Amazing location in an old train station right aside Coors Field. We stopped in when on a family vacation before a Rockies game. A coworker who lives in the area recommended the place. This is one of those dont look at the prices places. Great food but not cheap. ;) Amazing short ribs, chicken caprese , risotto tots. Their Hazy IPA with a fruity passionfruit flavor was one of the best beers I had on our trip to Colorado. Also nice sized portions!

I see you, Denver! We came in from Dallas and I'd reviewed the menu prior... so we popped in on a late Friday afternoon lunch! Omg soooo good and unforgivably we almost had the place to ourselves. No appetizer to step on the pending meal! We started with amazing dirty martinis.. split a wedge. My hubby got the bone in ribeye w a loaded baked potato. It was lunch but I was set on lamb chops... as we waited, the martinis arrived. Giant goat cheese stuffed olives swimming inside. Some of the best dirties we've had out. The wedge was good. I'd honestly just eat the blue cheese and salad dressing...Then we picked out a nice Pinot and waited for the stars to arrive. I did get lucky and get the lamb chops, not on the lunch menu. Served on a pool of chutney and a side of charred carrots. I like my lamb more savory than sweet so I'd ordered a side of chimichurri. The chops were perfect and though the chutney puree was good, it was a little sweet for me. The chimichurri was very good, just a touch spicy with fresh herbs, EVOO and Fresno peppers. The charred carrots also had chimi on them, perfectly paired, sweet carrots and a hint of spice! My hubby's ribeye was great, he got a very herbaceous Gorgonzola topping. The baked potato w white cheddar good. The salad was delicious as well. I still packed up 12 of mine to go, will make a nice late night snack! So what are you waiting for? Go there, get some! Life is too short for boring food!

Denver chophouse had a classic steak restaurant deal on the inside. Low lighting, steak, and lots of wine, beer, and liquor. The service was great but we did have shareable food out and the waiter took my plates without asking which is a negative. The men's bathroom floor needs to be replaced by the urinals as it was cracked and coming off the wall and floor. The beers were good. The filet was cooked to medium how I asked for it. I was not a fan of the brussels sprouts as a side and the Caprese tater tots didn't wow me either. The only great thing I will say about this restaurant is their cornbread. For the price I paid this place should have wowed me so for those reasons I wouldn't come back.

We landed in Denver for a stay at the Rally and needed a semi-late night (9:15pm) to grab dinner. We didn't want bar food, so the ChopHouse & Brewery was a great stop. We ordered the burger and steak salad - both were well cook and fantastically seasoned. The side of baked carrots were perfectly cooked - soft with a bit of crisp to the edges.

Vince is a great bartender and loved the brews. The Falcon IPA and the Hazy IPA were awesome. Such a great space and the menu looks great. They specialize in steaks. Can't wait to come back when I am hungry to try the food.

Love the vibe at this place and the expansive menu. They have a great selection of food and a great beer list. I had the flight of local beers too which was excellent. I want to give a shout out to Reggie. His customer service and attentiveness is beyond impressive! People like that make you come back to a restaurant so thank you Reggie.Next time I will try the tuna!

Chris was our server and was amazing! He gave awesome recommendations and was super attentive and friendly! Food was also great, we had 1/2 order onion rings (you can ask for a massive 1/2 order which still was a lot), salads, and crispy calamari for starters. Dinner was a delicious orange marinade salmon (great!) and hubby had prime rib. He said the seasoning on the prime rib was different, but still decent. Desserts looked good but we were stuffed. A bit touristy and crowded since it's next to the Coors Stadium, you never know with places like this if the food is going to be OK because of the location, but actually, Chophouse was pretty good!

This place was a very pleasant surprise, we picked it kind of at random and loved the atmosphere. It is a huge restaurant with an incredibly friendly staff. Erin our server was amazing and provided too tier service. The food was great and the beer was fantastic (all brewed in house). It is also central to so many other cool places to walk through. I'll definitely be coming back next time in town.

The steak was mid, not especially tasty and was quite gristly. I actually like gristle, but I gather this is not the expectation for steak. The green beans and mashed potatoes it came with were decent, as were the bacon (?) wrapped shrimp and meatball appetizers. At the price, I think it's a pass. There's tastier food in the area.
