Breakfast on Broadway Cafe

Cozy eatery right on Broadway with plenty of parking, cute decors and friendly and attentive staff. What more is there to it? Oh... very nice price and happy hour that starts early AM and also bottomless mimosa!It's been a long time since I visited this fine establishment. They open at 6 30 am and this definitely helps with early risers. Nice seeing regulars enjoying unhurried casual atmosphere. Of course, it's early am. They will get packed out to the patio seating.They had cactus dish that I wanted to try but ended up with smothers burritos which was good. Very generous portion. Priced just right!Will be back to try other dishes!

I went around 11 on a weekday. I sat outside without many people, but even so my server was still very attentive!! I got bottomless mimosas and a turkey club sandwich with fries. The food is what you'd expect diner wise, not bad but not great. The bacon was quite tough, like rubber. I would have still given this place 5 stars despite that, however the mimosas are served in small flutes and seemed really diluted. I wouldn't order a mimosa from there again.

The location was pretty crowded which meant the food had to be decent. I had my usual omelette with a slice of pineapple. It was pretty good overall. Portion size was smaller than I'mused to but it didn't take away from the taste. The actual location itself was nearly elbow to elbow with not much space to move around. There is an area outside for people that want to sit there but maybe 5 tables or so not a large space. Check it out

SEASONAL DISHES ARE WHERE IT IS AT. Okay yes their regular menu is also great and serves the typical breakfast/brunch food like Benedict's and egg plates and pancakes etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their seasonal specials and found those to be really creative (and a good reason to come back and try more). The fig jalapeño bacon wraps were good but I thought the strawberry jam or sauce that came with it was too sweet. Maybe that was the fig but it was really sweet and would have preferred a more savory option. The fig Brie apple omelette was what really caught my attention and was not disappointed. Yes it's like sweet charcuterie in an egg but altogether it made for a delicious time. Strawberry romanoff pancakes are tart and sweet all at once. The sauce in it was like a tart lemon cream sauce. I'm not sure what makes pancakes romanoff, but google has just told me it's the fancy strawberry sauce on top. Altogether yummy and ate the whole serving. Our server was super nice and casually funny, nothing forced. Would come back. I preferred sitting outside because it was quieter and easier to hear. Outside also had some heaters so you weren't too cold in the winter. Good food, small space. Definitely get there before 9am on Sundays. Portion sizes weren't ridiculously large, and the potato pancakes were amazing.

We came here on Sunday for breakfast before leaving Denver. When looking for bottomless mimosas places this one popped up so we tried it. They were pretty busy but we were able to get a table outside underneath the heater. The hostess was very friendly and helpful by the way. I got the bottomless mimosas, stuffed French toast and a side of potato cakes. The French toast portion was actually huge and very filling. Our server (can't remember her name) was very on point with refilling our glasses and never letting it go empty. I enjoyed this place and will have to visit again when in Denver .

The water tasted and smelled weird like it was dirty and the bloody was salty. The food came out cold and flavorless. The grits had whole unmelted bits of cheese and tasted like it was made with water and not milk. the price they charge for this food does not reflect the quality of what you get. Snooze is the same price and the quality of their food is far and away 100 times better. Save your money and go anywhere else

We went to breakfast here on a Monday morning around 10am and it was pretty busy still. We ordered the smothered breakfast burrito and the huevos rancheros and enjoyed both!

It's okay. Everyone in our group did not like something about their meal. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was so sour I couldn't eat it, don't recommend. The biscuits and gravy were also super sour and tasted expired we couldn't finish that either. They also put the tables so close together you can't get out of your seat without running into someone else's chair or a waitress.
