I was super excited to eat at Burger Fi. But the Burger was so-so. Nothing to write home to momma about! The worst part was, I decided to get a soda for the first time in a long time and both soda machines were out of everything but ginger ale and Dr Pepper. The staff didn't seem to care so I got iced tea. I guess it's safe to say I won't be going back there

What happened?? We have been here quite a few times, but every time the quality and cleanliness of the place seems to be in decline. This time these was a huge water leaks running out of the kitchen and through the restrooms. Very dangerous and unsanitary especially for my wife in a wheelchair. We asked the staff about it and they seemed to be clueless about the issue.The food is now just mediocre at best. Fries soggy, burgers not prepared as requested. The drink fountain was out of maybe 50% of flavors. Price has moved off the charts, now perhaps the most expensive mediocre burger in town. I think we might be done here, sorry to say.

Was too expensive for basic tasting food and oil soaked fries. This is a reminder for us not to go here again. The location is clean and service good but again, another business charging way too much for basic.

Loved our burgers. The onion rings are some of my favorite. Really nice cuts, and super crispy. My only negative on the meal was the Garlic sauce I paid $0.75 cents for. It barely hit the middle mark of the sauce cup. Now if it was free, sure whatever. But considering if probably have to spend $2.50 just to fill this container. Lol. Anyways, food was good. The sauce even was good. But plan on not getting much or buying 3 just to get enough sauce to fill one container.

I really like this place it's just expensive. The food is good, it's just expensive for your experience. You walk in and they are always backed up for ordering. I recommend using the kiosk as it is much faster. Really I think this place needs more staff. The food takes a while to get to you but it's good. Another draw back is that everything costs about $2 extra. Want truffle fries? Extra. Want truffle aioli? Extra. When you are paying for the burger and fries separately, it adds up.

Want fast food at the speed of a sit-down restaurant? BurgerFi is the spot! While this was not my first BurgerFi experience this will be my last time patronizing the Cary location. Arrived around 630pm and typical dinner crowd but only one person working the front of the house. She was taking orders, wiping off tables and handing folks their to-go orders. Bless her for attempting to do it all.I opted to place my order on the kiosk to avoid the line and perhaps expedite my order. MISTAKE.Quickly after placing my order I realized regardless of how you ordered ( kiosk or counter) you would be waiting and waiting and waiting. It took about 30mins to get my CEO burger and urban style fries. The food was okay. I appreciate that my order was cooked to order but factor in the unreasonable wait time, the messy dining room, I will skip this place when I am in the mood for a quick burger and fries.

That's a salty ass burger! Cold beer atmosphere is cool, chill, and you can vibe here for a meet up with a friend or a first date outside - yes. Service... not terrible. The woman who gave my food was very nice! The guy who took my order just came back from eating something in the back and was tapping the screen with his pinky but he was cool - service neither here nor there. If you have high blood pressure, don't eat here! Also, don't waste your money on the wagyu upgrade, which is what I did (could be why it was salty); but the burgers are as thin as paper. Just get the regular burger. Anyway, it's food! Good enough.

Burger bowl was dry with no sauce. The burger was tiny and not even close to the advertised size of a quarter pound. The lettuce was wilted and moldy. The fries were burnt. My wife ended up sick in the bathroom from the food. Tried to get a partial refund but they wanted me to drive back an hour to see if they could do it. We did this as take out and that's why we didn't know how bad the food was until we got home. Restaurant was also dirty. Beware!Also the owner "pretends" he will take care of the issue by sending an email to their guest relations. This is not true, they totally ignore that and over a week I heard nothing back from them

I came in with my daughter, around 20 minutes before burgerfi closed. I waited at the register and the older women up front said they were no longer taking any orders. But when we went into the Burgerfi near Bonefish we went in 20 minutes before close and they still let us take orders, and dine in, and where still super respectful. I was just hoping to be able to go in to the closer one from my house but I got told they where no longer taking orders from that older women who looked like she was in charge, she had a bad attitude, rude to the other employees, and the dining room was filthy.

Hello..Mr. George?. How much you pay the new guy? $20. Eh, no no, too much.Worst customer service ever. First..after being ignored for a good 5min straight as the (whatever you wanna call her) was walking back and forth throughout the restaurant, we finally get to tell her our order. (Not busy btw but I digress). Also, only one kiosk working so we had to wait for her. Fine. Simple order, 2 BurgerFi Cheeseburgers, no tomato, no sauce, fries, drink. $34. Okay, fair enough. The order comes..first burger tastes like garbage (maybe it was a veggie or beyond meat burger). Second burger, wasn't a burger. It was a grill cheese. So we go back, tell them this isn't our order or at least part of it is incorrect. We reorder the same burgers, same way. 5 minutes later. 2 plain burgers come out. Including no cheese. I say, uh, where is the cheese? She proceeds to go back and put several slices in a fry dish and walks off. Ummm no. Lol. We wanted a refund at this point and she had no clue to do a refund and had to call a manager. However is running and owning this business...the people who were working or not working on 7/24/2024 can single-handle run your business into the ground. Btw..if those were actual burgers you are serving, I'm sincerely letting everyone know, McDonalds across the street would be equivalent or better. Patties looked thin, from frozen patty and that first bite was disgusting. Zero stars if I could.
