The bagels here are fresh and very flavorful. The pastrami sandwich and whitefish are a standout and will cause cravings. The staff is always incredibly nice and friendly. They make you feel appreciated and welcome. I so appreciate them for being so awesome! And making great food.

At noon on a Sunday, the place was hopping, as you'd expect. There is a small attached parking lot which was full but there were luckily a handful of parallel spots on the street nearby and I ended up parking about a block away.The interior is funky with a retro 90s art deco Miami type aesthetic. There are a few round tables along a window banquet and a small outdoor patio dining area, but it's tight quarters for sure.I opted for one of their seasonal specials called the Valencia del Sol which came with "cheddar cheese, chili flake + oregano roasted onion, latke, pesto, melted on a cheddar bagel" and I added egg for a bit more protein.This was a substantial sandwich packed full of the aforementioned ingredients but it didn't come together as something I see myself craving. The pesto was fragrant and punchy and was definitely the predominant flavor. As a result, I couldn't really taste much of anything else and it all blended into an oily mush. The onions were sweet, tender, and quite buttery which, along with the pesto, made everything very greasy. Long strings of onion wanted to slide out with every bite making for a slippery jenga block situation that eventually contributed to the sandwich falling apart.I could see that the latke was there but it got totally lost in everything else. It was soft, added no particular flavor and, sadly, no crispy potato texture which was a missed opportunity. I honestly couldn't say much about the bagel itself as, again, it was pretty much overwhelmed by the other elements. It had a nice crispy cheese flavor that peaked through now and again and it wasn't particularly chewy which helped make it easier to eat as a container for all those slippery fillings.The decaf espresso I got, to my surprise, turned out to be the highlight. I am no coffee connoisseur and basically drink it just as a vehicle for some vanilla protein shake in the morning, but, even adulterated with a shake, I can taste the flavor of the beans in a good way. It's complex, maybe even a bit fruity, and genuinely delicious to drink.Despite their menu of house-designed sandwiches, perhaps simpler is better at CYM.

While searching for quick breakfast spots in Denver, I came across a vibrant, retro diner-style bagel shop that caught my eye. Pink exterior... say less. I was torn between ordering The 5-Star Premiere and the Jetski, but the sweet sriracha bagel ultimately sealed the deal for the 5-Star Premiere. True to its description, it was loaded with pastrami, chile-flake roasted onions, and potato sticks. Though it was a bit messy to eat, the pastrami definitely delivered that classic NY deli vibe.We also tried the signature Thunderbird, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The online picture didn't match what we received in person, and the chicken sausage was rubbery and unappetizing. Considering it's a bagel shop, I found the pricing a bit steep--our check came out to about $40 for two people. On the bright side, the employees were friendly, which made the experience a bit better.

THIS IS A MUST TRY ASAP! How amazing, The sandwich was crafted beautifully, Absolutely mouthwatering and wouldn't mind eating every single day. The decor is stunning with an open view of behind the scenes it's a perfect stop & go for a delicious bite. They have little indoor seating and a nice area outside you can enjoy as well, I'm from st. louis and we don't have anything close to this. Safe to say I will be back the next 3 days without a doubt. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

No lie, I had a 10/10 breakfast sandwich. The thunderbird was PHENOMENAL! The absolute cutest bagel shop, love the pink decor and their marketing overall. The workers were so kind and engaged in conversation. Highly suggest!

Call Your Mother! This place is amazing. I had the 5 Star and would never have considered American geese on a sandwich like this but they nail it. The portion is huge but I want to keep eating the perfectly soft bagel, the pastrami and the pepper relish and fries. Truly a nice surprise that blew past my expectations.

SO good and worth waiting in line for. Love how they've come up with their own gluten free option and the yucca bread is seriously better than any gf bagel I've ever tried.

I was having an emotionally garbage day, and normally when that happens, I actually do call my mother. The next best thing happened though, which is going out for lunch with a good friend. She recommended CYM Deli, and I can't believe I've been missing out!Got the Spicy Pastrami which has become one of my favorite sandwiches in Denver. I have to try all the others, as well as the Tennyson location. Service is great. Not much seating and it can be hard to find parking in this neighborhood, but it's totally worth any trek or wait.

Amazing bagels and sandwiches!!! Reasonable prices. The spicy pastrami sandwich was delicious. Loved the spread and pickles. Generous with the meat. The smoked salmon bagel was also great. Spot gets busy. Tiny parking lot as well. There is a bit of a wait for the food to be ready.
