I went to this restaurant for the first time. It was similar to Chipotle in how it is set up for ordering food which made me feel more comfortable. The food itself is very different than chipotle. I chose the lemon chicken bowl with no chicken and instead got veggies. It was really good. They were very helpful in offering suggestions to help with my selection as I was new. Give it a try!

Great foood! I've been going back since i discovered this place. Healthy choices and lots of flavors.

Now that they have a couple of months under their belt the service is solid. Staff is friendly, helpful and extremely patient as new patrons try to figure out what this place is and how it works.For the unindoctrinated Cava is basically a chipotle for mediterranean food.Less selection than the Zoe's chains which they acquired but still enough to not get you bored and ordering the same thing every trip..

FIIRRREEE! First time here but food is valid. Very clean and the service is amazing. Didn't know what I wanted but the server with colorful hair was so sweet and helpful. And cute.It could be the food but I think I love her.

I was looking for something delicious but yet healthy to eat with my son for dinner the other day. I heard about CAVA opening in Kingwood, but never tried it. So, first, I looked at TikTok videos to watch how to order at CAVA (which was absolutely helpful). I learned that you can order like Chipotle, but there are certain limits for the items (base, veggies, dressing, dip, etc.). For example, for dressing, you can choose two. You can get two of the same or order two different items. For veggies, you can get most of the items included. I added extra pickled onions because that's what people loved on TikTok and yes, I loved it as well. For protein, one chicken item is spicy and the other is not. I had the non-spicy chicken and that chicken was cooked to perfection. I loved the marinade too. Literally every TikTok video raved about the pita chips. In your order, you can add pita chips to be sprinkled on top of your food, but you can also order pita chips on the side. The most important part of the order was the dip. You can get various dips like roasted eggplant, regular hummus, or roasted red bell pepper hummus. You get 3 very small scoops. CAVA also has items you can just order. You do not have to individualize your food. They make it easy for people who just want to order a bowl and list the ingredients already added to the entree. What I really liked about CAVA was that they have a great app. I was able to make changes to my menu as I order and not feel pressured to make a decision at the restaurant. I loved their saffron rice. I mixed it with veggies. Also, I really liked their falafel. Very moist and flavorful. I have had some bad falafels where it was very dry or hard. CAVA falafels are the best I have ever had. Out of the dips I have tried, I was most excited about the eggplant dish, but I liked the traditional hummus the best. My bowl was $11 and I was able to only eat half of my bowl. Their portions are huge. I also didn't feel like I ate something bad. You can really control how healthy you want to eat. If you haven't tried it, I say, go for it.

my server was friendly and helpful even though they were busy. i apprciated her patience since I was a newbie to the restaurant. food was excellent.

I typically like cava, but I've had several issues with this location. I recently had my food delivered from there and they forgot all four of the sauces for our bowls. Also, the orders were wrong I asked for cucumbers instead they put in the pickles and the pita chips, which I usually love were super super salty, I love cava but I don't think I'll be using this location in the future.

Very frustrating when you place a delivery order, they cannot follow directions for what toppings to add on to the bowl.... Don't understand why this keeps happening at this location. I literally ordered the avocado bowl and didn't get the avocado and 3 other toppings that I requested. The bowl wasn't even full.... Please train your team members to please read the customer's order. It may not be a big deal to them but it's happened 3 times at this location...... and will start to lose customers.

The food was fresh and delicious. Just what we needed! I will definitely be back. A healthy option with fabulous Mediterranean flavor.
