Champion Wings

I ordered by Uber Eats and the delivery was great and on time. The food, however, was not. I asked for crispy fries but the fries were undercooked and soggy. We ordered HiC Orange and received fruit punch. I called the restaurant and was told they were out of HiC orange and they hung up. I called back and was told to come for a refund despite the fact I ordered through Uber Eats for a reason. I was told to call Uber Eats for a refund. Poor and disrespectful service!

I started coming here last year when I decided to leave my last favorite wing spot. Omg . I'm so glad I did. I haven't had not one problem with my orders and so far I can appreciate how they treat their employees while I'm (just a customer) in the establishment. Plus their flaming hot wings are hands down the best!!!!

I ordered crispy lemon pepper wings. They were Small wings and barely seasoned! For the price I expected larger wings . I had to season them with my own lemon pepper seasoning in order to eat them.

Service and product still without improvement. Do not patronize this establishment. Management is horrible

The lemon oeoo6wings are pretty decent. The shrimp fried rice was good but the rice was a little hard. But good flavor on the fried rice. Great price point for the food.

Amazing food!!! The customer service was even better! They were cleaning nonstop in the midst of taking walk ins and call in orders! I ordered the 10 piece with shrimp fried rice! Now if you're calorie counting BABYYY don't get the rice! It was greasy and delicious ! I enjoyed every bite! The shrimp were of nice size and plump! Very fresh and filling because they give you soooo much! The wings were perfect even though I prefer them a bit softer, the mild and honey mild were good! You don't have to ask for them wet because they come with a decent amount of sauce already! I enjoyed every bite and told at least 3 people about this spot so don't let me down guys!!Definitely will return

Mid, my honey lemon pepper was basically plain. The hot lemon pepper had no lemon pepper. The rice was mushy and tasteless.

Went to champion wings on Panola Road to get the 3 jumbo wings combo for my wife and there was someone hair in one of the chicken wings. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and the person who answered the phone said the manager was not there and put the phone down so you can't call back. I will never go back there ever again.

The customer service is horrible!!! I do pick up orders and I will decline any order from this restaurant! They are so rude especially the owner lady!!

I ordered wings from this place several times over a three week period. The wings were tasty and fresh. However, the customer service is deplorable. My last order was filled incorrectly; it was a delivery order. When I called to report that the order received was incorrect; I got a young lady who said she was unable to do anything about it because she was not there when the order was placed...what????; she passed the phone on to the manager. I explained the problem to the manager; the manager played the old game of "I no understand what you say"! After I explained for about the fifth time and "he still no understand" his solution was to hang up in my face! Yes he did!!!!While the wings are about average, the customer service is well below acceptable. Some businesses just do not understand that customer service is a reflection on the quality of their product and them! I will never order from them again!!! Note that the delivery service promptly refunded my money; that's customer service!!!!Good bye Champion Wings!!!!!!
