About 3 weeks ago I came here with some friends, When it came to me ordering I pointed to the order i wanted and said my order then when it came time to receive my food it was the wrong order I proceeded to let the waiter know then less than 5 minutes and they came out with my original order (looked like they slapped it together) then when I paid for my food I realized they charged me for THE ITEM I DID NOT ORDER (once i left already)very disappointed I used to love this place.

This was my first time actually going here ( I ordered a couple of times through Uber eats) the experience wasn't so great. They got my order wrong when I called so I was telling the lady upfront that the c9 was wrong on the pictures posted here than on their new menu, it's actually a c8 and that was the ONLY thing I wanted to change. Come to find out she changed the WHOLE order. Instead of my two V1's she gave me two V3B's, instead of a F1 and C8 she put in for two C8s. The V3Bs tasted HORRIBLE. They tasted like they were just sitting out in a fridge for a while it had a nasty taste. Oh and there was a dead bug on the togo plates, mind you this was the last plate in the bag so it couldn't have been from outside.

Knock Knock. Who is that? It's DAT PHO! Pho is great. It's the only Vietnamese spot I've Uber Eats from. They do a great job packing the broth. It's not the greatest Pho in town or even the North part of Houston. But it is still excellent Pho.

Update. Went to dinner with the family. The waiter said a racial slur and laughed about it when the dasher said something about what he said. Then the man behind the counter overcharged me and when I brought it to his attention he was upset to give me the difference of what he overcharged me.

The Pho is AMAZING to say the least. Brought my bf here and he said he doesnt like pho but since the first but he has been craving pho more than my pho enthusiast self! We always get the P4 for him -!: P9 for myself. Prices are superb and the smoothies we had are amazing. The coconut one taste just like a drinkable coconut paleta that brought me back to my childhood memories. Recipes are consistent and always the best! Watermelon smoothie was so refreshing also!

I dined here on Mother's Day with my family. There was no wait time, we were seated right away. It was a rainy day, I was craving Vietnamese cuisine. This place happened to be in the area, we stopped in for lunch. The restaurant wasn't busy. Our server was nice, although there was a language barrier. I ordered the A8. Summer Rolls(2), which I didn't realize came with parsley on the stem. This was a pain in the "A" double snakes to eat. I felt like a rabbit - without the long stems it was delicious. I also enjoyed a large order of the P6. Filet Mignon & Well Done Flank Tai Nam. which was pretty good. i do wish I had more noodles. My order came with bean sprouts, jalapenos, lime, and basil. All of which was very fresh.This place must be popular, and while dining I noticed many customers coming in for takeout. I would consider returning here again if i find myself in the area.

Ordered some pho to go on a cold Texas night, tried this place for the first time. Love that there is a Pho place in town with alot of great options. This being said was disappointed getting it to go to Find it didn't really have a bowl to eat out of. Food was good but it was awkward trying to eat on the go with no bowl to put it in. Will try it again and ill be better prepared, but hope they offer a bowl for those ordering to go.

Service here sucks. Placed an online order through Yelp and the workers gave it to the wrong person and refused to acknowledge fault on their part. They did not refund the order or remake the order. Even after showing them receipts and the original link that the food was ordered through they still implied that I was trying to scam free food out of them. The main guy (stout guy with earrings and thinning hair) proceeded to laugh in my face as I was trying to explain that it wasn't possible. My bf (original person who placed the order) had to contact grubhub/yelp to cancel the order because again the workers refused to do anything about the situation besides saying someone already pick up the food. Do not order from here. I'm sticking to my OG Pho place in grandparkway Pho Viet & Grill. Workers are super nice there and the food is amazing.
