Call Your Mother Deli - Tennyson

One of the better breakfast bagels I've had in a long time! This place is definitely popular considering how long the lines were but also how many other people were coming and going for pickups! It's definitely a cute, eye-attracting spot with vibrant colors. There are many options from create your own or you can get one of their signatures. I opted for the Mountain View so I could try the Latke inside the bagel. 10/10! All the flavors work great together. My only advice is the mashed avocado wasn't put on very nicely so after some bites, the spread was everywhere - grab tons of napkins!

I stayed down the road for a work trip on a recent visit to my hometown and swung by CYM. It was bustling, the line was long but moved quickly, and the vibe was positive. I ordered an everything bagel with the garlic herb cream cheese and a single latke on the side to try. The cream cheese was very flavorful and I'd order it again, but wasn't a fan of the bagel itself. I thought it fell short, lacked salt in the actual bagel dough, was dry and wasn't chewy. The latke remained nearly uneaten, because it was cold, under seasoned, and should not have been served. Their breakfast sandwiches seemed very popular so maybe I should've ordered that, but feel any reputable bagel shop should be able to make a solid everything bagel.

The Grandezza bagel just blew my mind. If you've ever had a Starbucks turkey pesto Panini this is similar but with better ingredients better sauce, better bread, better atmosphere cooler stickers. I love the quirky and retro decor. We got the cheddar bagel with garlic herb cream cheese...I think. They give you a fat layer of schmear and it was delicious! Service here was really great. It was our first time here, so they allowed us to sample some schmears. I was very tempted to buy some merch.

So amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. I want to go back and try so many other options they have. The staff were friendly, service was quick. Restaurant was cute and clean. I 100% recommend this place for bagels.

The bagels here are big, filling, and high quality. The decor is also really cute (I'm obsessed with the manatee). It's a very instagramable spot. For a price that's surprisingly reasonable, you can buy the most beautiful sandwich filled with all kinds of goodness! It was very well balanced and there wasn't 1 single ingredient overpowering the others. They also got my sandwich out quickly and efficiently. Definitely my go-to breakfast spot now on Tennyson! My only complaint is that they don't stay open later.

How can you NOT swoon over the attractive branding and high quality cuisine that CYM offers? After visiting the Pearl Street location, I was excited to see one on Tennyson that's near many errands I often run. While doing said errands, I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich on Challah, as well as a Honey Lavender Latte, for pickup on my phone. Nifty!Took awhile but always worth the wait. So delicious. Service is good. They seriously hustle here. I can't imagine dealing with the craziness for so many hours straight. Love the selection of both food and beverages. Parking can be hit or miss on Tennyson per usual, but I know I'll be coming back to support all these local eateries again and again in the future.

I've been wanting to try this place so very excited that my fiancé offered to go get it! He mentioned consistently seeing a line so it had to be good!I decided to get the Mountain View on a sesame bagel. It has eggs, 2 types of cheese, avocado, and latke. It was huge and very good!! My fiancé also mentioned that there was a line but the team moves quickly and they were in and out pretty quickly. Definitely worth it!! Can't wait to try other options.Ok... it was so good - we went 2 days in a row. This time I came and it's pretty spacious! Love the colors and energy. I got the sun city (no meat). The cheese was so stretchy and yummy! I also got a cinnabun latte. Delicious. They either have whole milk or oat milk. I don't like oat and I can't do whole so I did get the oat milk- but couldn't even tell there was oat milk in my drink!

Great aesthetic, very prompt service, and the food was amazing. I got a Sun City and my bf got a BLTA and they couldn't have been better.
