Pet friendly patio with good breakfast burritos and chicken waffles. Servers are very friendly with pets.. we saw a number of people dine here with their pets. I really liked my burrito, the chilli verde was spicy just how I like it. My husband got the chicken waffles and although I would never typically get that, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the combination was especially with the hot chicken! The only thing I was bummed about was not having coffee or hot chocolate options. Other than that we enjoyed our breakfast here.

It was a very good sandwich with the correct amounts of meat, veggies and cheese. But, it did not have Amoroso's' (http://amorosobaking.com/) bread. The waffle fries were tasty. Would I order it again? Yes! IF you one of those nutjobs that prefers CheezWhiz, then you will hate this version.Service was excellent.The ambiance is "cozy". I could not resist. Actually, the rear dining is slightly larger than cozy, but you will get no complaints from me.

I went on a Friday morning with two friends and we were able to get seats on the patio. I got the special - a plate of peach pancakes. They were huge! I took home about half of them for breakfast tomorrow. The sauce and peaches were really tasty. Our waitress, Jamie, was super attentive and refilled our coffee when we needed it. I liked that the check in deal gave us 10% off the bill too! What a cute place on Tennyson.

My absolute FAVORITE brunch place in Denver! The service is always fast and friendly. The outdoor seating is abundant and shaded, making it perfect even on a hot summer day. They have such a wide variety of dishes that can suit everyone's wants and needs! Their pancakes are the most perfect pancakes I've ever had and their flavored iced teas are soooo good. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a good spot to eat!!

We made reservations for six a few days prior to. We showed up and they seemed to have no idea what we were talking about. We waited for a bit for them to figure it out and we ended up getting the table we wanted outside. Small hiccup but it worked out. We tried a variety of entrees such as the tuna avocado, huevos rancheros, club sandwich, and the fruit split. they all were really good. We were all very pleased with our choices. On the other hand our aperol spritz were lacking same with the mimosas. No ice was even served with the aperol. We came to the group decision that this is a great spot to eat at but not to enjoy drinks at. I would still cokeBack here for the food alone.

It is a good place for long conversations because you will have to wait so long to be served. You won't be bothered much by the serving staff because the place is so short staffed. By the time you get your food, you will be so hungry you will eat it even though it's cold. This used to be a good restaurant.

I sat on the patio early on a Tuesday morning and it was wonderful! The service was quick, the waitress was kind and recommended places to stop at since I was new to the area. I got an iced dirty chai and pancakes and scrambled eggs. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because my eggs were cold and rubbery.

I've been to the cozy cottage a few times and had the chance to bring my family when they were visiting! The restaurant is located in a converted home and truly has such cozy vibes. It's like you walked into your grandmas house! It was too chilly to sit outside when we got there but they do have a large patio that is dog friendly! I ordered the huevos eggs and it was delicious. Right now they have carrot cake pancakes that sounded divine!! Our server went out of her way to connect/chat with us. Can't wait for my next trip here!

- cute cottage with a small patio. A bar right at the entrance- service was super friendly However, I'm hesitant to go back because1) the seats and tables were not clean. There were bacon and grease everywhere, very visible. I made eye contact with the waiter but he didn't get it.
