Croffles (waffles made from croissant) are awesome, very clean and nice and usually pretty quiet

-staff is always so nice and friendly -getting orders take some time since there's usually 1-2 employees -matcha isn't the best but coffee and ades are good-yuzu and lotus cookie croffles are yummy -usually a lot of seating

I ordered honey bread with ice cream, and asked that the bread not be overcooked. I was assured via phone that it would not be. What I got was burnt and gross. The ice cream they serve has ice chips in it, and is kinda slimy (has definitely been in the freezer for too long). The first time I went it was super yummy, the last two times have been awful. I won't be back.Also their health score is an 83, as of August 2024. Not that great in my opinion.

I was craving some yummy Croffles, and noticed this place had high ratings...So the place is chic, with a minimalist decor...and I liked the overhead music played.Even initially, I was a bit disappointed with a rather skimpy variety of Croffles displayed in their window. For some reason, I expected more varieties...and in a way, a more polished display?I decided to try 2 flavors of their Croffles...Blueberry and Injeolmi flavors...and here's the deal. The flavors were really good, but the textures were way off. Not soft, warm, fresh or anything. Nothing like what I had at TwoHa's, for instance! In fact, these Croffles were somewhat hardened, and it was extremely difficult to eat them with the cheap, plastic fork and knife given. I basically had to eat with my hands. Ultimately, it was very disappointing. Given the high ratings here, I expected these Croffles to be fresh, warm, soft...the whole works. Nope...they almost had a hard, stale texture. Again, nothing like the high quality, warm, soft Croffles I've tried elsewhere.I also tried their Iced Matcha Latte...and well, it was WARM. They didn't put enough ice in the drink. Again, disappointing.I doubt I'll be returning here.

My partner and I dropped by Cafe Flat after lunch for the first time. The cashier who greeted us was incredibly sweet! We ordered the Matcha Latte, and it was ready within less than 5 minutes. The drink wasn't too sweet and had the perfect amount of matcha - very smooth. I would definitely order it again!

Amazing little place! The assortment of croffles looked delicious, you couldn't go wrong with any decision you made. Latte was delicious and they even had CROOKIES!

A beautiful coffee shop with delicious drinks and cheesecakes. Lofi music and vibe really fit for people who want to study or work in here.

Amazing honey bread!! Highly recommend and friendly owner and staff. I called to pick up the honey bread which was made fresh and so delicious. I would definitely order this again.

Cafe flat is an ultra stylish cafe, like you would find in Seoul. They specialize in tasty coffee drinks and many seasonal croffle flavors. Love their uniquely Korean inspired flavors. I tried the Injoelmie Mochie Croffle (soybean powder), and Creme Brulee Croffle.They even had sesame soft serve ice cream when I visited.

Food is completely out of this world, a CROFFLE?!! Most innovative dessert I had. The ambiance is also very nice, although busy in the afternoons, it would be a very nice place to study if you have noise-cancelling headsets. Service was quick, I got my order of 4 items + 1 drink under 10 minutes of waiting! Each pastries have its unquestionable uniqueness and their drink menus are MASSIVE! They have coffee and non-coffee options; as well as smoothies or milkshakes for the hot summer heat!10/10, would come again!If you're nearby, PLEASEEE check this place out, its life changing.
