Great milky masala chai! Prices are on par for fast casual restaurants in downtown Chicago ($4 for an 8oz cup), but it's nice they are open past 8pm throughout the week. Service was quick, but tbh there was also a self serve kiosk where you can order food from if the lines are too long. In addition to great masala chai, they also serve Momos, Indian style pizza (I highly recommend trying any of their options), and street foods like Samosa Chaat,

We stopped by on a Sunday evening and sat outside since the weather was nice.Food - We got the paneer firecracker pan pizza which was DELICIOUS!!! It was spicy and so flavorful. We also got lava momos and moti momos - both vegetarian. They were good as well, nothing special though. We also got their special masala fries - very very good!Overall, loved the pizza and fries and will definitely be back.

This is a nice casual dining spot and also looked like a popular place for to go orders. We came here to get masala chai as my friend was missing home made tea. She said the tea was pretty good and gave it a 4/5. It looked to be a good portion size especially for the price. I ordered the rose lassi which was very good, wasn't too sweet or over flavored. It was a little thicker than most lassi drinks I've had so it wasn't the easiest to drink. I also order the vada pav, it was a good portion size and very well flavored. Their garlic chutney was a perfect compliment to the dish. The vada was nice and crispy and the pav was well cooked. The service was fast and friendly.

Moti cafe is another indian restaurant specializing in indian street food. I really like their pizza. Some of the pizza I have had is the paneer tikk pizza, chicken tikka pizza, vada pav pizza. They have a range of pizza's to select from. I find their pav bhaji, vada pav decent. The location is decent that can fit 10-13 people. Lately, I have been ordering from here. Service is quick.

My friends catered from here ... it was nice to have Indian flavors but the abcd kids love their authentic Chicago style pizzas. I liked their veggie bowls very much . I never get a tummy ache after eating outside but after this meal I wasn't feeling very good. I will try again to see if I was having an off day with the flavors. Interesting concept though!!

My visit today was as good as usual. Friendly counter service. Clean atmosphere. And my potato samosas were exactly what I was craving. $6 for 2 and I was stuffed. 2 sauces. One is cilantro and the other was a sweet one. Both good but cilantro is my favorite!! I've now tried a few places and one who refused my business due to my food allergies. Moti is consistently pleasant AND helpful with my food selection based on what I can safely consume. Can't wait to return!!

In my opinion, the food from Moti is the closest you can get to Indian street food. The vada pav is mid, but no one other place has come this close to resembling the flavor. The paneer slider are my absolute favorite. So yummy! They are good as quick bites to eat before you dig into the yummy pizza from Moti. The next highlight is definitely the paneer tikka pizza. Omg, so yummy and go good! I also love the sauce that comes with the pizza. The momos are below average in my opinion, especially the sweet chili momos. The samosa chat is another great item on the menu, along with the mango lassi. The service is fast! You have to order at the counter and also collect from the counter. The ambience is nice and fresh, with patio seating in summer. There is limited indoor seating though.Overall, a great place to try out quick Indian eats!

My experience at Moti in downtown Chicago was a mix of highs and lows. The standout was undoubtedly the Moti cake, which was a delightful treat. The ambiance, however, left something to be desired; it was just okay. Unfortunately, the major drawback was the lack of cleanliness, evident in both furniture and the notably dirty floor. On the culinary front, the food presented a mixed bag. I opted for paneer rice and Moti momos, anticipating a piping hot serving. Regrettably, they arrived disappointingly cold, contrary to my explicit request for them to be served hot. Despite this setback, the taste was commendable, prompting me to soldier through the temperature issue and enjoy the flavors. Moti showcased culinary prowess with its Moti cake and flavorful dishes, improvements in cleanliness and attention to temperature details could significantly enhance the overall dining experience.
