I was able to visit this establishment twice in the span of 2-3 weeks! A new favorite for sure! During my first visit - Misty was amazing! She confirmed the smoked wings were a top contender so I went for it! 5 stars!! I paired it with an IPA I asked her to choose on my behalf. I forget the option - but it was perfect pairing!! My second time there I sat at the bar and Emily was my primary server. I ordered an IPA & her food suggestion of the Turkey club with fries! Another great menu item! The vibe to the service makes this comfy welcoming restaurant my new go-to spot in downtown Decatur!

We used to come here all the time and loved it. but...it's just not consistent anymore. There is an item on the menu that is my favorite sandwich of all time. the chicken sandwich. I would go here specifically for that item. it is SO GOOD! Then they removed it from the menu and only have it on Sundays. I'm not a brunch girl. I think Atl brunch culture has gotten a little out of control. I don't enjoy it. It's more complicated than it's worth. So with that in mind...We came in for the first time in 2 years and even called ahead the day before to make sure we would be able to get said sandwich. We literally come here specifically for this which was confirmed it was going to be available. Just got here and no sandwich. The servicer said "It's just not in the menu today" he didn't know why. He was really apologetic which I appreciated but still when you call ahead and make plans around something like...maybe have that item? If i sound salty,. this was the third time in a row since that this exact experience has happened since it has been moved to the Sunday only. It's not that this place is bad or the other items aren't good, they are. But they're just fine. Nothing else is really outstanding. Not worth going out of way for at all. It's just that this item is FANTASTIC. Every time it comes up in comes up with the servers they say it's one of the most popular items. So why keep it as an "only on Sunday" menu item? I used to love the atmosphere when I was in my 20s. The upstairs bar is really unique and interesting with its decor. Now that I'm in my 30s, I feel like this place is largely dark and loud. They do have an outdoor seating are but it do not have any fans. There are umbrellas and its nice in the spring before the what and humidity really hit. So come may its too hot for me to sit outside personally. On this most recent visit I got the Turkey sandwich. It was good. Its wasn't nearly as good as the aforementioned chicken sandwich...but it was good and I would order it again. I think the plates are smaller than they used to be which is a little annoying (I could totally be making that up though because again we don't come here often anymore). I'm a small person and usually cant finish a plate, but this i fully finished and was not full or overly stuffed (which is a positive for me frankly but I could see how this would bother someone with a normal appetite) We only ever go here for that particular item. We don't love close by anymore and parking in Decatur is a hassle. So getting there and parking, and all of that is a hassle and not fun so to not be able to get the thing you are specifically going for, even after you called to confirm it would be available...I don't think we'll be returning. It's too much hassle to be let down. Short of a a group situation, we won't be returning.

4.3/5Came in for lunch one day, was seated upon walking in. I wanted to try the grilled chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. It was well cooked and the cheese was the perfect flavor touch. The fries were nice and crunchy, but could have used some salt. My server was attentive and helpful for anything I needed. I will definitely be back to try other menu items!

Overall enjoyed lunch here. Walked past and was able to get seated for 2 right away. Our server was punctual and friendly and the decor is cool. We split the biscuit service and it was literally one of the best biscuits I've ever had. Perfect. For lunch I had the fish and chips and I would not order again. The breading is thick and reminded me of a corn dog more than typical fish fry. They also didn't have lemonade or bbq sauce which bummed me out.

We don't get here as often as we should. It's kind of a haul and I can't stand traffic I was on my way back from Griffin so it was convenient. I also met some beer friends. The best kind.

The service was great. The drink and beer selection was great. They even had beers from a local brewer in my hometown all the way in Connecticut! The pierogies were amazing. My only complaint was my main dish, the fish and chips. I may be a New England snob when it comes to this dish but the fish itself wasn't the right texture- wasn't crispy it was more doughy. The flavor was on point, it was the right temperature, just not the right outer texture.. almost like biting into a bread pretzel.

The brick store pub is a cute place with a really cool ambience. It is located in a small plaza area, there is not much parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. We ordered a soft pretzel with mustard and pimento cheese., house, smoked wings, and a burger with bacon and cheese, as well as a couple of beers. Everything was really good and the service was quick and friendly.

Loved our cocktails and dinner on the front patio!! We sat bistro style to enjoy the busy square area. My friend and I shared the perogies and salad. It was the perfect amount of food for the two of us.

Brick Store is a staple for when we are looking for a beer or a bite to eat. The restaurant is consistently busy, and the service and food are always on point. While Brick Store is known for their beer, they also have a decent cocktail menu.Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

One of the old school beer bars renowned across the country. What a nice stop. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ordered a lager on cask, and when the pour did not come out properly, they poured it out and ensured that they got me a proper pour. Brick Store gets a lot of access to great breweries basically across the world. It's a beer nerds dream. Definitely worth a visit whenever you're in town.
