Buffalo Wild Wings

Horrible service. It took me 10 mins to be sat with no wait.Then I sat at a table for 15 more mins and not one soul even spoke a word to me. Just walked out 0/10. I would not recommend

Service is always up and down with this location. There has never been a consistency here, and I've been coming here since it first opened. They took away cajun spiced wedges off the menu... Those were the best things ever! Also, no more fried mushrooms. This is just devastating...I normally get the Caribbean Jerk, all flats, with ranch, carrots, and celery. Waiters and waitresses can be sweet, nice, and attentive. Other days they can be bitches and not check up on you. Need more ranch, just bring your own, might be easier than trying to get their attentions. Like I said, it's not always like this, but just be prepared if you do experience it. Good luck and enjoy!

Walked in and had 3 servers watched us stand there for a few mins at the hostess stand. Clearly they saw us waiting, I finally go and find someone and ask is there a hostess but the server who wasn't in the best mood told me it's self serve. We stood there for mins and you clearly saw us and couldn't even mention it once? Or have a sign? I wanted to give this place another chance but not anymore. It has gone wayyyy down hill and the people who work there don't care and it shows. We walked out.

Wish I could give a zero!!!Horrible service and lots if the wings are dry. Run if you see this bartender or manager. He doesn't check on tables, and she completely ignores you!!!She didn't check on us until 10 minutes after food arrived and we had to ask for ketchup when fries were half gone. Didn't check back, but sure wanted her money.

I've never had a bad experience here. It's above average for Buffalo Wild Wings in my experience over the last two years. Food has always been right. Wings are always cooked the way I order them (extra crispy) and I've never had an issue with a side. Bar service is quick, place is reasonably clean. Bathrooms are cleaner than many other BWW locations I've been to.

Love that this place stays open super late! The bar only had one server this night, she did her thang! She handled the entire area and luckily all the guest were so nice, friendly, and patient! Ordered my meal to go and it was perfect! Should be a 4 or 5 star, just need to be staffed! The kitchen did a great job of getting the order correct and packed it perfectly to go! Thank you BWW!

this place has THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I already don't like this place because of their inside service so I ordered online so that I wouldn't have to deal with it I placed an order at 9:40 PM and am currently STILL waiting on my food at 11:13 PM and it's not even busy

Horrible kitchen staff can't follow simple instructions or just don't care. This was my second and last chance I gave them. There food here is horrible and the burgers are wannabe gourmet, just keep it simple because it's not working for y'all. The wings really I have to put my own seasoning because kitchen staff forgot and they get cold fast and I asked for hot not blazing. I've tried Buffalo Wild Wings here and up north... I and I have been disappointed with there food every time. Only thing they have good is beer. The place is not kept up restrooms are dirty. I can imagine the kitchen. TVs are old too! Buffalo Wild Wings you suck down size keep it simple upgrade store front and keep the beer cold and stop with the wings! You are not good at it!

Tried calling to place my order but no one would answer. I Placed my order online @9:00pm and had to wait until 9:50pm to pick up. When we went in to pick up our order they had us waiting an additional 15 minutes, for our order was not ready. We originally were trying to order potato wedges but for some reason they were not available so we ordered regular fries instead in which they were all SUPER STALE. One of the meals in our order was also wrong. Long story short. Terrible service, and lack of urgency per usual.

Went for a late lunch and sat by the bar. It was about half full and the waitress (an older white lady) looked very frazzled so I tried to be nice but she was not having it. Super rude, asks for my order 20 minutes after I sat down. I order food and a drink all at once to make it easy. Another 15 minutes go by and I still don't have a drink. Food comes - it's fine, like any other BWW. She checks on the 2 guys next to me but pointedly ignores me trying to get her attention. Now, I hate pointing out the race thing, but at this point, I've been here 35 minutes and have nothing else to do but people watch. It became very apparent that she was only checking on the white patrons and not on anyone of color. As in, she left the bar to go check on a table of 2 white guys, but ignored me and the Hispanic guy on the other side. He ended up moving directly up to sit at the bar and she closed out several white patrons tickets before she took his order. Place cleared out all of a sudden, yet she still asked a different server to handle a table of Hispanic girls. (Yes Im nosy and Im also very deaf so I read lips)Anyways, I managed to flag down a very nice server and she brought me my drink then checked on me later. There's several other good servers but this lady just ruined it for me.
