Crumbl - Sandy Springs

Simply put I love a crumbl cookies. I love ordering in the app and just coming in to get my order. It's always fresh and the staff is always friendly and this experience was no exception. I got a peanut butter blossom and as I walked in the cookies was being finished and it was warm and fresh when they gave it to me. It makes it such a nice experience that u truly enjoy!! Loved this location

Very friendly staff! The sweet smell gets you if someone is walking out. It drifts you in like Pepe le pew with the scent lol . The cookie selection varies but they allll looked great . They even had "the kitchen sink" lol so they don't throw away ingredients but repurpose them and I love that . Went with classic chocolate chunk and it was gone before I left the parking lot . I'm not proud of that but will do it again ! Lol

Crumbl cookies sure are good! The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts is because they're a little pricy. It is a giant cookie which kind of makes up for it but I definitely can't eat the whole thing. Way too sweet. But if you're craving a yummy cookie, Crumbl is the place to go.

I know that I am late to the Crumbl craze, but I finally made my way to this location to try these cookies for the first time. I came with a friend who swears these cookies are amazing. We opted to get a box of 4. One cookie is $4.28, a box of 4 -$13.95, a pack of 6- $21.48, and a 12 pack will cost you $36.53. Based on the pricing we told ourselves it was more economical to get 4 instead of 1 The business works as self service. As such, you place your orders on a computer as well as pay utilizing the same device. The staff make the cookies and packages them. They did offer us a sample as we debated on which flavors to order!! Of the four cookies we tried, my favorite was the guava! So good! Next would be the chocolate chip. My least favorite was the Oreo because it was actually chilled. I think the negative comments of this company stem from their cold cookies. The ones that are warm are amazing. I enjoyed the cookies so much I returned a few weeks later and they had a red velvet cookie! I love red velvet so I was eager to try this one! It did not disappoint. My only ask next time would be for them to not put as much frosting on the cookie! It was too much and I ended up tossing a large portion of it. I understand why people love this place! The cookies are amazing!

If you know me (or know of me) you know I love me an amazing cookie experience. As such, allow me to take you on this mouth pleasing journey filled with sugars, and creams, and best of all... Crumbl!Picture it! Atlanta 2023... the boys and I were having our usual boys night out and I had the craving for some Crumbl Cookie. Being a lover of Food based Art, Crumbl is a delicacy that I must indulge in when the need arises. As I was out the Sandy Springs area, this location popped up while doing my Yelp search and I immediately put the gps on "Go" and headed its way. I was super happy as it was after 11 PM and this location was open until Midnight. Yasssssssssss. Cookie Me, Please!As I walked up to the door, the bright light and magical Crumbl Pink began to call my name. Upon heading to the order kiosk all I could do was think of cookie induced happy moments and my mouth began to water. Don't judge me! Ha. As I combed through the selection I was excited as there were some flavors I had never seen before. Oh yeah! Let's talk Cookiessssssssssss. I ordered as follows,1 x Lemon Cream Pie1 x Cookie Butter White Chip (ft. Biscoff®)1 x Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk2 x Chocolate Crumb (ft. OREO®)1 x Honey BunBabeeeeeeeeeer. Hear me and HEAR ME CLEARLY!!!!!!! This 6 Pack of Magical Cookie Crumbl Goodness was a roller coaster of flavor profiles, various textures, and creamy joy. The Lemon Cream Pie is a direct representation of its name. I have no idea how Crumbl mastered turning a Full Pie experience into a Cookie... but the did. The Lemon Cream is served chilled so it sits perfectly on the crumbly cookie (or crust) with a nice lemon wedge in the middle. This cookie is sweet and tart and pairs well with any moment of cookie weakness. LoL!!!The Cookie Butter White Chip (ft. Biscoff®) should be banned. The audacity of a cookie to outcookie it's own self! Oh my!!!! This cookie is a soft biscuit themed cookie. It's warm dominance coupled with the crunchy scatters of Biscoff is off the charts good. This cookie pairs well with a warm drink and of course, any moment of cookie weakness. For the show stealer of the night... The Chocolate Crumb (ft. OREO®) has the gall to be warm, crumbly, creamy, and thick. This is the Godzilla of Cookie Goodness. Please be warned... this cookie is not for the weak of those who are known to get addicted to greatness easily... The remixed oreo base topped with open face cream and garnished with oreo. Yes I said it... it's like an oreo, on top of an oreo, within an oreo. Yeah! Let that settle in. This is the Cookie King of Chocolate profiles. Overall, Crumbl has delivered Cookie Greatness once again and I am hooked. Thank you to the Cookie Artist who comes up with continued ways to make the Cookie Monster within me smileeeeee. You are appreciated.

In the words of OT.G---" YOUR PRICES WAY TO HIGH YOU NEED TO CUT IT."First time coming here. The inside is very simple and small it has a sterile and industrial look to it. Crumbl cookies change weekly, so you may not see the same cookie twice. I'm a sweet tooth girl, so the overly sweet cookies don't bother me the sweeter the better. Upon entry, you place your order on the kiosk, which doesn't take long, and they will notify you when your order is ready it took me less than five minutes a very uncomplicated process from beginning to end. Now, the price point for these mediocre cookies is insane I could have purchased all the ingredients and made my own for what they charge for one single cookie....SMH! This is a one and done for me just for the pricing alone, definitely not the worth the hype.

R had a craving for something sweet, so he used the Crumbl Cookies app to order some cookies from the Brookhaven location, but found out that the new Sandy Springs location opened recently. It turns out that the Sandy Spring location is closer, so he placed an online order for pick up in Sandy Springs.This Crumbl Cookies is in a busy shopping center. There are lots of available parking spaces in the large and free parking lot. R dropped me off so I could go into the store while he parked close by and stayed in the car. From where I was dropped off, I walked up some steps to get to the store level. Before I got to the entrance, though, I noticed there were a few tables in front, closer to the parking lot.There were many customers waiting in line to use the two self service kiosks so that they could order their favorite cookies. I'm glad R placed an order via the app which allowed me to bypass the kiosk line; some customers took a while to make their selections, delaying others behind them. More customers were in the waiting area, crowded together and looking forward to when one of the employees would call their names and hand over their boxed cookies. Flavors of the week rotate onto and off of the list of available flavors (except for milk chocolate chip and the classic pink sugar cookie (chilled), which are mainstays). This week, cookies and cream milkshake (chilled), strawberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake, triple chocolate chip and Kentucky butter cake made the list.There were at least seven employees working in the open view kitchen, and all of them were moving quickly, performing a multitude of tasks. There were two smiling employees taking turns bringing pink boxes to the waiting area, calling out customers' names and handing the orders to them. All of the employees did great jobs getting the long line of customers handled, and I could see it was obviously a team effort. Just like other Crumbl Cookies stores that I've visited, this still was brightly lit and clean.R and I each got four cookies; two of them were milk chocolate chip and two of them were triple chocolate chip, allowing both of us to try both flavors. The cookies were slightly crunchy, mostly chewy, dense, sweet, heavy and filling. I'm not that much into really sweet cookies so I wouldn't eat these more than once every few months, but these were good when paired with a tall glass of milk!

Love there cookies and they have the best service. I placed an online order and soon as I walked in the cookies were ready. Even though there was a crowd, the line moved very fast.

Amazing cookies... great customer service. Would definitely visit again. Love crumbl cookies.
