Amazing food and fast service. I ordered the 2 hot dog combo which came with french fries and a drink. For the hot dogs you can choose from their menu of signature dogs or create your own. I chose the Tarheel dog and Redneck dog. Both were great!

I order a hotdog from here excited to try them based on reviews. I paid and waited half my break while they prepared the food. When she called my order number, I asked if it was a beef dog and she said no. I said I'm sorry don't eat pork and your menu doesn't mention it either. This lady looked at me and said Oh.. and went to the next customer. No apology or refund offering of anything else on the menu. I didn't eat lunch that day. I ended up giving it away because it was, in fact a $5 hotdog lol. Sooo yes this place gets a 1 from me and I will not be a retuning customer!

My Mom told me they were set up near her house. I reviewed the online menu and told her to bring me six hot wings and six garlic Parmesan, and I wasn't disappointed. Cooked to perfection, and the flavors aren't overpowering at all. The only suggestion is not to serve my celery warm. I know that the celery was warmed up near the wings, and had I got it right after they were ordered, maybe this wouldn't have been an issue. Still, overall good wings. Will I look for Buff-o-line again? Yes, a must!

Buff-o-lina markets itself as serving "Buffalo classics". I can't speak to that, but they do have a variety of hot dogs and the chicken wings with at least one of sauces of the namesake "Buffalo".The hotdogs have a snap but are not the red kind -- but they shouldn't be with a food truck with this name. The hotdogs are fine, some of the toppings are generous but are just about right for the size of the hot dog and bun. The cheese fries have the classic glow-in-the-dark cheese of convenience store nachos, but they are served hot. Because I came across this food truck at a brewery, it just right for the atmosphere and as an accompaniment. I can't say I'd actively seek it out again, but I wouldn't avoid it, either. I need to try some of the wings just to say I've experienced the buffalo-wings from a food truck promoting its Buffalo connection.

Excellent wny staple . Had the kemmelwich beef bun was perfectly seasoned and salted, beef cooked perfectThey have saleen dogs and wings as well but i suggest the beef sandwich for something awesome

My boyfriend and I decided to check out the Buff-O-Lina food truck tonight as we were getting beers at Southern Peak Brewery. I ordered the "Buffolina Dog" and my boyfriend the "Tar Hell Dog." We also ordered the 6-piece chicken wings with BBQ sauce to share. Both of us really liked the wings which were very meaty and flavorful. As for the hot dogs, they were just okay. The hot dogs themselves look like normal grocery store dogs that are just smothered in different toppings. Overall, everything was decent, but I wouldn't be in a rush to eat their food again.

As a relocated Yankee who grew up in Southwest NY, I was thrilled to find beef on weck! Beef was tender but could have more on the medium side. Roll, au jus, and horseradish were great. The fries were a little messy but they provide plasticware so that helps. Definitely a taste of home!

They wash their oven hoods on the ground and wash the oil residue right into the sewer. They're gross and don't care about the environment at all. I will never eat this awful food

Just wanted to shout you guys out, first time using Yelp and it just felt right. I came across your truck tonight at the Chinese lantern festival and I'm obsessed. I tried your wings and Buff-o-Lina dog and both were the best, hands down, that I have had in the triangle, especially the dog, it was perfect. Keep up the good work and sorry if I start stalking your truck lol. You guys rock!

Went to the Chinese Lantern festival in Cary & was checking out the food trucks. Didn't bother buying anything after receiving hard stares from the workers inside the truck. Not sure if it was a tiring night, racial thing (my bf is aa) or just staring off into the distant because there was a lot of people... Even when we got closer a lady just gave us a hard look. Very uncomfortable & rude. Good attitude is part of service!!
