Visited Crossroads Grill today on an unseasonably warm late January day. The drive-thru was busy but no one was at the walk-up window. Order was taken quickly and hung around the pick-up window until my food was ready. They have an enclosed dining area with tables and even a little ledge for folks who wanted to stand and eat. I got a hot dog with chili and cheese and a cheeseburger. The hot dog was good. It was a Brightleaf red hot dog. Seemingly a slice of American cheese put into the bun and then that was heated so the cheese melted. The hot dog and chili were added afterward. When I picked up the hot dog the bun was barely holding together but that melty cheese was doing all it could to keep the bread in one piece. And it worked. A fall apart bun is normally a deal breaker, but this one made it work. Pretty good! The cheeseburger was a disappointment. I appreciate a toasted bun but this one was burnt and you could taste it in every bite. The burger had the shape of a standard frozen brand. It wasn't seasoned from what I could tell. I wouldn't get the burger again. I'd get another hot dog again and would try some of their items.

Consistently good food and fast service. Their onion rings are the bomb. Good prices too.

Good food. the drive thru is pretty quik or you can get out and order at the window. There are a few tables to eat at too.I really like their hot dogs and the fries are good too. Cheeseburgers are also tasty and the prices are not outrageous.

The food at Crossroads is decent. It's an old school style drive in. They offer breakfast lunch and dinner here. I typically go for breakfast and get a gravy biscuit which I think is really good. Their hamburgers are mediocre. They have a lot to compete with when it comes to a good hamburger in this town. They offer outdoor seating, pickup window or drive thru service here. They have bathrooms on the back side of the building. Crossroads is located on Hwy 64 in the heart of Siler City.

A pretty good drive-in.Pro-tip: if you order a chili dog, make sure you ask for the actual dog (otherwise it's just chili on bun).

This little drive-in in has some pretty solid food - burgers, hot dogs, and fries especially. And they sell a lot of burgers and hot dogs, not an easy task when your competition is Johnson's Drive-In and Chris' Drive-In. They have no inside seating, but some outside tables are available, and you order at the drive through or a walk up window. The hot dog here is especially nice - and on an advertising sign between Pittsboro and Siler City, the restaurant proudly proclaims their hot dog is the best in the area - I don't agree with that statement (Johnson's is better, and Chris' is at least as good). But is is a very nice chili dog.The cheeseburger is solid, as well, but it is not in Johnson's class - and for a diner style burger, no one else is in that class either! The fries are very good, none of the ridged, rectangular mess. They also serve breakfast, but I've not tried anything on that menu. You could do much worse than pop in here for a chili dog or two, especially if Johnson's is closed, and they close at 2 PM.

This place just keeps getting worse and worse with how they like to rob you blind with all their upcharges on every little thing....owner is super combative when you have something wrong with your order. Food is nothing to write home about, cheap ingredients with above average pricing. More often than not some of the workers are in pajamas. Not a very uplifting or friendly atmosphere!

For what it is, this is a 4.5 rounds to 5 star restaurant.Nothing fancy here, but friendly enough. The drive-through or walk up is generally quick and efficient; they almostalways get the order exactly correct, not 100% but maybe 92% of the time. Better than the competition. The breakfast platters are hearty, e.g. eggs, bacon, toast, tater tots; get a blueberry muffin. The sandwiches are above-average tasting. The Cheerwine seems to taste better here (if you are from North Carolina, you know what I mean).Prices have gone up, no courtesy water cups anymore, don't like that, but prices are reasonable for the market. It is often busy here, the employees work hard; one can hang around and eat under the covered picnic tables in front, in the car, or drive off with food. It works.

Just went through drive through. The young girl taking my order was not friendly and avoided my question. Businesses have to teach their employees how to treat people. Good customer service. So, I call and ask for the manager. She answers, gives me her name and I repeat her name to make sure I have it right. She abruptly corrects her name and ask how can I help you. Immediately I understand why the employee behaves as she did. I move on to explain the situation and the manager interrupts saying they can't move on to another screen before moving on. She tried to defend the employee without completely hearing me out. My question didn't require her to move on. She could have acknowledged she heard my question and then ask me to hold one moment. When I get home what I asked for would have been correct if she took the time to talk with me. Not only that but I asked for chicken and they gave me steak!!! I don't go to Crossroads often and usually when I do it is pleasant. The food is usually very good. I would give there food a 4, but the customer service from both the employee and the manager I give a 2. It's time to care and provide great service.
