Ambiance and scenery, top notch. Service, what the heck!So, then the bill comes in and the service is already prepaid! Ok, no Wonder the service was garbage. C'mon Seattle. Went there for breakfast to celebrate my husband's birthday. Two of us and our five year old. Two dishes one child's plate and two coffees $105. This was not even the issue the server was below average and never asked if we wanted a refill on the coffee or how anything was he could not be any less interested. We were seated as three but there was only silverware for two and when I asked the server to bring a third fork when the food was there he was not happy about that. Too bad the view is great but the service makes you wanna run away and never come back.

It was my boyfriend's and I anniversary week, and we decided to visit Seattle for the first time. We had reservations for Friday night and were super excited. Upon entering the restaurant the ambiance was definitely a five star. The service was also really great, but the food was horrible! I will say that we had requested a table next to the view. We reserve two weeks prior to our visit, and did not get seated next to the view. When we asked the waiter, they said all the other tables were already taken which was disappointing. They did give us an anniversary treat which was nice! Ice cream with sprinkles, but the food itself was not great and super overpriced. Although the food comes out very presentable it had no flavor and was VERY MID! They also added a 20% extra charge fee, but couldn't give us a seat with a view :/

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life got busy - for any other place I might have just let it go, but we our experience at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge was too exceptional not to give them a shout-out!The long and the short of it - we had a uniquely lovely meal in a beautiful setting with exceptional service. The only thing better than the aforementioned was the company ;-)Tip: The restaurant is large and done in a Nordic-style; their lamps, sofas and chairs enhance the very comfortable atmosphereWe shared the Octopus starter and the Blackened cod entree. The octopus was tender, beautifully presented and the taste was exquisite; the cod was perfectly seasoned, delicious, and accompanied by a very tasty wild rice.For dessert, we got the soufflé, which needed to be ordered in advance due to it's somewhat long preparation time. We were undaunted and I glad we ordered it, because it was more than worth the wait. When it came we found the soufflé to be soft and super light, and the passion fruit sorbet that came with it totally delicious!I wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend this place to anyone looking for a five star dining experience!

Ok, it's been a bit since I've been, but I think it's finally time to write a review. Let's start with the good things. Charlotte has an amazing aesthetic and view, and is very calming and nice. The food is another story. It's not that it's bad, I actually quite enjoyed the octopus, but a lot of it just lacked flavor. Many dishes looked amazing but lacked complexity. For its face being fine dining, these dishes weren't it. I wouldn't say to not go, but I wouldn't go for the food alone.

Food was amazing, service was great and the ambiance very lovely. We came to celebrate our anniversary and stayed at the Lotte hotel and the Charlotte Restaurant is inside the hotel. They also have a lounge side, we had cocktails after the Teatro Zinzanni show. We would definitely be back.

This place was great. Our server was attentive and helpful. We ordered mimosas despite them being ($$$). I ordered the traditional breakfast. It arrived with the eggs warm, but not hot. The view from here is great. I loved taking visitors here. The furniture and design of the place is posh and relaxing.

We stayed at Lotte hotel and checked out the restaurant for breakfast. I was recommended by the hotel front desk to make a reservation for breakfast. When we arrived around 7:30am there was only 2 other parties, and we were able to get a window seat. We had personalized service and were greeted by our last names by our server. Ambience was warm and intimate. Food was good, can't go wrong with french toast, the yogurt parfait had a extra layer of flavor with hint of cardamom, and breakfast potatoes were well seasoned and crispy on outside. Slightly pricy with automatic 20% service fee but worth the splurge.

I typically don't write reviews for the restaurants of hotels I stay in however, this was phenomenal. I went here everyday for breakfast when I was staying at the Lotte Hotel and occasionally stopped by in the evening for drinks.First, their breakfast service is amazing. Not only do you get to dine with an amazing view, but it typically isn't busy and you get quick, amazing service. Their salmon benedict is the best I've had (and it's always a go-to at every restaurant I go to), but their crab toast is a must-try. I've tried all of their other savory breakfast entrees and they are all just as amazing, carefully prepared, and filling. Fruit is fresh and pastries are always warm and served with plenty of butter and jam. Their lounge is also phenomenal. The bar tender who made our drinks was so kind and easy to talk to; had amazing conversation with him. They also have some dessert items to enjoy at the lounge, and while a couple were out when we were there, I still really enjoyed their churros. The drinks are amazing and all look so beautiful. Overall, even if I didn't stay at Lotte Hotel next time, I would love to come back here.

Took me by surprised with this restaurant! First thing we saw when we walked in was the view. I like the fact that it's on the 16th floor because you could easily see the sunset. We saw the sunset as we sat down and it was just remarkable. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by Michelle, who was outstanding throughout the night! She was welcoming and friendly. She gave a lot of great recommendations and overall, she was very pleasant to talk in between bites. I really like that so I was very pleased with my experience with her as my server. We started with drinks, which is a must get! I forgot what I got but it was their signature cocktails which were really amazing hand crafted drinks. But these drinks really complements the food we had! Speaking of, we had their white bean soup which was so delicious! Little bacon in there along with feta really elevated it. Also got their kale and broccolini salad and I loved it! It was so light and crispy. I enjoyed every bite! For entree, I had the filet mignon and I had no words. It was very delicious and I loved how juicy it was. I also loved the fact that the plate was hot too. For dessert, we got the soufflé which required 18 minute wait, but I didn't care because it was well worth it. It was super light soft and loved the passion fruit sorbet and yuzu crème that came with it. Overall, I would recommend anyone to come here! Again, thank you Michelle for the wonderful experience!

Stunning view. Floor to ceiling windows all the way around. Expansive space that feels elegant and welcoming. Every chair is comfortable. Excellent use of tender Korean Bulgogi to create a cheesesteak sandwich. Came with spicy fries reminiscing of kimchi. Ordered the greens salad loved the substantial portions, enough to share. We were so full after this sandwich and salad that we had to skip dessert. Which was a shame because they had some appealing options. Bring the people you love here. It's a special place. Service is attentive.
