A delicious burger spot tucked away in the neighborhood I grew up in. Now that I live elsewhere in the city, visiting my parents is extra sweeter because this is their favorite spot to take me too so I always look forward coming. Bluebird's service is always friendly and because the place is small, they take the time to slow down and talk to you and make sure that you're happy by the end of the meal. You can order at the counter, from a QR code at your table, or if they're not busy they'll take your order directly.Their classic burgers are amazing and definitely hit the spot if you want something simple but their menu offers a variety of sandwiches, chicken, and more. Their signature Bluebird sandwich is their speciality and it doesn't disappoint. The chicken is juicy, flavorful, and blends well with the other toppings. Their fries and sweet potato tots are a must have for me too. This place is excellent and I'm coming back for that Bluebird sandwich!

Stopped by for a quick lunch while running errands. The restaurant is casual and the staff was super friendly. There are lots of seating available. I ordered the shrimp po'boy. I wished there were more coleslaw, but the shrimp was well fried and seasoned.

I quite enjoyed Bluebird! We walked in on a Saturday around 1pm and there were a couple empty tables -- but by the time we left, every table was filled with people eating. The person in the front of house was nice but a little snippy. We had never been and didn't realize that they want you to sit down and order from a QR code. I thought the system was cool and I think more "order at the counter" style restaurants should equip this instead! I had the truffle burger and I quite liked it. We also got an order of the fries and they were pretty good as well. When I'm in the neighborhood, I would definitely stop by again! There's a lot more options on the menu I'd like to try -- like the Shrimp Po Boy which was sold out when we went.

There was some chatter online about a keto option. But alas yoerick it did not seem to be.I had the Mediterranean salad but without hummus ( yes I know sacrilege)It's kinda small My friend and I stayed for 2 hours.Seems that people nearby utilize the" to go" option. I was feeling keto but also had a Mac and cheese that was Delish.The gentleman working the counter seemed to be taking on many rolls . My friend and I had a nice conversation with him about the state of english football.Maybe extend the menu a bit

Although the service we received was very good, the food was nothing short of underwhelming. We stopped in after a long day of going about the city and wanted a fast casual meal. The menu was robust with lots to choose from and we ordered a fried chicken sandwich and a burger. My burger was mediocre while my sisters chicken sandwich was undercooked. The waiter took notice and was extremely nice and offered us a replacement. While I appreciate how kind they were, the food was subpar and I wouldn't go back.

Stopped into Bluebird yesterday to grab a bite for lunch and I am so glad I did. Right when I came in I was immediately greeted by staff who walked me through the ordering process. I ended up getting the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Elote. The Fried Chicken Sandwich was great. Elote included of a lot of corn but the ratio was off. Towards the end it was just corn and no sour cream which is unfortunate. Regardless, I thought this place was very cozy and I loved how they had card games you can play with friends! I definitely will be coming back with friends to explore more of the menu! :)!

My family and I went there for a birthday dinner, quite last minute. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the super kind owner, Rachel. The food had amazing pricing and add-ons like bacon and cheese were only a dollar more. I ordered a fried chicken burger and fries, the fries were perfectly salted and the burger was moist. I had some cheese curds too, which tasted like real Wisconsin cheese curds. I tried the double cheeseburger also, and it tasted and looked like real chicken unlike other restaurant. The restaurant interior is really homey, with couches, paintings, and a cozy chandelier. The food fills you up, but you don't feel bloated after eating. Definitely 5 stars.
