Have had 2 great experiences here recently. The first one was Sebastian as our server and the most recent one was Aaliyah!! They are both amazing and wonderful at their jobs!! The food is always good. Small issue tonight, but 2 managers came by and couldn't of been nicer. We loved the desserts they brought. What a refreshing experience. Everyone is so nice here and the food is great too.

The food is really good. The soup is my favorite when I feel under the weather and is very hearty. I got the creamy Parmesan side salad. They put way too much dressing on it and it was not good. The service was really good. I ate at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and fast. Family friendly, or even date night worthy.

Friday night we took our friend in town from dallas to try out Carraba she never been to any of the locations. Only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because when our waitress, who was very nice and attentive, brought out our food my plate had a VERY LONG strand of blond hair in it was EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE! Eeeeewwwwww. Our waitress had brown hair, thank God! She apologized and took my plate back and reordered my sides cause that's where the hair was. Unfortunately, the manager didn't even come by to apologize or comp my meal or anything. I think I should have gotten an entirely new plate or something. I didn't ask cause it was close to closing, and I was starving, so I dealt with just move my steak to a new plate and remade my side. She did bring me extra pasta, though.

We came in to celebrate a friend getting into Rice! Our server was super nice, but she would do "drive by check ins". Lots of "how are y'all doing?" As she walked by our table. Our food took a little bit to come out but they were on the busier side. The restaurant is very quiet and welcoming. Our food was delicious! We were starving so we didn't get pics of the mozzarella sticks & bread with herb oil.

The manager at this restaurant is never there or plugged in in any way and it shows. Kids running the restaurant, no accountability, poor training all around. Even the curbside service is a poor experience. This is definitely a management and employee training g issue.The kids are getting away with whatever they can. Horrible service. Inconsistent food quality. Incompetent and disinterested management.

This is the bread we received in our Curbside order tonight. When I called to complain ( I literally thought we got another table's scraps!) the manager told me he gets many complaints each week but they are doing nothing about it...whaaat? He said if you dine in they will serve only the bread that looks nice??! So Curbside customers aren't important? Pretty shocked by his response and totally turned off by this restaurant. Will be looking elsewhere for my next Italian meal
