Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar - Pinecrest

Back here again! This is my study spot every Sunday with my classmates. I had breakfast and lunch at crema today. For breakfast I had their avocado toast, added an egg & a iced chai latte with 3 shots of espresso. The avocado spread was creamy and they put a lot. It doesn't come with an egg- that's an xtra charge. They make the test dirty chai latte here! The cashier was new and forgot to add the 3 shots of espresso but the manager added them for me at no extra charge which was nice of them. For lunch I had their tuna salad. Wouldn't recommend this salad. It was too bland for me and didn't come with dressing. It had tuna (duh), lettuce (duh), raisins, tomatoes and shredded carrots. It was ok. I love the service here, everyone's very attentive and it's a great spot to study.

Well I was out and about today taking care of a number of errands and had a craving for some coffee but did not really want to go to the standard coffee houses if you know what I mean. So I busted out my trusty Yelp app and lo and behold, Crema Gourmet came up as a recommendation. Having never been here well as you can imagine I headed on over and man I was very happy that I did. Upon entering I was greeted and staff was very welcoming. To say the coffee shop is hipster would not do it justice. Yes it is hipster but it has a really nice vibe, comfortable furniture and welcoming and relaxing music that really helped to take the edge off. Now this is not just a coffee house as they also have a great selection of smoothies, power drinks, "All Day Breakfast" items, soups, salads, poke bowls and pasta dishes. Yep, pasta dishes.... Who knew.... On this occasion I really enjoyed the Iced Latte but I could tell everyone else was having a good time enjoying the atmosphere and a variety of food items of the menu. Parking is not a problem at all as they are located in a mall and there is plenty of room as well to hang out and relax. Personally I think it is great to have Crema Gourmet as an option to the usual suspects and I always like supporting local businesses whenever I can as well. So if you all find yourselves in the area and are in the mood for some coffee, tea or lunch feel free to check them out. I am certainly glad that I did for sure. Probably one of the more hipster places to hang out in Pinecrest. They have great costumer service, and I love their decorations. The food is a bit pricey but very good quality. I'll definitely be coming back.It is good for groups work or have intimate conversations. There's plenty of plugs so you can plug your laptop.

Extremely crowded at rush hour at 9-10 am then it settled down and we were able to find a table. A bit pricey, but the almond croissant was good

They charge a automatic 15 percent charge on your bill if you dine in. Manager said it goes to corporate and staff.

I really enjoyed my experience here! The iced espresso was delicious, and didn't need any sugar for my taste. The tuna poke bowl was huge! And came with a generous scoop of tuna. The place itself is super cozy and bright. The staff was nice and greeted us upon entry

I love the ambiance and decor of crema gourmet and the food is very good. There is a pastry display with cakes, croissants, muffins.... There is also a self serve display with cold and canned drinks. There is a coffee bar where you order them you go take a seat. It's gets a little confusing at this point because all the large tables (4 tops) have reserved signs on them yet they're not really reserved. We placed out order at 12:54. Coffees were served within a reasonable time frame as was açaí bowl. At 1:20 the second person in our party of five was served her croissant breakfast sandwich. At 1:26 my turkey scramble arrived; my husband got his breakfast sandwich two minutes later. The last sandwich arrived at 1:29. The food was delicious and servers all very nice I just wish we could have eaten our food together instead of staggered. Staggered is ok when eating tapas not at breakfast.

The ambiance is terrific. It was hustling and bustling on a Wednesday at 10 am. The menu is good, your standard upscale breakfast coffee shop. I had the avocado toast. This one does not come with egg, which was disappointing. I may have been able to add it. I didn't ask so that's on me. The avocado was delicious, super creamy on delicious bread. My coffee was served promptly. It did lose its temp rather quickly I thought. Maybe the cup? Not sure. But that was a bummer. Still a really nice place. I'll be back to try something new.

Great spot to get some work done & have a delicious breakfast or lunch. I love that they have an all day breakfast.This visit I opted for the turkey club on a baguette! It was so yummy, definitely recommend switching the bread! I also love their muffins , prosciutto sandwich and omelettes! This spot is definitely packed in the morning & during lunch so perfect time to visit is after the lunch rush!

Been here many times since it's a local cafe around pinecrest. However I will not be coming here ever again. I have given a lot of business to CREMA from the beginning even though I quickly realized the food was not good and inconsistent. Tried a couple things on the menu and the food is pretty boring and not good for the high price . Also not quality ingredients for a gourmet Café. They would make it different every day and forget ingredients constantly. I would order for pick up and after 30 minutes, they still wouldn't have even started my food and then make me wait another 30 minutes.The staff is rude and lazy . Food and coffee are inconsistent and less than mediocre. Prices are high.However, the reason I will no longer be coming is because after coming here frequently I ordered my sandwich For pick up through the mobile app because I know they take an hour to even have it ready and I have an impatient 1 year old.When I arrive me and my husband and our one year-old sat at a two seater table. I waited in line and ordered two iced lattes and an orange juice which came out close to $30. We drank our drinks at table and waited another 30 minutes for my To Go order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago .Once they brought my To Go order to the table , they rudely informed me that the tables were for people who ordered in line since they get charged a 15% service fee and then I was not allowed to eat my sandwich placed through the CREMA mobile app at the table.So after waiting for my sandwich for an hour, they did not allow me to eat it at my table , even though I did wait in line, bought three drinks and sat down to drink them. How are you gonna tell paying and frequent customers that they can't sit down just because they placed one sandwich for To Go .
