My food was hot and fresh the service was polite. They just opened a month ago. I was so excited to find one here in Katy because we did not have one in San Antonio. The restaurant was clean a bit cold but that's understandable since it hells like hell outside. The did run out of green beans because they are a hot seller. Be patient and give them time to grow.

Let's talk Captain Ds on Fry & 529! We just came by with my family ordered a family meal and 2 chicken sandwhiches (combos) Food came out. They only brought us fish, chicken tenders, fries, and Mac and cheese. Cashier said they were making butterfly shrimp and will bring the rest out shortly (she goes to break right after) We sit down and eat our food and I tell my husband to please go check on the rest of the food. So he goes they bring out the butterfly shrimp & 1 sandwhich. We ask about the second sandwich and the managerrrr ELIOT! Sends another cashier to tell us that all day they've been having issues with people saying they didn't get their food and they have. So they're not gonna make us another one. Pretty much insinuating that they had given us the sandwhich and were trying to get another one for free. My husband starts looking around to see if they have cameras because they can't be foreal. I approached the register and ask for a refund and start talking to the manager who's in the kitchen currently cooking. This woman ignores me the whole time! I ask for her name, a refund. I mean something because what a wild thing to say over a freaking $6 sandwhich. At this point I'm pissed because how unprofessional of her to send someone to say that!! I ask for a refund yet again and nothing. Cashier who was the messenger says time has passed and they can't give me a refund. Then the manager speaks to her just her and tells her to tell me they're gonna make the sandwich. Luckily the girl who was our cashier walks in and I explain to her what's going on and sure enough she backs us up, we get our sandwhich remade and an extra to go for the inconvenience!! I'm literally just here to say that lady is rude as hell and how she has that job is beyond me. I was just 1 out of 3 people who had an issue in the 30 mins we were there. I mean come on!! If people are constantly complaining about missing things then the customers aren't the problem it's YOU! Also I am not the kind to write this book about the situation but it was pretty wild how she made the assumption. Food was good though picky kids liked it. Just be sure to check your orders before you step out / walk away

THE most deplorable customer service ever! I waited for nearly 20 minutes for our drive thru order. NEVER an apology for the wait or to thank me for my patience. Just a very negative attitude from the young girl. The location wasn't even that busy. There was only 1 person ahead of me and just 1 person on the store. After I FINALLY received our order, I even commented to her, "What? No sorry for the wait." Her response was, oh yeah. And to top things off, the food wasn't hot, barely warm. Obviously, that location needs intensive customer service training. I absolutely did not feel anything warm and fuzzy or appreciated as a customer, at all!

Yelp is here for a reason.. so people are aware, these reviews are not lying, slow service!! & Need to change the oil, I've worked in food service, i know how it makes the food taste. My stomach was hurting afterwards. Sucks, because this place is nostalgic for me, well this visit ruined that lol

Hair in food on two different occasions; slow and rude. Manager has non chalant attitude on complaints. No hair nets; dreads everywhere. Will never ever order there again.

Food is good only issue with the place is it took an hour for me to get my food. Poor manager on duty was The only person working. I honestly felt sorry for the manager. HIRE MORE PEOPLE CORPORATE!!!!

I couldnt be more disappointed. They changed the type of fish they use. Now i am betting its whiting. The fish was tastless and a little mushy in texture instead of flakey. One star for smiling friendly staff. But i wont be back.

Ordered my food at 8:44 at 9:10 I ask how long will it be. My was done just sitting on the counter under the light with other orders. Food is now cold. I asked for tarter sauce was told they had to make some. I then asked for a refund was told I have to come back another day, there wasn't a manager on duty to give me a refund. I asked if they could put write something on the receipt so I would have any problems see pic. There was a lot of people irritated people. If this restaurant have cameras they should roll them back and look at how this establishment is being run. This is ridiculous!!!! Deserves 0 stars!!!

Sometimes you just want hot, fresh, well fried fish that doesn't cost an arm & a leg. This place delivers AND is the nicest, cleanest, most friendly & updated Captain D's on the planet.Everything was great except the fried okra which just couldn't keep the breading in place.
