GAT DAMN!!! I didn't even know what flavor was before today. I can't go back to other food now because it'll all be completely tasteless. The fare at Da Seafood Connect is better than any Cajun food I've had in both Houston and Louisiana. In my experience, gas station food stalls usually hit, and Da Seafood Connect is no exception. They serve boiled crawfish on the weekends, but unfortunately, they ran out around 7:45pm on the Saturday I visited. Slightly heartbroken, I sucked it up and ordered the boudain ball, red beans and rice w/ fried chicken wings, and Mac and cheese. In about 15-20 min the food was ready. Let me tell you... I damn near crashed my car on the way home because the food smelled absolutely intoxicating. The boudain ball was INSANE - coated in Flamin' Hot Cheeto dust, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and seasoned from end to end! And the cajun ranch it's served with takes the whole thing to another level. The red beans and rice threw my eyes into the back of my head. These were packed with more flavor than I could anticipate. The Mac and cheese was unassuming and looked like something from the drive-thru, but again, they got that the SEASONING.I'm only knocking a star because the service really left something to be desired... but that won't stop me from craving Da Seafood Connect every day. Now I just need to go back and try the crawfish.

I recently dined at Da Seafood Connect and was excited to try their gumbo. Unfortunately, the gumbo fell short of expectations. The broth was watery and overpowering salty, and the seasoning had an off-putting flavor. On a positive note, the gumbo did have a generous amount of sausage and chicken. The Cheeto-crusted boudin ball, however, was a pleasant surprise. It was well-prepared and quite tasty.Overall, the experience at was mixed. While the boudin ball was enjoyable, the watery and overly salty gumbo was a letdown. I will try to return to try other dishes, maybe it was just an off day for the gumbo.

IG brought me here..Best move I've made this year. We ordered a little bit of everything that we liked. Stuffed seafood macaroni turkey leg, chicken and fish combo with fries, seafood, and philly eggroll with a boudin ball. Turkey leg- A-Fish/Chicken combo- APhilly eggroll- ASeafood egg roll- BBoudin ball- AEverything was delicious. My only complaint is that the Turkey is advertised with six large shrimp, but I did not receive any. The prices are reasonable and the location is clean. Now the restroom is a different story. Be mindful this restaurant is located inside a gas station, so seating is limited. Yelpers, if you're looking for a tender Turkey leg with plenty of flavor, check them out.

Ordered through Uber eats! I was craving boiled turkey necks and always heard good things about this food truck. The turkey necks were seasoned to perfection. I also ordered Da trap box, the rice and potato were so salty I couldn't eat them. The shrimp, sausage and corn were delicious. We also got the stuffed bell pepper plate, which was ok. If you're in the area give them a try.

If your not from the area, and your gps directs you to pull into a gas station. Do not expect to hear from your gps, recalculating. You are at the right spot, Da Seafood Connect is inside the gas station's convenience store to the left. They have a menu posted, but I found it so much easier to preorder using Doordash. Well worth giving this place a try. Mardi Gras Pasta- This entree was well flavored and had a very creamy Alfredo sauce. There was plenty of Shrimp, Crawfish, and sausage throughout the entree. Loaded Mac & cheese Turkey leg (not shown)- Imagine a big piece of juicy turkey leg in your plate. Looks good right.. Now imagine that same turkey leg, but stuffed with creamy shrimp and crawfish Mac and cheese. It's a total game changer..

There was a viral video from an IG content creator that brought me here today! The location is a little confusing because it's in a gas station so you can only order the food to-go. I ordered the creole boat which came with fried catfish, smothered with some type of Cajun white sauce over white rice and I had a side of Mac and cheese, jambalaya and I also ordered a shrimp and crawfish egg roll. My cousin came with me and ordered the Mardi Gras pasta with a cornbread. My cousins pasta came out pretty quickly (less than 10 min) but my food took a bit longer (maybe like 15-20 min) to come out. just an fyi. So everything here genuinely taste really good. It's very well seasoned and extremely savory. I will say for my meal, the Mac and cheese was a little too saucy/runny for my liking. I prefer it to be more thicker and cheesier. I also would say the shrimp and crawfish egg roll was stuffed with a lot of rice so I feel like I didn't get as much seafood as I expected. I think the boat should come with a different side other than jambalaya because the fish is already served over rice so two servings of rice is a bit much for me. I guess I'll ask to sub it out next time. I had a bite of my cousins pasta and it was pretty good as well. Again, Very well seasoned and not too overly saucy. The cornbread was very sweet and kind of reminded me of a lemon pound cake. I didn't mind it but just an FYI. I will say you get your bang for your buck here as the portions are very and fulfilling. I also appreciated the good customer service form the young ladies at the front.

The food here is very flavorful! It's not fast food, so you'll have to wait! It's cooked fresh! Try the Boo Damn balls, Supa dupa platter, chicken wings, fish and shrimp plate, and crawfish!! No disappointments!! Ambiance, fair!!

Everything is flavorful and I love it, I work nearby so I easily stop by afterwards. I wanna try something new again next week...that Turkey leg is looking yummy on these other reviews so that may be the next thing I try! Also the sweet tea and koolaid is liquid candy just like my grandma makes!Sorry no pics, I carefully eat on it in the car while I am omw home haha

Been following this page on IG for a minute and finally made the time to visit. LOCATION/PARKINGIt is located in the Exxon gas station. You have a few parking spaces in front of the gas station. WAIT TIMEQuick. Plan to place your order within 10-15 minutes. I had a 30 minute drive and placed it when I was headed to the restaurant. I got a call not even 10 minutes after placing through their website that my order was ready! I was shocked at how quickly it was prepared. But I appreciated the notification call. ORGANIZATION/PACKAGINGExcellent! I could see the organization while waiting in line. All the prepared online orders were neatly bagged and lined along the back counter. She asked who was here to pick up an order and gave me my order before taking a new customer who was in front of me. I appreciated that as my order was placed online, ready and prepaid. FOODI ordered:Mocity sweet tea- 5/5 sweet and good, got the 32 oz at $5, she filled it with light ice without me having to ask which I appreciated. Shrimp and crawfish egg rolls- 3/5 only because I love a meaty egg roll. This was heavy on rice. Flavor was good but I felt I was eating a boudin egg roll than a shrimp and crawfish egg roll if that makes sense. Philly cheesesteak egg roll- 4/5 I enjoyed this better than the shrimp and crawfish. Cheese is more like a queso or sauce than melted cheese if that makes sense. Meat is ground not as expected in a Philly cheesesteak. Even though it is an egg roll I still was expecting the meat to be similar to what I'd eat in a sandwich. The egg rolls are huge and actually filling on their own. The $20 boat plate I forgot the full name but I know I paid $20 and it had boat in its name. I had the two fried fish fillets and got potato salad as the side. It comes with rice (slightly undercooked) and Mac and cheese (very creamy reminiscent of stovetop not baked, flavorful though but I didn't care for this as I prefer a baked Mac and cheese, cheesy but dry and has burnt cheese). This wasn't that. The potato salad was good. Fried fish fillet didn't have that crispy cornmeal coating I love and it was heavy on the salt. Not inedible but salty. I would come back. There are other menu options I'd like to try including their chicken wings, strawberry cake and Kool-Aid. I learned that Slap Daddy is a sweet BbQ sauce.
