Pho Tam

I love pho. I'm more a broth guy than the noodles. I ready admit I've failed every lesson on eating rice noodles with chop sticks. I wouldn't be surprised to go on YouTube or TikTok to find me making an idiot of myself.Service was lovely and efficient. I ordered spring rolls which were delicious. The dipping sauce was not what I'm accustomed to. It wasn't peanut based. I asked for the pho without added protein. Very flavorful. I enjoyed it. Fat man will return!

I came here with a friend and we ordered pho and the bbq short ribs. I thought both dishes were pretty good and portion size was good for the price. I don't mind if prices are a little high if portion size is big. Short ribs fish was around $24 before tax and tip and pho was about $18 pre tax and tip, which is fine because portions were really good. The reason I don't give it a 5 star was interaction with one of the owners there. When I had come in I had asked one of the owner if it was byob and he said yes. So I went out of my car and brought one small drink to share with my friend. He was perfectly fine with it. Towards the end a different person asked if my drink was alcoholic when cleaning our table and I said I didn't notify her I was bringing in alcohol in an almost accusatory way and then charged me a byob fee. I had no idea that was a thing and why the original guy didn't mention it. It was so very minor but left a really bad taste in my mouth. If they had told me initially when I asked about byob then it would've been fine but don't be accusing me of sneaking in alcohol. Good food though.

I'm not super cultured about these things, but I think Pho Tam is pretty good. It used to be an old Pizza Hut and they turned it into a sort of open layout restaurant that's very square in design. Enough about the look though.The pho portions are good and the broth is tasty and served piping hot. The cost is based on the number of meats you add, so you can go small or go big. There's basil and bean sprouts that cook up in that hot soup. We also got the prawn rolls (I think) and surprised to see some sort of root veg in there. Delightfully surprised. I think it was taro? I admit I've often gotten the pho there so I haven't branched out to the other dishes.The service is tiny inconsistent. You might need to flag someone down to get the sprouts or something, but it's no big thing.

Cold and rainy weather means a big bowl of soup and some warm tea from a local spot, so we decided to go to Pho Tam. This was our first time here and it will not be our last. The pho here was amazing!

This hit the spot! I was craving for a noodle soup and ended up coming out here for their Bun Bo Hue. The flavor was on point and they loaded it up with the beef and proteins. The spring rolls also came out super quick. This was exactly what I needed and a great reminder to come here more often.

I still can't believe that I waited this long to try Pho Tam. I've been driving past this place for years every time I worked out. I finally decided to take my kids for a Tuesday dinner and try Vietnamese food.Once we got inside, we were greeted and seated right away. There were several tables occupied already and we saw how big the Pho bowls were. Our server took our orders once we've decided on what we wanted. Our food did not take long to be served. My kids and I tried 2 Pho bowls, one with 3 kinds of meat and the other with 2 kinds of meat. We also tried the GRILLED PORK BANH MI. Besides his huge bowl of pho with 3 meats, my son also ordered an extra bowl of noodles. We tried the STEAK, FLANK, BRISKET, and MEATBALLS. All the meats were good and there were quite enough pieces in each pho bowl. The broth was flavorful and delicious. My kids added the bean sprouts, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and the hot sauce. I added all the fixings for the banh mi as well. Everything was delicious and very satisfying. I liked their ICED COFFEE too.The dining area was neat, the bathroom was clean, parking spots were enough, and the service was friendly and efficient. The place was packed and busy by the time we were leaving. I really enjoyed our dining experience here. It was also a perfect night to have warm pho, since it was a rainy day. I will definitely come back to try other pho and the grilled chicken banh mi. Til next time!

This place is one of my favorites. The pho is served in giant bowls with plenty of meat, along with a big plate of fresh ingredients such as sprouts to add in. Ambiance is fresh and clean but also cozy. We've always been seated right away, and service is quick too. One of my favorite things to order is the Vietnamese iced coffee, and I almost forgot to order it this time! Luckily when I did remember (we were almost done eating) they were able to make me one in a to-go cup. Yay!

I wanted to try this place because we drove by it so many times. Finally we decided to give this place a try and we walked out feeling unimpressed. Their pho broth is okay and they were generous with their noodle. Our pork rice dish were okay. The best part of the dish was the dish sauce not the pork. While they seems nice, we had to asked for our pho veggies twice. By the time they brought out the veggies our broth was no longer hot enough to gently cook the veggies. There wasn't any napkins on our table throughout our whole dinner. I think they just forgot to bring it out because they were busy. Unfortunately there is nothing else that would entice us to come back. We glad we gave it a try and check it off our checklist.

A little disappointed. A lot of hype and mostly let down. Everything was very overpriced. For an order of eggrolls (3) and one vegetable pho with extra $5.00 for extra noodles + tip was well over $30.00.My broth was cold upon taking it to go and I am right next door. The eggrolls were just okay but the pho broth was not tasty and lacked flavor. Very very average food but friendly service to make up for the mediocre experience.

Perfect little jewel in the Burbs. Outstanding service, very clean. Amazing flavors. Ordered make your own Pho with different meat selection. My bowl was loaded with delicious meats and flavors! 5+++ for this business!
