Crisp Salads

Very nice staff, they were very patient with my complex custom order wrap. Very clean atmosphere, and they made my order faster than moe's would have. The wrap was very tasty, and full of flavor! MUST try if you are in the area.

This was my go to place for salads at the mall. I have not been a over a year and it has really changed. My salad was $12.96 and inedible. I asked for cheese, did not realize there is a .99 cents upgrade charge for a few sprinkles.I got the BLT with honey mustard. This dressing is now really vinegary, vs sweet and honey, and they smother it in the salad. Bacon was burnt and really salty, really awful.Lettuce and tomato were very fresh but were smothered in that terrible dressing. Get it on the side.I ate 1/3rd and tossed it. Never again.

Having eaten at this chain in another state, I had high expectations. After changing management three times, I was anticipating an increase in customer service and food quality but my last experience left me hungry. I ordered a black and blue salad and was asked which dressing I would like. My salad was then smothered in dressing. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got back to my desk. It was virtually inedible. Do yourself a favor and order dressing on the side

I love a good salad, but hate the chopping and having to have all the items in my fridge. Crisp has become my favorite place to go for lunch when I'm too late to pack a meal in the morning. You can choose your own ingredients, or go with their recipes they have curated for you. Or, as I usually do, you can choose one of theirs and make edits to make your own riff on it. The materials are there for you to create your own best!

The person making my salad left out ingredients and then got nasty with me when I told her she had left them out. Then she let someone cut in front of me. I asked her if she was going to finish making my salad, because she skipped me and then walked away, leaving me standing there waiting for someone to finish making my salad. She told her coworker I was a B***h. When she rang me up, I asked for the owner's information. She said she didn't speak English. I told her she spoke it when she took my order and called me a B***h. She was like, "oh...." then told me she didn't know the information. I left and sat down to eat. I turned around and she was at the register taking pictures of me and recording me with my children while we were eating. Her coworker looked embarrassed for her awful attitude and treatment of me. I've been eating at Crisp since it opened at the mall in 2006 or 2007 when I worked there. It hurt to be treated like this at a place I enjoyed eating at. I hope the person who made my salad learns how to treat people better and be fair and patient with customers.

I enjoy eating here even I'm at crabtree because this is a quick and healthy alternative to fast food. I normally get a salad but this time i tried the chicken Caesar wrap and man was it YUMMY. The service here is great and they have a huge selection to choose from. If you're ever in the food court and don't know what to get def five crisp a try!

I was surprised to find this gem in North Carolina. Amazing salads. My sister in law didn't care much for the Sante Fe (She thought it was mild and bland, not at all spicy), but I loved the Mediterranean and the price of $6 was well worth it.

I eat here often if I just want a quick meal while doing some shopping. I have always had great service and salads here, but tonight I had probably one of the best prepared salads. I want to recognize the young man who made my food tonight, (wearing an NC State shirt) he really took his time and just made an awesome salad for me, and a perfect steak wrap for my husband. Thank you!!

Body language exhibits attitude. If you're not happy and you know it, please don't glare at your customers and throw darts at them with your eyes while exhaling an obvious sigh and your shoulders drop and hands go to the hips, head tilts to the side at the suggestion that they want something to eat at your restaurant.Stopped Sunday after church for a quick meal before heading off to the studio. The person who was there was by himself and appeared to be having a bad day as he was opening the place up for buisness. It was painfully obvious he was not a happy camper.The food (panini - club) was very good. My bride & I both agreed on that, and both of us commented that we'd eat there again. However, if we have to deal with the body language that says "I don't want to deal with you people" I wouldn't be so sure to revisit this location again after that.

Totally unimpressed. Don't think the salad I ordered was worth it at all. I doubt they'll stay in business.8
