Conroe Lake House

A terrific spot for a pretty day. You just can't beat the view this place provides! On a busy day we didn't have too long of a wait for a table. Our waitress was very sweet, she was knowledgeable on the menu and quick to get our order in. I had a burger, she asked me how I wanted it cooked but unfortunately it wasn't prepared to my request. It was good but cooked unevenly so I didn't finish it all. Their fries are not my favorite, very basic but overall just a normal fry. The brisket sandwich met expectations and held up surprisingly well! They have a decent sized parking lot and waiting area for the busy days.

Horrid.Fried foods, horrible management! Food was terrible, overpriced, same vibe as restaurant before with higher prices.

Star is the best bartender and we love going to see her. Very attentive and sweet and makes the best drinks.

Beautiful breezy weather off the lake blew in a big crowd Saturday afternoon. We found a couple of PAW friendly chairs around the bar and enjoyed beer and chips. Really excellent salsas arrived soon after, but hey, RELAX! Not sure why anyone would rush the service when you have this view.Lots for kids to do and people to watch. Parking is an issue if you cannot walk a few blocks.

Great atmosphere. Food was good. Service was excellent. Our waitress, Mady B., was amazing. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Gretchen does an AMAZING job here. Making sure her customers are pleased.Making sure the waitresses have everything they need...etc....This place is remarkable, and the only reason is because she makes it that way.If you're in the area and want good drinks and/or crawfish, then this is the place to be.

Awful:Food is awful, they can even screw up burgers and fries.Zero consistency, this place needs training and they shouldn't have so many patio tables that the kitchen, bar and staff can't properly service your guests.

We had our Mother's Day lunch here. We had wanted to sit outside but the rain and wind had a different idea. This was my first visit here and I don't know why it took so long. The food was delicious and the service was great. These people know how to cook and serve great seafood. It was a great day.

First time visiting the Lake House. A lot of food for the price. Enough to split a meal. Great waitress, Emily M. Plan on returning.

If I'm paying $18 for a burger, it needs to be cooked the way I want it, not medium well. The menu is too bougie for what this place is. Just bring back the lake front bar food at reasonable prices we all know and love.
