"The food was good, especially the patty melt...everything hit the spot for a Saturday breakfast!BUT...What's gonna keep us coming back is the service, Antoinette is the greatest waitress in all the 56 United States,(Just kidding I know there's only 53 States!!)Because if her, we will be back!!"
"From Chicago, first time in Golden. Old Capitol Grill has a nice menu, so we decided to try it. Here are my thoughts:-I ordered the beef brisket 4/5 and it was reaaally good--tender, tasty, just the right amount of fat.-I enjoyed the barbecue sauce, not as sweet as I like it, but very good.-French fries were good, not great.-The blue cornbread was good, more moist than expected.-Highlight of the meal was the fried pickles, a very light batter--best I've ever had!-Service was friendly and good.Overall, highly recommended!"

Visit Restaurant Page"Excellent Beignets & mimosas. I sat inside opposite the kitchen. Very clean & colorful. I started with the Sunrise mimosa. The very image of color. I added an order of Beignets with their house-made chocolate sauce. Richer than milk chocolate buy lighter than dark chocolate. A decadent treat for $12. I then had the Bellini mimosa with peach puree and the Avocado Benedict. Freshly made hollandaise with 2 poached eggs on arugula with breakfast potatoes. Quite good, but needed to be warmer. They have QR menus at each table, but paper menus are readily available. Their back patio is quite large.Jared F greeted me and served me. All good. The female owner said hello. I saw 3 EV charging stations nearby."
"I have become a little bit of a neighborhood regular at Revival. I love this spot. Their happy hour being on Saturdays also is one of the big reasons why. Inside it's a nice vibe, lots of wood, kind of that new/old/retro combination. Everything is finished nicely/classy. There's ample seating and check out the different specials they have on different days of the week. They also have a couple pool tables next door that people don't always realize. The bathrooms could be better, but, ah no real biggie.I've tried different foods, as well. All have been delicious. I think I got one sandy baked oyster once, which always sucks to chew sand in your teeth, but I guess it's going to happen here and there with oysters. The food is good. They also have quite the selection of whiskys & bourbons. My friend was shocked to see Pappy Van Winkle there. I was lucky enough to share his! Lol"
"The bartender was attentive and took orders quickly. I tried their Tommyknocker IPA (was a bit too hoppy for me) and the Avalanche Ale (wasn't as good as I've had in the past, but not bad and surprised they had beer from Breckenridge and Idaho Springs available). The jalapeno bacon cheeseburger wasn't bad. I really liked the jam on it and the jalapenos actually had some heat to them. The cream cheese was pretty basic and so was the bacon. It came out reasonably quick and the fries were decent also. We sat out back and the rest of the group watched a game, played volleyball, and played baggo. Prices were good and they have weekend happy hour also.I parked in the back because it was a bit of an awkward layout of you don't approach from the front. Try to park up front if you can."
"I went here for an event tonight, and I WAS SO IMPRESSED!! You would never know this used to be a divey diner on Colfax!!! They have done amazing things with the space. The outdoor patio was by my far my favorite! It was super serene with fountains and private seating areas- you would never know it was right on Colfax! The drinks were spectacular and the food was yummy! The service was also top notch! I will be back!!!"
"Fish and Chips was 5 stars 100%~ especially for Denver. I wasn't expecting it to be this good. It's a large portion, definitely worth ordering. The prime rib sandwich was also delicious, but smaller in size compared to the fish and chips. The soda comes in very large mason jars. The food probably took about 30 minutes to come out, service was friendly.Overall, I was very satisfied here & would definitely come back besides the wait.Very recommended!"
"Hits The Spot can do what their name says. Hit that hungry spot!!A no fuss spot for breakfast and so affordable! Everything that you see on this review was $20 minus the tip! The food is straight up basic breakfast and tasty! No complain here! The staff are seasoned and attentive! I like looked around and noticed photos of old Hollywood stars from lone ago. Also, this diner is frequented by regulars. Love it!My special pancake was fluffy. My eggs came as requested ; over medium. My sausage although nothing to boast about in size was what sausage should be! seasoned well!So if you're looking for a bfast spot while you're in the west side do not hesitate to stop by and try this folks!"
"Great divvy place in the middle of cherry creek. Good bar food and always a great place to catch the games. Food is good. Service is great recommend coming to the bar. This place does get packed with people. Ambiance is great and homie. Always have specials for week days on beer or food and on the weekend have great discounts."
"1801 Eatery has been my 'go to' place for the past 4 years. Even during COVID, I could always count on them for a great lunch or a quick snack. This family run business excels at customer service --- and makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. While I do like my regular Chicken Caesar Wrap, they have an amazing burger/fries and Chicken Enchiladas (special only on Thursdays). Breakfast is always a treat there too. The breakfast burritos are fantastic (note - they are very large) --- but many times I just grab some scrabbled eggs for around $2. I can't stress enough about the staff here. They sincerely care about their customers. TIP: You can never go wrong with their daily specials --- but be sure to get there before early, because many times they are sold out."

Came here in a whim because we were out of eggs, missing our days at the Breakfast King and looking for a simple breakfast, decent coffee and pancakes. This place has been around forever and now we know why- it delivered on all of the above requirements! Love the orange booths to boot (throwback to the king). Service was friendly, quick and accurate.I had the chicken fried steak and the hubs had the special- simple, sweet and satisfied!!

I wish I could give it 5 stars. This place has a history that dates back to the late 1800s. The atmosphere is a cool mixture of historic and modern feel. We stopped here for a quick dinner on our way to listen to some live music. Our server was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we asked for. My wife got the pulled pork tacos and I got the pulled pork sandwich. Why go to a smokehouse restaurant if you're not going to order their smoked meats.. Right? Our drinks and order came very quickly and the food was delicious. My sandwich looked so good the guy at the table next to our ordered one for his meal. The one complaint I have, and I admit I'm a pulled pork snob, is that I like to be able to eat all of the sandwich I'm served. Whether it's a steak, or beef or pulled pork, I simply don't like chunks of fat or other inedible things mixed in with it. Ninety-eight percent of my sandwich was deliciously smoked, tender, pork. I ate it as an open-faced sandwich because the roll it came in was more than I wanted. In the mixture of delicious pulled pork were two large pieces I couldn't eat. One was a shaving of fat, the other a piece of cartilage. If these two pieces weren't in my sandwich this would be a 5 star review and the meal would have been perfect. Maybe it's just me.

Tonight our server was Caroline and she was by far the sweetest cali girl who gave us the best service which is always the case every time I've come to Revival, we had the pleasure of hanging out with my good friend Taylor as he spun records all night and filled the vibes with great music as usual. The owners Emily and her husband Dan are the sweetest couple with great taste bringing their family traditions to all of us with the delicious gumbo from Louisiana and the crispy crab pretzel Italian style. Their two backgrounds make a beautiful collaboration between the ambience, the atmosphere the quality of the food and the drinks.I tried an orange wine for the first time and was mind blown by how smooth and sweet it was definitely a must stop shop anytime in town . This should definitely become a stable of Denver.

Hopper's can easily be found next to the $30/night scuzbucket motel next door. It's in a pretty dumpy area, but that's part of the charm. It's a divey sports bar with an ample amount of TVs and a surprisingly small crowd on Sunday afternoons in NFL season. They have a sand volleyball court and some cornhole boards (Volo leagues play here) in a large outdoor patio which also has a bar. The beer selection is nothing commendable but they are quite cheap. I haven't tried the food as a friend said they once got sick from their food so I have decided against it, otherwise the menu is your typical pub fare. I have found the bartenders to be very nice, friendly, and attentive upon my couple visits. The parking lot could use some love but finding a spot shouldn't be a problem. Overall it's nothing special but it does have a neighborly vibe to it if that's your thing.

We were in the north part of town and had lunch here with our 10 year old grandson. The fish and chips were terrific. Our grandson absolutely devoured his hamburger. Service was friendly and ambiance pleasant. The only complaint I had was the small parking lot i and the many no parking signs surrounding the rear of the building. We parked across the street at a pizza place owned by Teller's so it worked out fine.
Visit Restaurant Page""TOUCHDOWN STONEY'S"If you want to watch a sporting game out, go to Stoney's Uptown. It's like walking into a fishbowl of litty big-screen TVs, rowdy cheering fans, hustling servers, clinking draft beers and slinging bar food. You'll run into fans of your team and the other teams, but that is what makes the atmosphere fun! You'll get the thrill of looking at someone and with your eyes saying, "We are coming for you... on the _________!" (insert field, court, ring, horse, whatever event is on)Thanks to the Colts vs. Texans game, we discovered this. With a decent size party, I was curious how seating would work. Quickly, I learned there was no need to worry. It's open seating and there's lots of it, even a pretty big patio for a nice day. Our party easily found a spot in the fairly busy Stoney's. Our waitress may of been the MVP of the experience. She had a great sense of humor and handled our party of 12 with ease. She never missed a drink or food order, which always impresses me when you have a big party. There was a SHIP load of items ordered by our table. Maybe all the appetizers? Haha. I did not try them all, however, what caught my tastebuds the most was the Sweet Potato Fries. They had a sneaky blend of sugar, spice n' everything nice on them, and were the LEAD BACK who could have kept breaking my self-control. We'd definitely go back to Stoney's Uptown for a game!"
"Diners in New York are a sacred thing. We have diners that have been around for decades. The beauty of the diners are menus that are multiple pages filled with everything from hamburgers to Lasagna and Spinach Pies to Lemon Meringue Pies.I came here with my wife and two friends and within a few minutes our server came over, introduced herself and took a drink order. She returned with our drinks and took our food order. It did not take long for her to come back with a very loaded tray.Soups, Open face Turkey, BLT's and Friend Chicken... This is everything that you would expect to find being eaten at the diner. Food was good, fresh and hot. Service was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive to our table needs and the mood of the diner was great. Lots of electricity in the air and people really looked like they were enjoying themselves. What more can a restaurant ask for?Kudos to the team at Sam's No 3 - Downtown."
"There are a handful of these cafes around and the one thing that I love most is the step back in time. It's like going to the cafe when I was a kid. Smell. Floor tiles. Table and chairs. Counter seating. It all makes me happy. The location in commerce city is near our office. Sometimes you just need a breakfast sandwich at 7am or a burger and fries for lunch. Nothing glamorous or over priced. Everyone there is super nice and I've seen most of them off and on for 6 years. Service is always just right. I can call and order and by the time I walk a block to pick it up it's ready to go. Ham and cheeseGrilled cheeseCheeseburger and friesBreakfast Sammy All are deliciously comforting and made to order."
"A great neighborhood bar. Always rowdy. Service is good. Might be slightly delayed on busy game days. Amazing deals and food is great for bar food. Wings are great burgers and flatbread is delicious. Best bar in cherry creek / Glendale in my opinion Amazing BOGO happy hour I believe it's 4:30-6pm"
"A local favorite and a historical location, this spot seems like it has maintained its hole-in-a-wall stature, interior is old and worn off. Despite that the place has lots of recognition and accolades displayed on their wall. But the outdoor seating they have, looked so new and modern, best part of the restaurant. The breakfast items we tried were okay. Lemonade was decent. Pancakes were not so good. Service is okay. Dishes came out within a short time. We were happy to have checked mark this iconic spot but probably not the best experience we imagined."
"When something has been around for multiple lifetimes, they must be doing something right. That's also a piece of history I want to be a part of. Arriving on a hot summer day this was the perfect place to stop for cold refreshing inexpensive draft beer. Food prices were reasonable especially the classic burger which they are known for. The food was prepared quickly and was delivered with a giant condiment caddy with all the burger fixings that included onions, pickles, peppers, relish and more. Such a clever idea so you can prepare your burger to your liking. I'm glad I stopped in to this 150 years old institution. Wish I would have inquired more about its history. Next time!Enjoy!!"
"I only knew of Morris and Mae thanks to Yelp with a fabulous Elite event in 2023. Fast forward a year later when some friends and I were in need of a place to eat after a hike in Morrison. I instantly remember this gem and it was the perfect spot for us....poke, tacos, Italian, mac and cheese and sandwiches plus craft beer from local breweries, this place has something for everyone!Parking was ample during the day and it had a good crowd but no lines for the stalls. Staff is super friendly and floats around from stall to stall plus they have a lot of seating and then I found out, fun events throughout the month. I had poke and an IPA this time around and thy paired up well together, mahalo, Morris and Mae!"
"Some of the best bbq I've had in colorado! This is their 2nd location (first was in golden) and the flavors are top tier. Lots of options for different types of meat and sides. This location is pretty small but still plenty of room to enjoy your meal."
"This restaurant is located at the corner of Chestnut Pl and 19th Street. There is metered parking nearby. I came here for a late lunch, arriving around 1PM. Nobody was at the host/hostess desk. I waited to be seated as the sign instructed. I made eye contact with the bartender and he came over to ask me what I wanted. Kinda odd. I told him I would like to dine in. He took me to a booth and handed me menus. My server brought out a cup of ice water and left me to peruse the menu. She came back and asked if I'd been in before and I said, "No." She explained that the left side of the menu had the meat (Pork, Beef, & Chicken) options and the right side had the Vegan, Vegetarian, Veggie, & Pescatarian options. She was helpful & made sure I was doing ok throughout.I decided to get the Meat Candy. It was the best thing I ate here! The Meat Candy is a sweet & spicy glazed Pork Belly. It was amazing! I wanted to try the Grilled & Smoked Chicken Wings with a Leopard 7th Reaper (hot) Sauce. Although the wings were a teensy bit spicy, I'm not sure I got the right thing. My dipping sauce was Ranch. I would not get these Chicken Wings again because they were super dry inside and out. I don't mind the outside being dry, but having all the juices completely cooked out from the chicken meat was a huge "fowl" in my book! So disappointing!Lastly, I can't just eat meats. I needed some veggies, so I asked if I could get a side of them. They offer a Side of Chef's Veggies for $3. I was a happy camper. They had a little bit of seasoning on them.I would definitely get the Meat Candy again perhaps try the Sweet Corn Beignets, Loaded Deviled Eggs from the meat side, and maybe a dessert."
"This is a nice little brunch location in Parker in the same plaza as Ross. They have a seasonal menu items so take a look at that menu on the chalkboard before you decide on what to order.I love the drinks that they have. The purple haze actually tastes like a lavender lemonade so it's a nice fragrance with each sip you take. The presentation of the food is really pretty every time. I love the colors present and they give you a salad with the omelette.Today I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was okay. The biscuit wasn't my favorite so I would have enjoyed it with the turkey sausage, gravy, the over medium eggs, and the potatoes. If you're here, must order a side of potatoes."
"My buddy, his girlfriend, and I walked here to have some beers and drinksDefinitely not a bad place but definitely in an akward area. You can sit inside or outside in their patio area. Their bar is right in the middle.Their old fashioned wasn't too bad didn't expect multi cubes of ice.Definitely a great hang out spot for watching games. Plenty of screens everywhere and service was great, they kept our drinks coming."
"We ate and had drinks here. The food was way more than you would think for bar food so totally worth it. Dom and jimmy were our servers and bartenders. By far the best service I ever had ever. It was a very nj vibe which I loved. Always had my water refilled without even asking. I was there when it wasn't so busy but it is a hidden gold mine. I will be going here every time I am in Denver mainly because of jimmy our bartender. Even gave us a special ice cube that was carved specially for us. Absolutely incredible."
"Solid neighborhood breakfast/lunch spot with some great deals on their menu. Thought it must have been a typo when I saw a salmon BLTA including a side for just $10.50. Enough to feed 2 for lunch that deal rocked. And when I screwed up the on-line order by asking for it during a time they were officially closed, Michael the neat owner/cook opened the place up (since they happened to be there) and satisfied my (apparently) brain-damaged-from-hunger yearnings. You guys are great! (And your salmon blta is also pretty wonderful, especially for the price:),Sign me,David "Feeling Much Better Now" M"
"After multiple visits, a few for brunch, and another few for dinner) over the last few years, I can up this to 5 stars - the food is consistently delicious and well prepared. The service is pretty consistently good - though it sometimes feels a little slow, it's fast enough to let you meet the 2-hour street parking time limit, even with appetizers and dessert. And having their own parking lot, however small, is a plus for any popular Colorado neighborhood. Most recently, my husband got the braised short rib, which was as tender and delicious as it was when I got it about 1.5yrs ago. Our friends got the arctic char (she loved it and I was ALMOST jealous) and the prime rib (he loved this as well and it had that typical smoked crust encasing it so it did not look like your typical prime rib). I was having difficulty deciding between a few dishes and our server (in so sorry I don't recall his name) immediately recommended the dirty risotto, which was FABULOUS and immediately took me to NOLA on the first bite. We started with the calamari, which frankly I thought was average, and the gouda butternut squash dip, which I thought was lovely. And finished with "chocolate pudding," which was only a mistake in that I should have stopped eating with about 3 bites left of my risotto. We will happily continue to return."
"Fun brunch spot I enjoyed visiting but my breakfast burrito was just ok. 3.5 starsFood: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4Cost to worth it rating: 3 Opentableable: noReturn worthiness: probablyHighlights:- Morning specials: bunch of items on discount including the breakfast burritos weekdays until 10am. I call it the morning HH but no drink specials.- Atmosphere: casual and large area lots of personality--fun and comfortable- Waitress: awesome! On top of it and cool. She was wearing a Coca-Cola shirt where they serve the other--I call it evil beverage--so she captured my heart. ;-)- HUGE menu: so much to offer from breakfast to lunch items.- Grilled chicken sandwhich: my son enjoyed. 3.5 starsMidlights:- Breakfast burrito: had super high expectations and it was monstrous! Love that it was covered in green chili and they put your potato option inside, but mine was almost all hash browns and the sausage sadly had a funky texture. 3 stars- Country fried steak: the hub said was just ok. 3 stars- Morning specials don't apply to to go ordersLowlights:- No Coca-Cola products- No reservations so can get crowded on the weekendsWent for a quick breakfast but would like to come back for a weekend with some brunch bevs and order a different item. Might try one of their smaller burritos they promo up front."
"Solid spot for brunch, lunch or dinner. Their spicy Paloma is delicious! Today I had the California Turkey sandwich which was perfection. My boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy which he loved (the biscuits were heavenly!)."
"The stellar reviews brought my husband and I along with 3 friends into Bertha's Baja Bistro on a Sunday morning for brunch. The fantastic food and service will easily bring me back next time I am in the area. All 5 of us enjoyed our food. I couldn't decide between a sweet or savory option, so the fact that pancakes come as a side option (along with toast, potatoes, fruit, sausage or bacon) made the ordering process that much easier. I went with the Huevos Rancheros along with a side of the blueberry pancakes. Everything was so good. I completely devoured my food with no morsel left in sight! Others in my group went with the Breakfast Burrito and the Bertha's Benedict. We all left fully satiated."
"Popped in for a quick bite with the family. It's clean, it's got history and character, the hot wings were very good, the draft beer was cold. The service was attentive. It was the perfect little pub experience."
"This was a fun little speakeasy to take out of town friends to. We didn't live far from it, so we Uber scootered there. It was a happening night and there was a little line out the door. I wasn't sure if we had to stand in line, since I have reservations. It seemed like everyone else didn't RSVP, so I went inside to let them know I was here. The lady at the counter just told me to wait and I wasn't sure inside or outside, because inside was very tiny. I eventually went outside and luckily the line didn't take long because left without knowing to RSVP. Owells. It was cool once we checked in because we're just facing a "book shelf". There's a small light in there letting the lady know when they're ready for the next group. It was pretty cool going thru the bookshelf, like I'm walking into a Harry Potter theme restaurant but more upscale of course. Definitely a lot louder inside, filled with people chatting the night away. Oh I chose the booth option when RSVPing and no random, which was great for the 4 of us. We had a bit more privacy and was able to hear each other. Our server was phenomenal of taking care of us that night. We all, but one, had the classic burger and the other had mac'n cheese with hatch chili. One of the tastiest burgers and very yummy and interesting basalmic fries - which was delish! The drinks were outstanding for everyone and for one that doesn't drink, I have no idea what they were. They just ordered the specials or customized their drink. Would love to come back and show other friends."
