the process I say."We were greeted with excellent service by a young brunette lady..sorry I never got your name..rude of me right? We we're served excellent coffee which..I saw some reviews that criticized the coffee...life must be hard for you if that's your #1 complaint my friends. Too strong...add creamer. I settled on the avocado toast with sourdough bread while the hubs had the green chili omelette. Simple and freaking delicious! My compliments to the chef. Good service, yummy food, and a comfortable environment what else could you want!?"
"We stopped here randomly as we were in the area. I got the egg sandwich and my boyfriend got the scramble. Everything seemed very fresh! The egg sandwich was a large portion! Came with bell peppers, avocado, onions, and I think jicama. The eggs were cooked perfectly! I could only finish half. My boyfriend loved his scramble which was served with a side of delicious bread. They didn't have ice tea, so I had some of my boyfriends coffee. The coffee was excellent! The staff was very friendly!!! We were pleasantly surprised to find this place!"
"I've passed by many a time while shopping at King Sooper or getting sushi right next door (Yama Sushi is awesome by the way!), but decided to come check out this place with some friends one morning for brunch. It felt nice to sit outside at a high top table since the weather was pleasant that day. The food was good, although definitely on the pricey side. I tried the monte cristo and French onion soup- yum! The only thing was that our server was a bit odd... he was listening to our conversation as he was clearing our plates and then jumped into our conversation and brought up a fairly inappropriate topic. Also, the clientele sitting inside (At least that day) were all over 60, so definitely a popular spot with the older crowd!"
"I got one of their Valentine's drinks: Iced Caramel brule (white mocha, caramel, vanilla). Nothing out of the ordinary, but it did its job. Service was pretty standard."
"I absolutely love Rosebud. They are conveniently located close to downtown. The staff is always so friendly and always greet me with a smile. I absolutely love their dirty chai!! I have had their bulletproof coffee and then I wanted to try more of their menu so the next time I came in, I ordered their dirty chai. For now, I am stuck on the dirty chai because it is so delicious and I can't bring myself to order something else. You can also get it iced and it is equally delicious!!They refill your own mug so you can be eco friendly."
"I'm a huge prodigy fan - I usually go to their other location but I started staying at a different hotel in Denver and this one was closer. It's so cute inside!! Much more space, still clean and modern aesthetic. They are always super quick. The best coffee in Denver, and great breakfast options. I'll always prefer them over chains!"
"This is a nice little brunch location in Parker in the same plaza as Ross. They have a seasonal menu items so take a look at that menu on the chalkboard before you decide on what to order.I love the drinks that they have. The purple haze actually tastes like a lavender lemonade so it's a nice fragrance with each sip you take. The presentation of the food is really pretty every time. I love the colors present and they give you a salad with the omelette.Today I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was okay. The biscuit wasn't my favorite so I would have enjoyed it with the turkey sausage, gravy, the over medium eggs, and the potatoes. If you're here, must order a side of potatoes."

I'm town for Memorial Day and all the breakfast locations near us were closed. Found this on Yelp and we were close and stopped by. Glad we did.Since they were the only option they were busy but still kept the cool and served everyone as quickly as they could y and did it with a smile.I ordered a Bloody Mary that was perfectly spiced for my liking. I also ordered the BLTA. What a great sandwich. Avacado was clearly fresh and made the sandwich. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal as well. Definitely a place to Vivian when we come back.

I dropped in for a quick takeout lunch. I was greeted right away and handed a menu. My order took less than 10 minutes! The Thai fried rice with pork was stupendous. A slight curry flavor without being overwhelming. The pork was tender and cooked through. Cost was $11 and it's easily enough rice for 3 meals. While I was waiting for my food, a man came in for his takeout order and was raving about the shrimp fried rice. The dining room is completely closed still but there is a small waiting area. The restaurant is easy to find and has a good size parking lot.

Such a great neighborhood coffee shop with fantastic staff! I'd come back just for the service alone. Anytime someone wants to interact with my baby and also chat while we wait for our food is worth it to me. Now they weren't busy at all because it was mid afternoon so not sure if they always interact in this way but I definitely appreciated it today! I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and a donut (from pandemic donuts) and a breakfast burrito to share with my husband. Iced coffee was just what I needed on a hot summer day and the donut was so good! The breakfast burrito was a bit on the small side but it was packed with flavor (I enjoyed the side of green chili as well). I also sampled my husbands iced smoked honey matcha and it was also delicious.

What a great place! I tried there on their items and they were all so great! The strawberry matcha latte was outstanding with so much flavor and the fruit was so fresh. I also tried the strawberry Sando and it was so yummy! The cream in the sandwich was sweet but not overly sweet which was perfect! And their 24k soft serve was so pretty and delicious!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the vibe was casual and modern. I cannot wait to go back!!

Absolutely amazing!I always love a good breakfast and this place did not disappoint. Avocado toast is my favorite and I feel they have just about perfected it! I'll be up in this area for the next couple of months and have a feeling they will get to know my face very well here

Absolutely delicious brunch! A nice shift from the normal Snooze and urban egg options in the area! Nothing against those places are a f****** delicious but this is a nice change a little bit more upscale environment but not stuffy. I had the spinach and feta omelette and clean my plate. It was absolutely perfect. My husband had a Croque, madame as it is one of his favorite French breakfast dishes and was very pleased with the authentic preparation and flavors. We both had a Home potatoes and love them, the hubs said it reminded him of his father's breakfast potatoes! Expensive beverage menu...lots of smoothies and warm beverages in addition to the booze. Service is warm, attentive not too fast but right on point..

Windy Saddle is the cutest little breakfast/lunch spot ! So many delicious plates to choose from - breakfast food, sandwiches, salads, wraps, and more. They have a great coffee selection as well. The staff is extremely friendly and made for a pleasant experience.
Visit Restaurant Page"The good:This is a cute little coffee shop in a trendy little area in Denver. Denver has plenty of great artisanal coffee spots and Blue Sparrow shouldn't be spared. Their lattes are perfectly made and their latte art is on point. The interior has around 5-6 tables for two people. There are some high chairs for people watching. There's outdoor seating as well and some shopping spots outside so it's nice to grab coffee and walk around here. They sell classic pastries as well like croissants and cookies. The service was prompt. The prices are fair and the menu is simple and straight forward. The bad:It's a really small shop so it's more for grabbing a drink then going or sitting a little bit rather than studying all day. The interesting:They have a 2nd location in Denver as well. They sell merchandise like sweaters and candles."
"Brand new coffee spot in Wash Park! Roast has great counter space to meet a friend for a drink and their coffee is delic. I am so happy this location got a new coffee shop because it was necessary! Stop in and say hi to the lovely baristas who make you feel like old friends."
"Another great coffee shop that was within walking distance from my hotel! I want to give them more than 5 stars!Denver's downtown area has lots of coffee shops to choose from and Purple Door was another discovery for us. We didn't have a lot of time on our vacation in Denver, so we had to choose our coffee shops wisely. And we were very happy that we got to try them out, with my parents even thanking me for bringing them here.Since they're above street level, they are accessible by stairs and by elevator. Hence the name, they have an actual purple door at the entrance, which was a very pretty dark purple color that was welcoming upon our arrival. They also have an affiliation with Dry Bones Coffee, another coffee company based in Denver.I ordered an iced mocha and a warmed up croissant. My mom had a brown sugar latte with some sort of blueberry Danish and my dad had a cortado coffee. Both my parents' coffees came with artwork on top that was still intact when both drinks were finished. Now THAT is how you create a coffee masterpiece. The iced mocha was one of the best mochas I've had on this trip and the croissant was very flaky and buttery. We enjoyed our food and drink on their spacious patio. What I noticed until long after we left is that Purple Door employs young people who have recently exited out of homelessness, with the help of the Presbyterian church not far from it. This is the real deal right here and they truly make a difference helping the homeless. We will definitely be returning to Purple Door next time we're in Denver!"
"What a really special place downtown. Food is so good. I love their cheeseburger and fries. But you know what I love even more? The guy that waits on us. Always smiling, always positive, anticipates your needs. The restaurant is small. Really clean. Great prices. Very cool chill vibe"
"Had a delightful breakfast here on Friday morning - busy but not full. The oyako-don with spinach had a mix of chicken, eggs, and onion served over rice - a perfect combination of flavors. The scram sandwich also had an excellent combination of flavor with the tomato chutney, ham, scrambled eggs, sriracha mayo on a brioche bun - all the flavors complimented each other perfectly. The waffle by itself is okay, but reaches a new level with the matcha custard creme diplomat. Definitely a fan!"
"Once in awhile, I come across a restaurant that's so good it brings tears to my eyes. Wildflower is relatively new to the Denver culinary scene, and I hope someday it earns its own Michelin star because that's how incredible the food and service were. Came here for a friend's birthday and had the $65 mid-price range prie fixe (Bouquet of Wildflowers) menu.Everything served was heavenly. Meats were cooked perfectly, plates were presented artfully, and flavors were out of this world. Especially love that many courses involved foam. I will say though, it's really hard to come here with dietary restrictions. The kitchen tried hard to accommodate everyone, but if you have any allergies, you will probably leave hungry.I can't quite point to a favorite dish because I loved everything. The cocktails were delicious as well. There's even a full section for mead! Very Colorado. It's unfortunate that Wildflower seems to have taken a few hits for poor management and price transparency, according to other reviews. I hope they get it together because I think they have a ton of potential."
"This place is one of my favorite cafes, with well rounded offerings from coffee, alcoholic beverages, wine, fresh pressed juices, food, pastries and cakes. What really stands out for me are their cakes. I've tried every single one with the chocolate fudge being my ultimate must have at least once a month. Yes they re pricy for their size, but packed with quality and taste out of this world. Definitely a must try, and don't forget to let it sit out to acclimate to room temperate before engulfing. Their flatbreads are a great choice as well. They have a plethora of coffee drinks from classics to specialty ones. I typically stick to espressos, Americanos, or drip coffee, but I tried the Cafe De Olla and actually enjoyed it. The service is always delightful and pleasant. The interior is comfortable and well lit, and very modern with a warm finish. There is ample seating inside and out. Overall a place to check out when living in or visiting downtown Denver., it won't disappoint."
"My coworker and I loved this little gem! Not only are the salad portions huge, but the salad options themselves were great as well. My first day here I got a salad with smoked salmon, and this was super tasty with the parsley vinaigrette. We also had the hummus to share, and the pita bread was delicious and unique. The second day we came for lunch, I ordered the roasted cauliflower pita bowl as a salad- how cool! It was also super delicious, and both the carrot dressing and tahini dressing were tasty. We had to get the hummus and pita again with our lunch because it was so addicting. Great find in this area of Denver."
"I stopped in the other day to pick up pastries for my parents as a thank you for keeping my son overnight and once I walked in to their super cute shop and saw all of the yummy-ness behind the counter I couldn't resist buying something's for my household too. So the cruffin- omg wow. The lady who helped me told me they're her favorite, and now they're mine too! It like a chocolate stuffed croissant rolled in cinnamon sugar in the shape of a muffin. So amazing!"
"Pretty cool old style diner located in a shopping plaza in the Lakewood suburb of Denver. Very non impressive from the outside but the inside had a very old timey feel and was pretty busy with locals. If the menu had some crazy stuff, triple D might come by.We got a hamburger plate and a Mazatlan skillet. Portions were very good and the taste was solid. Burger and fries were well cooked and had a home made taste to it. The skillet was heavy and solid. Safe to say this brunch was more well received than some of the hipster brunch places nearby that we tried, which pretty much try to copy Snooze."
"Grabbed a breakfast burrito togo the other day and it was delicious! Ingredients are fresh and not heavy. Really good ingredients and selection of togo breakfast items including sandwiches, burritos, biscuits and gravy. I will be back!!"
"Here's my update. Don't give your money to that corporate mermaid chain. This shop has it all. Small bites. Croissants that are great fresh out of the oven but slightly stale after a day however not nearly as terrible as most in this "high altitude" state. All of the snacks here are delicious and will be your New Year's resolution cheats. The coffee though? Most of the cups I've gotten here are excellent and not overly roasted or burnt tasting but the best thing on their current menu is the whiskey cold brew. GD that stuff slaps."
"Excellent Asian cuisine!! Had been wanting to try this place for a few months the now and finally did it! Let me tell ya, it did not disappoint! We did walk-in and ordered to go and probably waited about 15min. They were taking calls and helping others dine-in and were very attentive and super nice. The place is a bit small but big enough for a quick, delicious, fulfilling meal. We ordered the Sesame chicken (10/10), Generals Tso's (10/10), Mongolian Beef (10/10) and Chicken Lo Mein (10/10) everything we ordered was delicious!! It was fresh AF and the sesame chicken had the perfect crunch! They all came with a side of rice (white or fried). All the orders came with a generous amount and now we have plenty for tomorrow."
"If you're in search of awesome cajun food & an atmosphere that's so welcome that you feel at home, then do yourself a favor & check out Nola Voodoo Tavern!! It's located at York & Bruce Randolph with decent street parking. The tavern has about 8 bar seats & 10ish tables, so it's small & gets packed bc they're cranking out such good food & drinks! The owner, Henry, is from New Orleans, and he really puts his heart & soul into this spot- and shares is family recipes with our community. The cajun/creole food is to die for. Try the sampler so you can taste the gumbo, crawfish etouffee, and red beans & rice... you can also add jambalaya for $3 and try it too! I looooove Vivian's gumbo, it's his mom's recipe & the roux is so hearty... it comes without shellfish but just make sure to ask to add shrimp! The jambalaya is so savory, not at all dry. The crawfish etouffee is perfect too... a good balance of flavor in each dish & none are too salty. Oh, and the hushpuppies... they're bomb! They have a little kick of spice or jalapeño, not sure which, but they are fantastic. My stepmom loved the shrimp po'boy, I can't wait to try it when I come back. They have good happy hour specials too, and omg the hurricanes are so good & will get the job done ;) they have good drink specials too so if you don't make it for happy hour, you'll still find good deals on drinks. Krissy the bartender is awesome! It's also a Saints bar so get here early on game days, the place gets packed & is so full of good energy! They even do $2 football squares, several giveaways & free shots with each Saints touchdown!! All in all, Nola Voodoo Tavern has easily become one of my favorite spots in Denver for the best cajun food, good drinks & a great vibe :) it won't let you down! Thanks Henry for being so welcoming & sharing your family recipes with us!! They do catering & are on GrubHub/DoorDash so no reason to not try them out :)"
"Writing this review brings tears to my eyes because it was such a treat dining at one of Denver's first Michelin-starred restaurants. Brutø was just as you'd expect from the reservation flow on Tock to the seating process upon arrival. My partner and I came here for our anniversary and felt incredibly special throughout the evening. I'm still drooling over the menu.Everything was exquisite, served with detail and enthusiasm. My favorite dish was probably the Lamb + Eggplant because I had no idea lamb or eggplant could taste so emotional. The bison carpaccio as part of the Canapes was also delightful. I'm sure none of this will sound familiar as Brutø rotates their menu, but all I'm saying is that it's worth saving up to visit.I didn't do their alcohol pairings and went down the street for a brief happy hour instead, since we got to Dairy Block earlier than expected. From experience, call a car if you're doing any of their pairings. I had some FOMO from our neighbors that indulged. Maybe next time! I will forever cherish the printed menu from our dinner, to keep the memories alive."
"The best pastries I've had in Denver to date! Yes, I know it's a bold claim, but everything I tried, was phenomenal! What a hidden gem! The best chocolate croissant I've ever had in the US!! The gluten-free blueberry muffin is magical! And the danishes... My God, the danishes!! This place is an absolute must!"
"Highly recommend 3 sisters for lunch in downtown. Come early because the line gets full quick! They have the best soups and sandwiches are tasty as well. Everyday they have about 6 different soups. You can call their phone number to see what soups they are cooking up that day. Not to mention the guys who work here are so friendly. No soup nazi's here."
"Limited menu for breakfast entrees, basically 2 types breakfast burritos. Mine could have used more egg, less potato. It's on lower level of office bldg. Service good."
"What a quaint delight!I figured, local, good yelp scores, close by, why not?!?I met the owner and HS young daughter. He's been here 9 years, in an office building adjacent to the Holiday Inn. A nice, small, no frills menu, with very friendly service! I ordered the breakfast burrito and coffee, total with tax was under $5. Plus he makes everything fresh including his green chili sauce. I layover sporadically, and found my new breakfast joint. Much cheaper with better service than the neighborhood hotels!!"
"Great value for the enormous portions of food they give you. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The menu is very extensive and anyone can get something at this restaurant. The food came out really fast also even when the place is busy. I'm glad I have stumble upon this and it will be one of our spots to visit whenever we come to Lakewood."
