The restaurant is within the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The ambiance is definitely decadent with a staff that goes above the normal to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The morning breakfast buffet was extremely delicious and exceeded my expectations in flavor. The evening cocktail bars were open every night that served delicious heavy finger foods and sandwiches. The bar staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

3.5/5 over all the tostadas were the star of the show 5/5 a great crunch and amazing flavor. The tacos were a large portion, I wish the pico, guacamole and salsa had more flavor. 3/5The quesadilla was good, could use more flavor and a little more crunch. 3/5I would definitely come back for the Tostadas especially on happy hour.

We had a quick happy hour libation and bite here last night and tonight. The food is delicious (and a great deal), and the staff are super friendly and efficient. Over the two evenings, we tried several of the (many) beers on tap and we sampled the greek olives, brussel sprouts, and corn chowder. (Sorry there's no pic of the beautiful brussel sprouts or greek olives. We literally inhaled them. So picture something pretty and filling.)Everything was super tasty and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the prices truly can't be beat.If you're in the area or staying nearby, don't miss out. Courier is located conveniently inside the downtown Denver Hyatt. We highly recommend Courier and hope to be back soon.

Hotel restaurants have really come a long way! We had a lovely dinner here on the way to a show and the space was beautiful. We had nice quick cocktail and dinner to get out of the rain and were pleasantly surprised. I even got linguini and clams which was delightful. They were out of several beers on their menu but other than that it was nice!

Came in on a Wednesday at 3pm, kitchen was closed for some reason so they only had sandwiches available. My meal was clearly heated up in a microwave served with a side of stale chips. I asked for a drink from their signature cocktails menu, a NY Sour. I watched the Bartender look the recipe up and attempt to make it. It's nowhere close to what it should taste or look like. Very disappointing as the ambience is nice and was hoping this would be a new local spot. Don't waste your time, there are 100 different locations walking distance around here that deserve your hard earned money over this place.

5/11/24- This place gets an automatic fail because they charged a service for their breakfast buffet where you get your own food. WTF. This is horrible customer service. On top of this they did not tell us about the charge before they sat use. We even asked one of the bar tenders how much the breakfast buffet was and she said $25, nothing about up charges. This makes this technically a hidden charge that has recently gotten places in trouble with at the federal level and maybe even be illegal since they ate not disclosing this up front. Horrible. Stay away from this place.

One of the better buffet style breakfast .Food was good and pancakes were decent size and good ( not the terrible tiny silver dollar size ) Made to order omelets .The pastries were so so . Service good

I've been here several times, even before they went semi-service route. Most hotel restaurants are great for their convenience if staying at the hotel, but typically lack in food quality. I would say Courier Kitchen is an exemption, the food is excellent. Most recently, I had the Winter Squash Ravioli and it was amazing. I usually stay away from vegan or vegetarian dishes, but since my wife had the Grilled Bone-in Ribeye and knowing I could steal a bite, I went for it. It did not disappoint, super flavorful. Also, the ribeye was fantastic, simply seasoned and tender, especially at the price point. The service is inconsistent, mainly because one places their order at the bar and one competes with bar chatter among others and bartenders. But once they have your attention, it's all good from there.

Save your money and skip a meal is my advice if you don't feel like going to a nearby restaurant- there are several really great ones only a block or two via short walk.Slow service, waiter didn't write down the order and got two of the three meals incorrect. Passed by table no less than ten times without refills, when asked for refill he only did one of the three teas.Never asked how the food was, never cleared our plates, had to ask for refills three times, had to grab another waiter to get our check and on top of all of that they automatically add 20% -so no wonder why they treat you so poorly they couldn't care less.We were for a dance competition and there is wide spread sentiment saying the same - no service, food incorrect, no acknowledgment, I mean it was offensive. He didn't even care that he got two of the orders wrong and was put out by the interaction.During our last visit they got our room service incorrect and to top it off you pay way too much for the quality of food.We witnessed this with other tables - no refills - had to ask for bills - one family just got up and left without paying - fastest I saw him move all night to go after them. They prioritized cleaning off tables over taking orders, asking about your meal, refills, asking for desert or bringing a check. So if you're looking for a terrible experience or looking to be treated like you are a bother this is the place for you.I would skip a meal before giving them business again, I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. Run don't walk to any of the restaurants nearby or have the food delivered like we have the rest of the weekend.Pictures is the pile of dishes he left in front of me while not refilling our drinks - ignoring us- and not bringing our tab.It felt like we were being punked - there are no words to express how pathetic the service is.

They accommodated gluten free, dairy free, poultry free, salt free, and hot food. Chef Chris even made a menu for my stay, which brought me tears, because I usually suffer greatly during a conference that gives all of the things I can't eat (e.g., bread, yogurt, cream cheese, fruit, salad/wraps). Chef Drew and David also made the yummy meals. The chefs also brought food to the table and checked on me, which made me feel like a very special guest. Chef Chris even baked small GF and DF cakes for us, helping me celebrate my birthday.Jennifer and Andrew the managers charged the amount that my university pays for, with these accommodating meals. Servers were very attentive and meticulous. They even remembered hot water with lemon once I said it.The place was nice as well, with outlets that I could plug my laptop to work while eating. They also open early (6:15am), which helped me prepare for the days. Thanks to them, I survived during a conference, which usually pains me. I will never stop raving about them. I wish all restaurants in the U.S. were as accommodating as they are.
