This unique spot in Raleigh offers fantastic service and mouthwatering food in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to assist with the menu. I enjoyed the pork barbecue sandwich accompanied by coleslaw, hush puppies, and deviled eggs. Each bite was a true pleasure. The meat was packed with flavor, the coleslaw was perfectly seasoned, and the deviled eggs reminded me of those delightful family reunions--absolutely delicious! There's some outdoor seating with a few picnic tables, plus additional tables inside for your comfort. If you're craving barbecue, make sure to visit the Chop Shop; it's definitely worth the journey. P.S. Don't miss out on the banana pudding!

This is the best gas station bbq in the triangle. Everything is good and the prices are circa 2018...The pork bbq is the best in Raleigh. The smoked chicken is a sleeper. For sides, the cowboy beans are fantastic. The pork rinds are a must order from the secret menu. The Mac and cheese is as good as any in NC.Only downside is they only have brisket on Thursday and don't have collards or green beans.

This business is located inside of a gas station. They do have a drive through but it was closed the day that I visited. I placed my order at the counter & it didn't take long to get my food. I got the BBQ chicken with Mac & cheese, hush puppies & coleslaw. The mac, hush puppies, & the mustard dipping sauce for the hush puppies were good. Some of the chicken was moist while other parts were a little dry and over cooked around the edges.

Good food, friendly service, and inside a gas station! Everything is yummy overall except I wouldn't recommend the banana pudding which was two thumbs down, super duper dry. Solid sauces and pulled pork. The chicken sandwich was pretty good too. Meat wasn't dry. We got the chicken sandwich and the pulled pork plate and the side of beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and the stew. They both came with hush puppies and a choice of drinks. They hyped up the broccoli salad but we opted to just save it for next time since there's no swapping sides and you'd just pay the full price of the side not the difference. Mac and cheese was yum, so were the hush puppies, def loved the coleslaw. Not gourmet but solid food and nice people. Would definitely return! Even our dog was licking the dirt on the ground next to the smoker outside hahaha

Of course the best bbq in the Triangle is in a gas station! Jessica was incredibly friendly and fast. We sat outside at their picnic tables and had some of the best bbq we've had in a while. We originally had planned to go Sam Jones, but found this unique spot on Yelp and we weren't disappointed. We'll be back for sure!

First time trying this place out and it did not disappoint! I had the pulled pork plate with slaw, hush puppies and mac and cheese. Everything was excellent! It's in a gas station off of Six Forks and they also have a food truck. I never knew they were there but I love a good hidden gem which the Chop Shop is!

After checking out multiple other BBQ places around Raleigh, this place, HANDS DOWN, has the best smoked pulled pork! It's the western Carolina style BBQ with red vinegar - tangy and delish. It's inside the gas station, but don't be fooled. I will always recommend this place to everyone. It hit the spot for me. The pulled pork plate was only $11 and it's a good size portion. It includes a side, slaw, and a drink. Y'all. Go get your BBQ here.

Relied upon yelp saying this was open so we drove over 45 minutes to go there... It was completely closed today. Thanks for wasting my gas.
