Cormier’s Kitchen

Just had an awkward experience here. I came in and was seated at the bar. One of the bartenders asked if I wanted a drink and I ordered an iced tea. She disappeared. Another bartender asked if I had been helped. I was ready to order my food but he too walked away. It was like I was a ghost. After 15 minutes of being ignored I got up and walked out and went next door to the sports bar where I was acknowledged and welcomed. DO NOT come here unless you want to be ignored. I don't recommend anyone waste their time here.

Loved the food. The seafood is simply exceptional. The best crawfish with reasonable pricing. Atmosphere is neighborly fun. Robby Gonzales the Weekend manager took great care of us. Robby was everywhere personally attending to customers. Highly recommend

The service is very good here! Ask for Robbie!! The crawfish were big and tasty, spiced just right. The beer is ice cold!! I live in Dallas but this place will see my face again soon!!

Well I found really good Gumbo in H-Town...(Almost as good as mine ) they even serve it with a side of potato salad as it should be. If you haven't added potato sales to gumbo you're missing out. The boudin is also very good. The kitchen seems scratch and service is really fast and friendly. Great spot for us northwest side folks and well worth a drive from anywhere...you won't be disappointed.

Get ready to loosen the button on your pants or wear elastic waistband. The portions are YUUUGE. The amount of food will match the price and you can likely split one entree between two adults. This place also has great sweet tea which is a requirement of mine for repeat business.The service is great. there are slot machines and video games as well. There are lots of tvs and plenty of seating at the bars.

This place right here, excellent all around. Nice ambiance, friendly staff. Now let's get to the food. I had a shrimp Poboy and it might be one of the best po boys I've had in a long while. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the bread flaky and buttery. The sauce they used on the shrimp was *chefs kiss* not sure if it was some kind of remoulade or just a cream sauce but it took it over the top. My wife was stealing shrimp and dunking it around the sauce left and right. My wife had jambalaya and it got her seal of approval, high praise as she is from Louisiana. The sausage was the star of that show, nice smoky flavor complemented the rice nicely. If you're in the Spring area check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

That lady Valeri Okland-Martin at Cormier's has the absolute worst attitude.. Came in for lunch with two friends and the service was good the first half but it seems she ran out of time and started rushing us out. Stated 3x she wanted us to close out because she had to leave instead of us asking if we wanted to pay or transfer the tab. She just threw the tab down and walked away.She then gave me attitude when I asked the next bartender for another drink while I was in the process of paying said tab... Yeah the so called manager arguing with me when I was literally doing the thing she was harassing me to do.. REFUSED TO TRANSFER MY TAB AFTER THE FACT AND TRIED TO USE HER POSITION OF AUTHORITY TO ASSERT DOMINANCE... THREW MY MONEY DOWN INTO MY HANDS, fix your attitude.Cormier's Kitchen Cajun Cuisine you need to train your manager better because she's out of control. Shout out to Justin for being the best waiter ever! Ruth is also an absolute treasure!I've reached out on Facebook so we'll see if we get a response... I recommend going there after she leaves which is around 3:45-4pm

I loved eating their crawfish it big and the price was not to expense like the other restaurants and bar around FM 1960 and Louetta. One thing I don't really is the Wait staff when they are to busy well umm they kinda left me out in the dark with the drink.

We come quite often it's close home . We have had many items on the menu. The burgers are delicious. They have steak night on Wednesdays it comes with salad and baked potato . My husband has gotten the pasta dish with shrimp and loves it . They are definitely known for their Cajun style food. If you like crawfish then you definitely want to give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
