Corinne Restaurant - Bar Area
Our space is perfect for any occasion.
We were seated in the back of the main dining room in a brown banquette.
These were the best crab croquettes we have ever had. The croquettes were delicately crisp on the outside and sensationally creamy inside.
Yes please - the wagyu steak was perfectly cooked (medium-rare) and topped with a garden herb butter that melted into the meat.
The Crab Croquettes are made with pommes purée, lemon, chive, & citrus aioli.
The oysters had brilliant shine, were very mild in taste and had smooth mineral notes to them.
Point Judith Calamari
For Sides we had the Roasted Mushrooms. The Roasted Mushrooms are made with miso-ginger butter.

My wife and I visited for breakfast and had a lovely experience. The service was quick, and we were in and out without any delays.Though the portions seemed small at first, they were perfectly balanced for a morning meal.I really appreciated the serving size, as it was just the right amount to enjoy without feeling overwhelmed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and relaxing, adding to the overall positive experience.I highly recommend this place for breakfast!

The price to quality ratio of this place is insane. Might be top 3 worst burger I've ever had. It was so burnt, all I could taste was bitter char. And not in a good crispy smashburger way. It was so dry that the abundance of sauce they put on didn't even help. The shoestring fries were good, though an insane amount was provided. The Caesar salad was 60% Parmesan. Again, insane. I love parm, but it was more shaved cheese than lettuce in that bowl! And the chicken was lacking spices. Took a while to get our order, but took even longer to get the check. I was kind of shocked the amount of people in the restaurant based on the taste of our meals. Also having brunch menus until the 3 pm close was wild. There were only a few lunch items, it was 1:30. It's a quiet little spot in a hotel lobby, so greatness wasn't expected. But wow that was bad

I really wanted to love this place, but it was just "OK" to me. My friend and I stopped in around 7:15pm on a Thursday - the restaurant was nearly filled! We were lucky to get seated at a high raise table near the bar. Service was good. Our waitress walked us through her recommendations for the meal. We tried the house burrata (honestly the best part of the meal!) and spicy tuna bruschetta (expected this to be more flavorful - it was alright). I expected the bread to be homemade given the reputation and cost of Corinne, but realized that was not the case. We split the salmon entree - again, it wasn't anything to write home about but was filling. I don't think I'd be back given the menu options and average service versus the cost to dine here, but that's just me! Others seem to really enjoy it.

This was by far the best restaurant I visited in Denver. The vibe is sleek and cozy and there's a small bar seating area for 8 people. I first stopped by for brunch right after I came from the airport. The bartender was so nice and friendly. I had the Chicken Philly Skillet. It sounded heavy but it was just right with tasty chicken, grilled peppers, onions, potatoes and lots of cheese. They also have a great happy hour menu with affordable bites and discount drinks!.

I took the day off and decided to try lunch at Corrine. Staff were slammed with lunch service, but they did well. Really friendly, and the bartender had good vibes in his area. Great French onion soup, the primary reason I visited. I skipped most of the bread (lazy keto), but the broth was full of layers of flavor, and the onions were *chef's kiss* . Great cheese and finish. Honestly, on a cold day I could just order the soup and add a side veg and be set.The French dip was pretty good. Solid jus, baguette was fresh, but a bit too dense and dry; it lacked that crunch and chew. I subbed the fries for grilled asparagus. Honestly, some of the best asparagus I've had in Denver. Hearty stalks with great grill marks. A bit of char added to the perfect amount of coarse salt, evenly distributed. The asparagus had that satisfying crunch too. I have half for leftovers; quality takeaway containers. With an unsweetened iced-tea it was $41. $10 tip, so a very solid for $50 lunch.

I am always super excited to have experienced what others have raved about after being sold on their reviews of a restaurant. Disclaimer: the reviews did NOT lead me a stray... I am pleased to say that the reviews were accurate and was far from overhyped!Upon entering Corinne, we got the sense that this was a nice restaurant. It was chic, yet cozy, and had a lively element to it. The hostess quickly got us seated, where we were immediately greeted by our waiter. Our waiter gave recommended dishes and was flexible with the subtle changes we desired to our orders. I ordered the ribeye (medium) which was superb! My tastebuds were truly delighted. Each piece made me want more and more. Needless to say, I ate everyTHING on my plate. Even the peppers and potatoes were cooked perfectly. The ladies I went with were also thoroughly impressed with their dishes. One ordered bread pudding, which we all shared... And as bread pudding connoisseur, they put their foot in it!Absolutely a fan of Corinne Denver and would recommend others to visit!

I had a couple of plates for share, the Halibut and the Sweet Potato chili glazed chicken. Both were good but the flavor was just OK, there was no special taste to them as expected. Flavor even for the chili was neutral, didn't had a remarkable taste I could highlight.

My girlfriends & I had brunch here the other day, and had an awesome experience! CJ was our server, and he was absolutely amazing. He made us laugh the entire time, was super attentive and best of all, personable! People like him in the hospitality industry are such a breath of fresh air. You can tell he loves his job and he's incredible at what he does. We loved the food too! The Philly cheesesteak skillet was not at all what we were expecting, but it was delicious nonetheless. It tasted like a marsala chicken to me... We also had the BLT deviled eggs, the crab fritters, the corn cake Benedict with smoked salmon, and a side of their breakfast potatoes.. phenomenal! I will definitely be back here for brunch sometime soon.
