Champagne Tiger

From the entrance art, to the staff and definitely the food...this place was amazing! The back patio is a great place to eat dinner with all the charms of a Palm Springs diner, just in the heart of Denver. We had the Steak Tartare, Mom Salad and the Ceasar which were all excellent! If there was any constructive feedback I'd give considering we visited the first week they were open would be the salads were a little over-dressed. Everything about them was 100% tasty, just needed a little less dressing. For the main we split a mustard chicken which was ABSOLUTELY worth the wait. Plan ahead, have a cocktail and wait for some of the best chicken I've had in the US. It's cooked perfectly, and it does come with a salad that could stand a little bit less of the amazing vinaigrette that it came with, but otherwise 10 out of 10 would eat that again. Can't say that I would make a trip to Denver just to eat here, but I 100% would go out of my way to have dinner here next time I'm in town. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend Champagne Tiger on Colfax! AMAZING cocktails, delicious food, and great service! The patio is HUGE, with an outdoor bar and beautiful landscaping!

I went here for an event tonight, and I WAS SO IMPRESSED!! You would never know this used to be a divey diner on Colfax!!! They have done amazing things with the space. The outdoor patio was by my far my favorite! It was super serene with fountains and private seating areas- you would never know it was right on Colfax! The drinks were spectacular and the food was yummy! The service was also top notch! I will be back!!!

Fun time at CT. The owner stopped by our table and the whole team makes you feel welcomed. The menu has a little something for everyone and it's all really delicious. From oysters, steak frites to a simple BLT everything we had was great. They have live piano on Wednesdays and I hear a drag brunch not to miss. Check it out.

The drinks cost double compared to their competitors on Colfax and they measure the pours (one tiny jigger for a vodka and soda). For this reason alone I cannot recommend going here.

Love Champagne Tiger! The food is delicious and the menu has something for everyone, the burgers and fries are They have a great cocktail menu and interesting wines, and the place has such a fun vibe with a huge outdoor patio you'll never want to leave. We'll definitely be back!

What an awesome addition to the Denver food scene! The vibe in this chic diner is too cool, playing great jams and offering a unique menu. We loved the French Onion Dip to start and the Roasted Mustard Chicken. Super thoughtful cocktail options and a rad backyard patio that has Sunday Funday written all over it. Can't wait to go back for Drag Brunch!
