I visited Casa Ya'ax for the opening night and it was a great night. The ambiance is super nice, it takes you back to Riviera Maya with the beautiful decorations and outdoor space. They had a nice variety of drinks with mezcal and tequila and the bites were delicious! The staff was welcoming, the dancers were talented and the food was delicious making this a special night to remember. I will be going back to try their regular menu!

Casa Ya'ax is a brand new Mexican-Tulum inspired restaurant in Wynwood! They have a beautiful indoor as well as outdoor space. Inside is more intimate like for a date or special occasion. The outside space is very lively, featuring a spacious bar, open space for dancing, performers and a DJ. They offer a wide variety of craft cocktails, I personally fell in love with their spicy-mezcalita. It was refreshing with a nice kick. They feature a wide variety of upscale Mexican dishes, my favorite were the Rib-eye & the octopus. Make sure you save room for dessert, I tried an amazing chocolate mouse, it was so rich & flavorful, I just can't stop thinking about it! The bartenders were really helpful in making cocktail suggestions, and Chef Omar the owner was around welcoming & checking in on everyone.. I'd like to visit again soon, for dinner & dancing! Side note- they do have a dress code, so make sure you dress to impress! I really do appreciate a place having a dress code..

The food was delicious. Truly a Mexican flair on some dishes that were as good as any steak restaurant in Miami. The appetizer were amazing I had the best guacamole and con queso. Everything was extremely fresh for our main dishes I had the steak that was incredible. The fish was unbelievable also. The service was excellent friendly knowledgeable staff the cocktails will kick ass. The ambience was truly nice. I don't know if it was the drinks but the evening seem to just flow by so fast. It definitely worth a trip to check it out. Pricing was very reasonable until next time, bon appétit

This was a lovely surprise from one of our favorite chefs, Chef Omar of La Santa Taqueria. The food was very imaginative and creative. The guacamole was divine (although I could have used more chapulines on top!), the aguachile deArrachera was absolutely perfect!!! I can't stop thinking about it! We decided to continue sharing small plates and enjoyed everything on the Corn section of the menu - do it. You won't be disappointed. Ambiance was fine, and there is an outdoor area that is clubby if you are into that. The cocktails looked pretty interesting but for us the cherry on top was getting to drink Mexican wine! They are so good and so underrated. Try them!

This place is gorgeous! The minute I walked in I felt like I'd been transported to Tulum! The look and feel is so authentic. Food is delicious. Drinks were top-notch! I love a good margarita but not crazy about mezcal and they had me changing my mind. Fun cocktails that actually taste good! Best part is truly the service, great attentive service is hard to come by and the staff was simply excellent. Suggestions on point, coming around just enough. Never disappearing as we know some waiters can tend to do. I'm excited to go back soon! a special p.s. for the ladies....the bathroom is spotless and great for a selfie ;)

Absolutely loved the Tulum-inspired restaurant! The vibrant atmosphere, delicious dishes, and attentive service created an unforgettable dining experience. Each bite transported me to the coastal charm of Tulum. A must-visit for anyone craving a taste of tropical paradise!

Amazing food, service and ambience. Would definitely go again! Went with a party of 6 and we had the best time, very chic and trendy. The food couldn't have been better.

We had a great time here tonight. Great food and the ambience and design were fantastic. I would highly recommend the steak and guacamole.
