Bun Bo Hue Duc Chuong 529

We walked in on a completely empty and quiet restaurant during lunch hours. They kept the name Duc Chuong but I should've known it wasn't the same when they offered a variety of other dishes to compensate for the lack of everything. $12.99 for a large bowl that's barely warm, paper thin meat slices, cha tasted funky, and days old shredded veggies. Nice try, but I probably won't be back to try again.

Definitely not the same as the one in Chinatown. The bun Bo hue and Mi Quang was very lack of flavors. The noodles was cook at the right consistency but the broth I would have to say needs some more seasonings. We didn't even finished our bowls we ordered.

Friday around 11am after Thanksgiving Thursday. My wife and I decided to give them another try. We usually give second chances to most dives. Second loop around was no different. This time we ate at the restaurant. Broth was ok. Meat was very thinly sliced that the pieces fell apart plus there was not much of it. I had to order extra side meat for $4 . My wife had pho tai. She said broth was okay as well. Service was nonexistent since it was only two upper middle aged men. We won't be back.

This was disgusting. It's bland and didn't taste anything like bun bo hue. I thought it'd be good because I enjoy the Gulf Gate location off I-45 S. I was completely wrong.

Great place loved went in with my sister and nephew and we had two beef pho and popcorn chicken. THIS IS THE BEST PHO IVE EVER HAD!! Tbh the flavor was great it was amazing and will be coming back soon my sisters And my new favorite place

I love Bun Bo Hue... and this place is the only place to get the best Bun Bo Hue at, the location is small and not fancy but the food here is great!! I was going to give 5 stars but the service here is not top notch but very basic. They just serve you the food and don't bother to check on you. So I don't consider that great service but the food is awesome and that's the reason I come consistently!! I have tried other Vietnamese restaurants that serve Bun Bo Hue but Duc Chong makes the best at all their locations!!

They changed owner. I'm surprised that this restaurant is carried the name of Đức Chương but it did not have the same quality of the other Đức Chương. Is this franchise still good or not I don't know but the quality of the authentic Bún Bò Huế is definitely lost here. The taste of shrimp paste was overpowered the beef flavor blended with lemon grass. I was very disappointed and did not return. I hope they will improve to survive.

I don't understand how 1 large special pho, 1 sandwich, 1 order egg roll, and 1 fresh coconut drink came to more than $54. Unsure if I was taken advantage of or the place is pricey. this one isn't as excellent as the others, and the costs are absurd as well.
