Carbone is a place you go to for the vibes. The food is just ok, nothing special. The salad making experience the waiters bring to the table is a nice touch.

First things first! Please ensure you make your reservation at least 30 days in advance of your desired dining date. While reservations may not be readily available, our exceptional customer service makes the process understandable.Upon arrival, you're warmly greeted at the door before being escorted to your table by our friendly host. We enjoyed dining outdoors on the patio, taking advantage of the perfect weather - breezy and humidity-free - which enhanced the experience. The palm trees and outdoor setup added to the beauty of the surroundings. Indoors, the ambiance is equally stunning, with exquisite light fixtures setting the mood.To begin, they offer a fresh bread basket, pickled cauliflower, and savory meats for sharing at the table. We also opted for a Caesar salad, which was expertly prepared tableside. One serving of the salad proved ample for all three of us.The San Pellegrino water was included unlimited for a fixed price. Additionally, I ordered a Shirley Temple, which was beautifully crafted. For my meal, I opted for the popular vodka spicy pasta. Surprisingly, there was no hint of spice, and the noodles were slightly undercooked for my liking. I was anticipating a more savory flavor in the pasta dish. I also tried their meatballs and Toetellini Al Ragu. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience, especially the exceptional hospitality provided, which truly elevated the dining experience. Additionally, there were a few celebrities present, adding an element of excitement--you never know who you might see!

People come for the rigatoni. And don't get me wrong, the rigatoni was top tier as always. But we really came here for the Cesar salad. The croutons deserve Michelin star by themselves how perfectly crunchy and seasoned they were. We also got calamari which were delicious. This place deserves all the hype

Carbone definitely lives up to the hype. Walking in there you feel sophisticated the decor. Gives old glam Italian vibes. Every dish is absolutely amazing. The waiters where Valet suits that looks super cool. I believe this place makes everybody feel important and the food is absolutely amazing the biggest hype Dish is the spicy rigatoni and it does not disappoint is crème de la crème. Baked clams are amazing. One of them had sea urchin, and it just melted in my mouth. The truffle corn is exceptional overloaded with truffle. The Seabass was lightly seasoned and very nice. the tomahawk was probably the best steak I've ever had in my life, don't forget the Caesar salad, which is made in front of you and has pumpernickel croutons that are amazing. This is the place you go when you want to impress yourself or your date 10 out of 10.

Finally made it to Carbone after waiting to reserve. We enjoyed the appetisers including Caesar salad, pickeled cauliflower, cheese and salami as well as the bread. We also loved the entre vodka pasta, lobster pasta, and finally dessert! Valet service available.

An absolute must go to! Has the reputation it does for a reason. I sat outside on the patio and it was a gorgeous night with the cutest vibes. Very authentic Italian spot. All the food was absolutely excellent and had beautiful presentation. The antipasti was very fresh and delicious. The bread with the tomato sauce is so yummy. The spicy rigatoni lives up to its infamy for sure, all 3 of us got it! We also got the Cesar salad which they made table side that was the best Cesar I have ever had. You can tell everything is very fresh. Will definitely be coming back every time I am in Miami!

The food speaks for itself. You walk in and you feel like you're walking into a 1960s mob meeting. It's lightly dimmed, gaudy decor, staff dressed in suits. You definitely need to dress to impress and if you're lucky you'll get a glimpse of a celebrity. I did feel you are being judged at every turn, but the food justifies it (i guess). The espresso martinis were creamy and delicious. The free bread that comes before the food was a surprise. The fluffy bread topped with tomato sauce was incredible and almost melted in your mouth. For entrees, the spicy rigatoni is everything. I would go back and just order multiple of these. The Dover Picatta was hands down the best fish dish I have ever had. The meatballs were plentiful and seasoned well. The table side Caesar salad was fun to watch and even came with whole anchovies. Everything we had honestly was amazing. Staff was attentive but we could tell we were be scooted out, which I'm sure they have plenty of reservations to fulfill

I absolutely loved carbone. The food was amazing. The service was very friendly. The food came out fast. The restaurant was very elegant and although there were a lot of people it was very relaxing and comfortable.

Don't sit at the patio unless you want to be the appetizer!!I could believe they didn't even have a candle for mosquitos here!
