This place makes me feel like I'm at home and reminds me of my childhood. One of my families favorite places to eat PR food. Small but a good time every time we have ate here. I can't hype this place up enough... might not be the most healthy food to eat on a daily basis but man oh man if I could I would! I wish I would have taken more pictures but as soon as the food came out I wanted to eat everything. My favorite dish has to be there Mofongo with Shrimp, it's finger licking good every single time. The service was top tier and welcoming as well. Thank you Las Delicias, I hope everyone in Chicago is able to have a good experience like I do every time i come here. I'll be back soon! Phenomenal vibes and energy. Personal Review: 9.2/10

Delicious food! The portions are great at a reasonable price. I had the bisté encebollado with arroz y abichuelas and it was amazing. It took me back home to Puerto Rico. I also had the alcapurrias and Malta India. Yummy!! Not a fancy place but the service was fantastic. It made me feel like visiting my grandmother. I can't wait for next time... I'm going to try the mofongo.

I've been coming here for years. Most often, we get the frituras like the pastelillos, relleno de papas, and alcapurrias. They have the most delicious sorullos! They're not like the sorullos like you get on the island. These are sweet and soft and have just the right amount of cinnamon. Every so often, we'll order jibaritos, which are pretty good. I have not tried their rice yet because it contains pork. Overall, good food!

I'm fairly new to the area, and was in the mood for some "authentic" PR food. To begin with the prices were a bit higher from other known places (which I won't name). Ok, being it seemed like a local place, I decided to support. My order was of 3 jibaritos, and two chicken dinners. Total was over $100 . To my 2nd surprise, one of the steak jibaritos only had one slice of meat. Really?? (Also, could use some more seasoning) They must of ran out of meat or something. 1st and last time we go here. Service was also not so great. Cashier had a bit of attitude.

I honestly love this place. It's usually pretty busy so it takes at least 25+ minutes for your order to be ready, but it's always worth it. I always get the chicken jibarito with white rice, beans & chicken stew broth on top (one of the employees customizes it for me every time because she remembers that I don't eat the pork that comes in the rice.) I also love their sorullos and other sides, you really can't go wrong here.

Really bomb jibarito de bistec and arroz blanco y habichuelas. I hadn't been here in maybe 10 years but it was as good as I remembered it! Arroz con gondules always on point too!

Ordered 30 pasteles for my office. It came to about 100 dollars which I thought was PRICEY and I would lay for again. The girl who took my order was so nice and polite. And they had my order ready at 10:30am as promised. They were a hit! So flavorful and plenty of meat. Give this place your business !!! I forgot to take pictures but they were the right shade of orange

Me and my family have been coming here for years. Then we moved, I was too young to remember the name, I would brought home left overs so it was never fresh but always full of flavor, but finally after such a long time and me craving Puerto Rican food, I've returned to this amazing establishment. I forgot how soft the bistec was in between a jibarito, the best jibaritos ever! And the papa rellenos is a must every time for me, I always crave them.. It's a small hole in the wall place but it's really freakin good !
